3041  Economy / Gambling / Re: If you loose your funds don't loose the fun on: April 05, 2021, 10:30:47 PM
Nice one OP. Don't lose the fun hahaha I love the poem. It has a bit of humor but sends a strong message.
Yes it has but most people wont really be that on having some fun while they do lose up their funds or money. We know that it is something valuable to us and losing could really give out that emotional
impact which cant really be avoided no matter how you do input into your mind about no having fun towards gambling activity.

We do gamble for fun for some people but for the majority then it is money making thats why they do really take it seriously and this is when addiction do mold up.

This is pretty basic but lots are really failing on this area.
3042  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin wasn’t created to make you rich. It was created to make you free on: April 05, 2021, 09:42:36 PM
I hate that I cannot save money effectively because our government loves to inflate problems away at the expense of my savings... bitcoin and altcoins are our greatest hope in returning power back to working middle-class people.

your thoughts?

I definitely agree with this line you had put up on the topic title.

"bitcoin wasn’t created to make you rich. It was created to make you free"

Its been created for that sole purpose or simply do talks about decentralization or simply no other can really control your funds but only you, no government or 3rd party interventions.

Its just people nowadays specially the new ones do jump off into this market to have that kind of wrong believe about bitcoin and later on when they do lost up money
then thats the time they made out those self realizations.
3043  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I'm wondering who trades with paid signals? on: April 05, 2021, 08:40:52 PM
I am not familiar with paid signal. I think,  To be a master minder trader is the dreem of everyone. I was follow some free signal in my beginning. But the true is, I can't make actual profit from that. I don't know much about paid signal. From my opinion, Market analyzing and research is everything in trading.
Most of free signal are just plain bs, even I knew this one trading signal group that was supposed to give away signal turns out it was later bought by some scammer and being used to scam the group member and honestly unless I know the owner of trading signal in real life I won't trust the signal even if it's paid. so many cases out there about the so called veteran trader offering signal but flop so hard.

Yes that's true, i've seen a lot of cases like this, whether it's free signal groups or even paid signal groups, both of them are the same i guess, none of them are dependable enough. I'm not saying that those signal groups are bad, there might be some signals that are true and able to give the members profit, however with the market situation that's so unpredictable, i guess it's hard for it to be really effective and be true all the time. Some might scams, some might facts. No one knows. I guess taking them with a grain of salt it good but don't depend too much. Be sure to do analysis on your own as well.

Doing your analysis before trying to follow those paid or free signal will help you to save both time and your investment.

Lots of followers do things blindly and blame those groups once they've failed and lost their money, with high volatility, even there's true group around it will also difficult for them to predict what market will bring them.

You can use the help but never to relied everything, it's still best that you have your own assessment while working with your investment.
Having your own assessment is much more preferred than on completely relying into something which isnt even predictable. Those group owners are just also making their own speculation and guesses
which are also basing with their own analysis too.

If they can do such thing, why wont you able to do that too? Its not bad to make out some peek of those information which might be helpful on your part but most of the time
its not really worth to do so.

Trade on your own ways and methods which i can say it would really be much more worthy, not only just saving up your money but also you do gained up experience.
3044  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao offered $10 million to fight Terence Crawford on: April 05, 2021, 07:58:50 PM
Same here, I love him as a figher but not as a politician with big ambition to become a president, and I think we are just speculating beacuse I never head that he announce he will run for presidency. No one could beat President Duterte as now he is the most popular person in the Philippines.

Why? Is his political track record that bad? If he wants to run for the president, then let him do it. Philippines is a democratic country and any adult citizen can run for the presidency. Here in India, we have a former tea seller as the prime minister (the presidential post is largely ceremonial). The fact that Manny is not a career politician should not be held against him. IMO, ordinary politicians are much better than career politicians.

People in the Philippines knows which candidate is the best, if you follow the journey of Pacquioa, you would not think that he is fit to a higher position than the senate. Kindly read this one...

https://www.straitstimes.com/asia/why-dutertes-approval-rating-stands-at-91
Quote
Why Duterte's approval rating stands at 91%
after they have a good president, the standard of the Filipinos has been uplifted and they now have a high expectation, higher than the capability of the current president and I guess whoever the current president will endorse will win.
Each country is different so I do not know how things work on the Philippines, but if Manny wants to run for president he will at some point in time do it, now maybe he losses and that is fine, if the citizens of the Philippines have a good president and now they expect more from their leaders then there is nothing wrong with that, to my knowledge it is very difficult to make the transition of being a sports celebrity to a politician but it can be done if people are tired of their leaders, but with an approval rating so high it will be difficult for Manny to win in the case he makes a run for the presidency.
Even though the approval rating is high but doesnt mean or give out guarantees that it can really give out the chance for him to become president or people would really be voting him.

Not to discriminate but it would be better if he wouldnt really be wishing up to go with those high ranking position on a certain countries officials specially on being a president.

Someone who had been on politics should really be put up and fully aware on how things circling around not on sports but literally in economic area and this isnt something
that he can handled it well.

3046  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Developing a discord game that has its own coin, looking for input/beta/team on: April 04, 2021, 10:39:12 PM
Hi.

It would be better if you do make out your own game on not to integrate it on any other platform specially on messaging one.Lots maybe using up discord
but doesnt mean that it would really be appealing and also making its own coin wouldnt really changed up a thing.
The idea is nice but i dont see for it to have some interest.

Ill take a look later on with this one.
3047  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What age bracket is perfect for gambling on: April 04, 2021, 09:40:36 PM
The gambler should be an adult at least to gamble as it will be legal for them to do that. If we talk about age bracket, I think it should be between 18-60 as when it is about kids, we as parents should never let them involve themselves in these kind of activities.
Involvement of someone regardless of its age will vary on how someone would able to find a way for them to get involved with gambling.People should really be

on the right knowledge and just like what others said that parenting will really be a big thing should really be focused on because if children would be
exposed on gambling then the will really be on that possible problem with addiction.

We cant guard or observe them 100% but we should do our best as we can as a parent.
3048  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you like Volatility? Debate on: April 04, 2021, 08:52:15 PM
Having seen people trade news via fundamental trading which is a volatile time and has shown traders to come out profitable at these times, I can say volatility is very good for trading!

You don't want markets which look like they are on holiday waiting for markets to open, trade when markets are volatile they always pay both sellers and buyers!!
Im a forex/stocks trader and thats one of the reason on why i transferred and focused more on crypto market than into those traditional markets because of that volatility.

Yes, it might be riskier but its more rewarding and really worth for the risk you do put on plus having that decentralized characteristic where you can make out deposits without
any need of using your card or bank.

This market wont really make this big if that level of volatility doesnt exist or on the minimal just like into those traditional markets.
3049  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐️ BETLLER.IO | 🤜 🤛 P2P Betting | Contests | Bet on BTC/USDT price movement! on: April 04, 2021, 07:35:28 PM

We hear you! From April 2, the minimum deposit is 0.00001 BTC or equal to BTLLR coin. The marketing campaign will start soon

The inclusion of bttlr coin is good option as depositing btc may incur high fees. I hope your site will attract more players and use the bttlr coin as alternative. This option will also be an economical way to play as the price is still cheap. I have invested in the invest box in crex for this coin to get some daily coins, so hoping that the value of your coin will increase as it is now being used in your site itself. Good luck!
Gambling sites having their own native tokens available for gambling gives faster access. It also serves as a way of investment, but the risky part is about the fluctuation of the value. These tokens used to pump high as well as drop drastically in no time. Though the gambling site helps with the circulation, the real time usage is much concerned.

Though transaction fees are high, but people are more comfortable using Bitcoin and Ethereum because it's liquidity is very high. Most gamblers frequently use Litecoin, Tron, or other Altcoins to avoid additional transaction fees as these Altcoins are listed on various reputed exchanges. I could not find BTLLR coin on any reported exchange.
@betller.io, Do you have any plans to launch BTLLR coin on reputed exchanges like Binance, Huobi, Kraken?
In-house gambling tokens can neither be listed on the market or just simply acts as a native coin which you can only make use of it on the platform itself and theres no way you can take some benefit on.

Basing up on experience that most of them arent tradeable which means it is simply useless if you do mind about other investment part but when it comes to usability then it is a bit convenient but

just like said that people will mostly prefer on using up Btc or other top altcoins in the market on where they can directly play with it on confidence rather than on those native coins.
3050  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Time to sell my BTC? on: April 03, 2021, 11:55:10 PM
So I bought BTC at £9000, made a nice amount. Is it a good idea to now sell this and move that money into alt coins? or should I  sell half BTC and buy back in after alt season is finished?

What do you think?
What are the alts you've been planning to put those profits that you had gained in BTC? Its good that you had able to buy into those low levels and considering on the current
price then you had really make some nasty profits on there.

Risk management what matters here because not all would have the same thinking about their investment. If you do look that there are some coins which are worth
to invest on then go ahead. As long you are aware with the risk on investing on alts then its a good thing.

Sell your btc while price is still on peak and dont waste up that opportunity.
3051  Economy / Speculation / Re: How fast do you think will Bitcoin reach $100k? on: April 03, 2021, 10:55:28 PM
What are your thoughts? Huh
Not really minding much on how fast we would get there. What we need is adoption and recognition and once we had able to attain that then high prices or ATH's would normally comes next.

I cant really blame out people on why they do hurry up on going to 100k but we shouldnt really be that too fast in a span of few months since from last quarter of 2020.

Lets look on how far we've grown in a small time frame.Looking it on a bigger picture then it is just really too fast.I wont say that im too paranoid for the drop or crash
but it isnt already convincing that these pumps are organic ones.
3052  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should loot boxes be banned in videogames? on: April 03, 2021, 09:46:57 PM
This case has been an issue since 2019 where many were also playing games with loot boxes. The matter is that there are many children that are using it when playing their favorite video games. In fact, this may become one of the income for the games themselves. additionally, many will not ban this or delete this because sometimes, loot boxes are the ways for"
- Promoting more characters, items, and also special things in the game
- Using it to make more powerful characters, things, or event something different and special
- Add more income

And about how many children are using it and spending so much money, it may be the role of parents to control their children in playing the games.
Why would they ban this? It is just like buying up some mystery boxes online and trying to look on whats inside or just typical purchasing up into something which i dont see any gambling activity at all.

Yes, this might be addicted into those youngsters but as long the items inside of those lootboxes arent something compromising those who had bought specially children or young minds.

Companies who had done such stuff made out some new way or innovative method for them to sell out those loot boxes.I dont see anything wrong with that.
3053  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newbie finding his way around crypto investment on: April 03, 2021, 08:51:54 PM
I keep feeling hesitated and crypto keeps growing, enough is enough, I'm new to this space and I'm looking into investing in altcoins, I have 1200$ in USDT right now and I can only take risk with 200$, I'm looking into vechain and harmony, looking forward to hear from people on here, are these two altcoins worth the risk? Can vechain hit 1$ in weeks??
As a noob then you should have these things in mind.

- Dont let yourself fall into others suggestion or simply with those shills and recommendation
- Invest on the project you do seem to be worth of your money
- Lent some time on making out some research
- Its your money so you do have the full right on what are the things should be done.

Suggestion? If you do see that VeChain would be that worth then go ahead but it isnt bad to make out some investment
mostly on top altcoins in the market though.
3054  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Recovering losses on: April 02, 2021, 08:42:51 PM
Now I don't need to pay any income tax but also lost my bitcoin.
Greatly appreciate any words of wisdom, any help with the strategy to recover my loss.

Thanks and regards,
LongBTC2Moon.

Dont rush up! You dont actually need others help because they cant really help you out on the first place. The only one who could only help is only yourself.

When you are making some gains then thats a good indication that you could still have the chance on recovery. It might not really be that fast but it is much better if you done it slowly
but surely.

Dont add up more investment because that would really be a sign of desperation and would might end up into more further loss. You should avoid that.
Dont sell out your land. Try things as best as you can until you break even.
3055  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Teams on your personal blacklist on: April 02, 2021, 07:21:41 PM

on betting with these teams.  Cry
3056  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Comparison of buying a cup of coffee with crypto on: April 01, 2021, 11:48:44 PM
meh, i'd never use crypto just to buy coffee..bigger things to do!
Maybe to buy a Car, Bitcoin has a big fee compared to other coins.
to buy coffee, doge is more suitable because the fee is cheap and transaction speed is guaranteed. Grin
Complete B.S .

You can buy a tesla now for those same coins. Cheesy

This is already almost a 3 year old thread and its not really that something good to bump this up but for the sake of comparison into  those days up to now on what changed when it comes to fees?

Then we can tell the difference but buying up into those big companies like Tesla then you can eventually use up your own coins and other top alts in the market or something that they do accept.

What matter most here is the fee but majority doesnt really mind off as long you've been dealing with bigger purchases. Its truly not sensible on buying out coffee if you can
simply make use of your traditional fiat.
3057  Economy / Speculation / Re: get a loan and reinvest it on: April 01, 2021, 10:59:42 PM
Hello. I see different platform like nexo, blockifi, etc... that can borrow you crypto or stablecoin. I'm here to ask if you have a strategy for example you borrow btc with an interest rate of 6% and then you use it on defi with 8% APR. Thanks for helpful. Cool Cool
It would be wise if you put it up on bitcoin instead rather than defi.I would have that confidence that percentage gain on a year is much more worth but honestly taking up some loan just for you to invest it again
in crypto isnt really that much of a good deal because you wouldnt know on when things would be increasing and also due date is just too short. You cant just simply wait until they do increase before you
do repay those.

So i wont really be considering this kind of option because it is just way too risky but if you can handle out the risk then go ahead but if not then better dont mind it off.

Getting some loan for the sole purpose of investment here on crypto is never a really good idea to take but well its your choice.
3058  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to win at roulette? on: April 01, 2021, 09:54:32 PM
Talking about physical roulettes then you can see these vids for reference but dont believe that there's some holy grail in gambling.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1NIDV7SSNYw
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dZnvKwezDlI
For online roulette then the classic martingale system would be a common strategy but i havent tested out based of with my gambling experience with roulettes.
3059  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your thoughts on Altcoin bullrun on: April 01, 2021, 08:43:13 PM

Only solid coins in the top 1-20 will have a good run, we have seen more of them already have a new all time high and it might go higher this year.

I would not be on that... Since a few months, top 20 projects saw their capitalisation going up but they were not the only ones. Lot of good projects from top 50 to 500 (even more maybe) have experienced some serious upside ! I personally bet it will go on this way  Wink
You mean to those top 100-500 coins in the market? I do rather believe that those are mostly been pumped randomly but there are still projects which are really underrated or does really
have the potential but most of them are just on random pumps and this is where those people who do believe with low cap coins to have some chance for some pump.

When it comes to altcoin bull run then no one can really predict precisely but as you can see that most top altcoins are really going along with bitcoin market.

So its hard to determine if those movements are already the actual bull run or just simply some simple steps but in gradual basis?
3060  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I'm wondering who trades with paid signals? on: April 01, 2021, 07:17:21 PM
Good afternoon to all traders. I have 6 years of experience as a trader, and here I have a question for everyone

Are there people here who want to join a team of traders and receive tone signals?

An abundance of free resources exist on trading that gives you insight into an asset, its current market movement, and the overall sentiment of traders towards said asset.

However, copying someone else's trades without knowing their reasoning behind these decisions is somewhat useless, as you won't understand much about how they came up with the trade in the first place. If you are a novice trader, spending money to learn is allowable, although if you can get it for free, why not take that route?

Maybe novice traders just want a shortcut for them to earn in trading. I recently joined free trading signal groups, It's free though so why not. I observed at first and tried to study the charts and patterns that the trading group is providing, It's shockingly near to what I am seeing on that same coin and timeframe. I don't want to justify these signal groups but I think there are some groups that can be a gateway for novice traders to learn trading along with the free trading resources all over the internet.
There are actually which is really helpful but you cant really blame out the community on having those common negative views or sentiments towards these paid and free groups but

honestly speaking  there are really some which are really that helpful if you do really tend to engage with it a bit and make out some comparison to your own analysis.

If its free then i dont see on why people do really have bad impressions if they can freely check it out if its really a good one or just simply some trash calls.
You can make your own decision and make out action if you do continue or not.
