And it's free Smiley

Note: I do not advertise this site, I'm talking from my personal experience.

Good luck.
3042  Other / Meta / Re: Black screen when loading forum pages in chrome. on: February 15, 2019, 08:20:07 AM
I've disabled the Hardware acceleration in Chrome, as suggested by Theymos and I'll test it a bit today to see if there is any difference.

If someone else what to try, here some useful links for chrome >

Paste this in your mobile chrome to see what is hardware accelerated >
Code:
chrome://gpu/
a link to it > chrome://gpu/
To tweak the settings go to >
Code:
chrome://flags/
a link to it > chrome://flags/

Edit, the insert hyperlink function is adding automatically "http://" to the settings and the links are not working, just copy-paste them.

Here is how it looks like the problem, I made a video yesterday >
If you scroll down it works ok but.. sometimes you need to wait to scroll down.
3043  Other / Meta / Modlog for the self-moderated threads? on: February 15, 2019, 08:11:57 AM
I had the wrong impression that the self-moderation activity is reflected in the Modlog but I was proven wrong by LoyceV >

~ I just deleted a post from "LoyceMobile" from my thread, and it doesn't show up in modlog.

Can we have access to the self-moderated log, it will be useful information for many users.
3044  Other / Meta / Re: [CLUB] The SpamBuster! Over 7000+ accounts reviewed : [23.11] on: February 15, 2019, 08:05:11 AM
Are you sure it was Vod, and not a Mod? I just deleted a post from "LoyceMobile" from my thread, and it doesn't show up in modlog.

When we were troubleshooting the BPIP problem I got an early access to the pre-release site. I saw in the Security/Moderator Log field in Vod's profile 1 deleted message. I didn't know what was that and asked Vod about it. He said that it was Quickseller who deleted one of his comments in a Quickseller's thread.

That's why I thought that self-moderated activity is also reflected in the Modlog but now since you tested it, maybe QS just reported Vod's comment as off-topic and the mods probably deleted it.

Back on topic, some shitposter copy-pasted his own comments. >

3045  Other / Meta / Re: [CLUB] The SpamBuster! Over 7000+ accounts reviewed : [23.11] on: February 14, 2019, 10:44:25 PM
The only logical explanation is if he was a bumping bot in
a few self-moderated threads.

Deleted posts in the self-moderated threads are listed in the modlog.
Vod has one post deleted by QS in one of his self-moderated thread.
3046  Other / Meta / Re: Black screen when loading forum pages in chrome. on: February 14, 2019, 08:48:57 PM
I don't.

It loads up fine for me... Probably an issue to do with the forum ads.

Looks like the ads are not (the only) problem.
Right now I got the black screen on the "show new replies to your posts" list, which contains no ads.
Seems more puzzling that I thought in the beginning.
3047  Other / Meta / Re: Black screen when loading forum pages in chrome. on: February 14, 2019, 07:17:31 PM
Happen again on this thread, please try it and let me know if you get the same black screen :

I think the problem are the forum ads:  https://imgur.com/gallery/GzKBVUj
The Cryptex one for example and cryptoTV have black backgrounds, we have to check it, because it happens quite random same as the forum ads
3049  Other / Meta / Re: Black screen when loading forum pages in chrome. on: February 14, 2019, 01:09:56 PM
I'm on android 8.1 and chrome 72.0.3626.105. I think it's an issue with the browser but it only happens on this forum?
I've upgraded my chrome, it's the same version now.
Since the upgrade, my screen is blue on some pages. When I scroll a bit, it's okay again.

I blame the browser upgrade, not the forum.

I have 72.0.3626.96 but still get the black screen from time to time.
3050  Other / Off-topic / Re: More than 70 sMerits available to give away (high strict rules) on: February 14, 2019, 12:02:39 PM
Sorry to be the fist to post, but better make a self-moderated thread in other section, because all the merit/givaway threads getting moved by the mods, mostly in Offtopic section, as they are not directly related to the forum nor the rules. You can move it to the Beginners&Help, tho. I had mine there for couple of months.

Side note: You actually registered  in the forum 1 day after me, nice Smiley

3052  Other / Meta / Re: Black screen when loading forum pages in chrome. on: February 14, 2019, 11:47:20 AM
Interesting, It happen again today exactly on this thread. What a coincidence Cheesy
Till now this is the second time I experience it, but this time it was for a very short time. I just scrolled down and the black screen disappeared. Just to note, this is not the first time I open the thread from the phone. Seems like there is no specific pattern of those black screens.
I haven't done/changed anything yet. I'll look into it more if it becomes a bigger, more annoying problem.
Happened on Android 8.0
3053  Other / Meta / Re: Theymos, can you solve the mystery? newbies with 2 merit watering avatar? on: February 14, 2019, 08:32:05 AM
Just a bump form my side to solve this mystery! Huh

I just updated the OP with pictures, I hope this will draw more attention to this case.
Seems like a bug to me.

3056  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are Legendary Member Earning Too Much ? on: February 13, 2019, 01:45:02 PM
<...> Just a question do those have the required activity for the self-made rank or it's only based on earned merit?
Just based on earned merit (so really you are included in the above 39, regardless of the missing activity).

I thought about that, after I post the comment. It will be interesting to see the real number of the Self-made rank members with enough activity.
Anyways, so the next target for me is the Self-made legendary without enough activity.
3057  Other / Meta / Re: How long it stays? on: February 13, 2019, 01:12:29 PM
Congratulations on getting your account back.
This info should be accessible for around a month I think, but why would you care?
If you are worried about it, you can always sign a message from an old address so the info will be irrelevant. Smiley
3058  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are Legendary Member Earning Too Much ? on: February 13, 2019, 01:05:59 PM
<...>
Here we are ... (for all users, not just Legendries):

Code:
selfMadeRank                  nUsers
self-made Legendary           11
self-made Hero Member         39
self-made Sr. Member          108
self-made Full Member         368
self-made Member              6472
self-made Jr. Member          19462
Total                         26460

Nice stats DdmrDdmr, as always.

In two weeks the self-made Hero members count will rise to 40 Cheesy, just 4 activity left Wink

Just a question do those have the required activity for the self-made rank or it's only based on earned merit?
