3041  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading without knowledge on: March 30, 2018, 04:52:58 PM
It’s really difficult to improve trading capabilities then you have to gather a lot of knowledge about the market. For this purpose, we may find out a lot of literature regarding this purpose. Basically, trading is totally dependent on the experience and knowledge about market.
That’s why, without knowledge and experience, No one can gain from trading and investment. But it also depends on luck but knowledge is the basic element.
Starting a trading without taking a proper education or a form of educating ourselves is a hard thing to do specially when we are new on the platform we are going to trade. Leaning the basics is a must on initially starting an investment as a part of our trading because it could help us to improve and to earn a part of our trading. And improvement and taking an updates is a necessary things to do for us to earn more and to have more capabilities to earn.
3042  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: has trading become difficult? on: March 30, 2018, 04:26:34 PM
Yes, on short-term perspective it is very hard to predict the prices of bitcoin or any other cryptocurrencies so it is a time to buy good altcoins and hold them until you make money. Day trading is very risky in this highly volatile market and we shouldn't waste our money. If you buy and hold surely you will get a chance to sell at higher prices but it may take some time.
In starting a trading we also need to consider the time we are going to have or to invest with because time is really an important thing because it is also a way for us to earn. If we would manage to run and plan according to the expected time we would have as a part of our trading we could also have a good earning and profit for the future.
3043  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you love Bitcoin? on: March 30, 2018, 03:12:38 PM
I love bitcoin because its the crypto currency and its the king of the crypto.
It hasa lot of use cases.
I can exchange it to any other crypto.

Why do you love Bitcoin?
Why are you interested?

Bitcoin is so beneficial, It open up opportunities to meet my financial goal in life, that is seems to be impossible in my current salary on my regular job. Price hike every where on almost every thing, cost of living is continuously rising, Bitcoin is my savior on all of these. Truly this technology, makes wonder if done properly.
3044  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin affects students' performance in school on: March 30, 2018, 02:16:10 PM
As far as I can observe being a teacher, I am definitely happy that my students are involve in cryptocurrencies and they earn for themselves and help their families. But, their school perfomance is getting worse. Please give your thoughts how will you help students to earn and at the same time it won't affect their school works?
We can not blame bitcoin for poor academic performance of students. As a matter of fact, this would help them on how to manage their time properly, being a working student on fast food chains is much tiring and time consuming than doing bicoin tasks. Moreover, there are related topics from treads that might be useful to students, like, economics and trading, statistics, history, and etc.
3045  Economy / Speculation / Re: how to predict bitcoin in april on: March 26, 2018, 02:41:59 PM
with so much slanted news, blocking ads about bitcoin, whether in April bitcoin prices will get better and strengthen again Smiley
It has been always a roller coaster ride here in bitcoin. Sometimes the price trend down like it would almost touch the flooring, then it will recover as it would reach the ceiling. But in every period, there is always a factor or factors that trigger the movement. No one really knows the exact reason why, but we are free to speculate and decide base on the previous history of bitcoin. Complete awareness and consistent reading of articles related on the latest development on the cryptomarket would be a big help for us.
3046  Economy / Economics / Re: buy high and sell low. or hold which one is it? on: March 25, 2018, 03:43:42 PM
after this major price correction. i want to see what are your ideas on this. lets say you bought bitcoin 2 years ago. you notice prices were high at 19,000$ should u sell or continue to hold? what are your thoughts after this huge correction?

it is probably too late to sell after holding since the 19000$ correction.
So far, you must review the graph and make a back ward analysis if you would loose when you sell it right now when there is a current correction going on with the price. Perhaps, with in that previous years you are holding your bitcoin, there are period where you trade, buy and sell some. And one thing more, you did not mention the price when you started having your bitcoin or how you got your bitcoin in the first place. But, since bitcoin have the tendency to trend low, then recover all of a sudden. We can sell at a decent price height, but hold some for future profit.
3047  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to know that the price' bitcoin increase or decrease ??? on: March 25, 2018, 02:28:18 PM
Everyone can talk to me about how to know that the price' bitcoin increase or decrease ? ? ? guess or analysis or rely on intuition ? ? ? ?
I don ‘ t understand that why do people know about that ? I think people will probably analyze based on the situation but Are there methods or grounds on which to base ? ? ?  Can Anyone share the document or experience or website to study?Huh

If you are asking on where to find the current price of bitcoin, you can find it on the coin marketcap sites, it is an open site where you can actually monitor the latest price of bitcoin. But if your concern is how to predict the movement of bitcoin's value, it is really hard to say, since I am not a marketing expert or sort of. However, we are lucky that there are available treads that mention and discuss factors that may affect the price of bitcoin.
3048  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hold out or sell Bitcoin? on: March 24, 2018, 03:25:17 PM
With the price starting to creep up again do you think it's a good time to start selling some of my investments or do you think it's worth holding on for a while longer?

We all know how temperamental the market can be but do you think this is just a short term spike?
There is nothing wrong on doing short term buy and sell stuff, as long as you are generating a decent profit out of it. We all need to get a regular earning to cope up with our daily expenses. But , always remember that there is a bigger chance of meeting our financial goal in a long term holding period investment, so it is wiser to sell some, and hold the rest of your bitcoin until the price reaches a very decent and formidable price height.
3049  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buy a book about bitcoins on: March 22, 2018, 03:20:57 PM
What are you hoping to achieve from reading this book? Answering that can allow people to offer better suggestions. I have not read them but have heard that Andreas M. Antonopoulos' books are well worth a read but they may be too advanced or not advanced enough depending on what you want to learn.
Reading books is the same as how we could read information here in the forum, yet for me having the time to have an online conversation here in the forum is much better option for us to learn because here we could learn in the experience of people who have the better way of having the time to ask question and speculate.
3050  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is it sustainable? on: March 21, 2018, 11:36:07 PM
On the sustainability question, bitcoin is a pure bubble, an asset without intrinsic value — its price will fall to zero if trust vanishes.
yes it can happen, but I do not think bitcoin will be that fast to end. because bitcoin is a technology that is created for the needs of transactions, so I think until now and in the future there are still many people who will support the development of this bitcoin so bitcoin will survive.
Bitcoin is sustainable when it comes to having a system in terms of transaction , it is mainly made possible by the mining of people where it comes to the tehcnical production of bitcoin. Yet, bitcoin much more need the support of people because bitcoin development is dependent to people in the point that it needs to have transaction for people to it to improve its system and to develop.
3051  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Thoughts on Straight HODL vs Trading on: March 16, 2018, 11:53:17 PM
That's the exact reason why a good number of people just hold or "HODL". You simply just can't predict how the markets are going to move. Sure, people do technical analysis for a reason, but it only works to a certain extent in my opinion. If you like spending a good number of hours a day analyzing charts, then sure go for trading. But if you'd rather do something else throughout your day, then just hold.
It is always a good thing to consider holding when it comes to investing in bitcoin. It is an additional way for us to earn and to gain profit which could definitely help us to earn more and have more capabilities to start another investment in trading in other cryptocurrencies in other words, option for us to manage and to analyze, we could hold bitcoin at the same time deal with other ways we could earn.
3052  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where to Buy bitcoins? on: March 16, 2018, 05:08:39 PM
Hi Good Day! where can i buy bitcoins? there is so many advertisement on the internet already, any suggestion where best to buy?
Thank you!

If you live in the Philippines, it would be better if you have coins.ph, because you can convert your philippine money to bitcoin , just go to the 7eleven store or any branch that you can cash in your coins.ph , and invest your money there. Your money will be directed to your coins.ph account, then convert your PHP money, into Bitcoin.
It is a good thing to find a suitable wallet that provides an exchanger where we could buy be sell bitcoins. Yet, it does have a fee system where the wallet or local wallet does have to Pero from a much more faster exchange of Bitcoin. So finding an exchanger on a trading site is always a first thing to consider.
3053  Economy / Economics / Re: what benefits you've got from bitcoin in 2017 on: March 16, 2018, 02:38:45 PM
year is almost changed, what have you got from bitcoin this year (2017), I personally benefited a lot from this crypto currency, I am an unemployed because in my country difficult to get a job, I really helped by the bitcoin, I can give a little money to my parents and it makes me happy to help the family economy Smiley , and my hope in the next year I hope to be better in doing all the tasks and hope to be able to work in the real world, what about you? and what motivation mu for the year to come?
Bitcoin done a lot of positive things to me and to my family last year, specially in filling up gaps between my income and my family's expenses. It was a productive year for me because i have trusted this technology and waited patiently until the price of bitcoin reaches almost 20k usd on the later part of that year.
3054  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is It advisable to quit my present job for bitcoin? on: March 16, 2018, 01:44:54 PM
Bitcoin trading these days has become so rucreative that I am tempted to quit my present job which is not giving me enough time to explore more out of bitcoin world...

What's your take on this, should I go ahead and quit?

Thanks
It depends on how much you are earning on bitcoin right now, and how much income you have generated from bitcoin. Is it enough to sustain all my expenses and accommodate my future needs, with out having a regular income from my current job? If you already reach your financial freedom from bitcoin, all you have to do is find ways to sustain and maintain your wealth. Consider your status first here in bitcoin before making a serious decision.
3055  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as your main income? on: March 15, 2018, 02:04:43 PM
Bitcoin is a currency. Bitcoin is a solution to many problems. Bitcoin is bringing questions and new problems to this world.
Some people find this as a ride to boost your income, not specifically Bitcoin but also the whole crypto market.
I think it's a great thing! But what are you actually looking for? Bitcoin itself (the currency) might not be your solution.
If you want to "conquer" the world, you can't do it with Bitcoin. Like you can't conquer the world with the dollar itself.
You need to focus the technology. The blockchain along with it, bringing a new economy generation with freedom and decentralization.
It's something that should be written a new bible about in my opinion. Before you learn Bitcoin, learn economy. Once you master this skill, own Bitcoin as one of your cards.

I would like to hear some of your opinions and hear some smart words because I believe people think investing Bitcoin will make their life done financially but I honestly think it's not true.
Bitcoin can really generate a decent income for people who are doing the right thing. It could be through investment, trading or simply by joining signature campaign like this. Would it be enough to support your financial needs, and become your main source of income? It depends on how deep you are in to this technology, there were stories of bitcoin's big earners who eventually became financially stable because of this innovation. If you think you could imitate that, then, why not go deep, possibilities are always with in your reach. What is important is how you would sustain a generated income which is not coming from a regular salary basis.
3056  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin may not be number one for long on: March 15, 2018, 01:10:40 PM
I thought for sure it would take until the end of 2018 but it looks like this summer ethereum might pass it up. With the turmoil around BTC potential splitting, it might be very soon. IMO this is healthy, we will always value bitcoin for being the one that started it all, but it's time for a more dynamic and adaptable currency to take the lead.
We can never really tell what will be the future of all this digital currencies in the market, but what is important is they are being competitive in the market. That will help this technology to flourish even more and catch the interest of the consuming public. It will definitely benefits us even more if the competition between this contenders become more intense. So, it does not really matter who is going to be the toughest of them all.
3057  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what you should do crisis time in trading ? on: March 14, 2018, 03:29:50 PM
Nothing better than holding at that time. LOL. Crisis time is the worst time to trade if you don't have enough knowledge and experience in trading but with other professional traders, it's the best time for them to collect good coin with lower price than usual. I'm also holding all my crypto and wait until the end of this year when the whole market painted in green and everycoin also rise to new ATH price.
It is just a simple way for us to get ahead on the experience we could have in trading. Actually bitcoin price is  volatile that it could changes depending on the trend or the support of people. So crisis time for many people is just a good way for many to start a new way or form of investment that they could used on trading and investments.
3058  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you investing in Bitcoin? on: March 14, 2018, 01:02:19 PM
So my question is.
Are you investing into Bitcoin purely as a investment?
Or are you investing because you believe in Bitcoin and the technology?
Back when Bitcoin started i feel people invested, because there believed in it, and wanted to see it change the world.
Now days i feel people only look at it as a way to make money, and don't really care about the future of it.
Whats peoples thoughts?
Bitcoin had proven its potentiality as an investment. The technology that brought us this innovation gave convenience and simplified money transactions. The value of bitcoin had even out priced other popular investment in the market. And the story of success of bitcoin investors is so high if we review the gainers since this technology boomed globally.
3059  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did you ever convince or encourage someone to invest in Bitcoin? on: March 14, 2018, 11:45:11 AM
I tried to encourage rather than convince people to invest in bitcoin and I can count quite an amount of people who have been involved directly or indirectly with bitcoin because of my actions. The reason why I decide to stick to encourage part is because of the uncertainty that surrounds bitcoin and people would only want a something that would guarantee return for them which is something anyone involved with right amount of information will not commit himself to.

But with my actions in the area of websites I visit, blogs I read, visiting the forum, crypto trading site and much more. This made people close to me aware then those who will act on it will then start their research then ask questions in places that are not clear.
I made some introduction about bitcoin technology to some of my friends and members of the family, I told them to make some research and read topics related to bitcoin and cryptocurrency market. I have answered some of their question about how it works and some of its basic operations and coverage as far as my knowledge can, and advice them to try this phenomenal innovation.
3060  Economy / Economics / Re: Invest in BTC vs Invest in Real Estate? on: March 12, 2018, 11:37:03 PM
As the saying goes: "Do not keep eggs in one basket." If you have enough money to split them into different portfolios, why not? It will even be more rational. One portfolio will support the other.
If you would have the chance to invest to both option it might be better for you to try. It is really much better to have an option when it comes to investments because it could really help you to manage or somehow lessen the risk you could take in the future. Lessening the risk is a vital factor for development and future success when it comes to investments and trading where you could definitely earn in partial way.
