Bobsag, can you comment as to whether your X-1 arrived and is working properly? Some more pictures and video would be appreciated.

Has not arrived yet, given the holiday in China im not expecting it till tomorrow/wednesday.

Do you have a tracking number?

Woohoo! Finally received my refund from minersource. THANK YOU!!!

What did you originally pay in?  What was given?  Was it the same number of btc as you paid or was it adjusted to current prices?

Latest pictures:

http://ecointalk.net/gallery/image/379-img-3352-resize/

Includes hashing unit pictures. I have my first unit on its way to me as well.
I admit they are pretty. Although, I seem to remember their product page saying they would include standoffs for stacking?  Now checking the page, that is gone and these unit do not seem to be able to be stackable?  Does anyone else remember this claim?  How the heck are we supposed to organize 10 to 20+ of these things if they don't stack?

Are S1 coupons officially done?  Have they all expired?

so no compensation notes.  What will happen to those people who get X-1's without LCD's before the control board is ready?  Will they get extra extra compensation, or will the right components eventually be sent?

EDIT: Also nothing about the surprise.

Congrats on shipping though.  This turmoil is finally making moves in the right direction, it is unfortunate that your terms for those who will be getting products different than advertised is not clear.

It could perhaps make it easier on you instead of posting everyday to use a Google spreadsheet to track everything. You could identify people by their btc address and have all relevant information (share count and basis info, etch.) then have a tab for each day tracking.  Just a thought, I could help set you up if you need any, I am an accountant.

I am pretty sure that buying a water bottle at $3,000 ea and selling it for $1,000 ea will not turn a profit.

In such case I have got a bad feeling that it all may turn into HashFast. With the difference that there is no way you can proceed with any disputes. That's what happenes when you order something from company on the other side of the globe in the country which is legally unreachable...

I bet Bobsag is sweating at this point, he's on the hook being US based.
Yeah, thank god i ordered through minersource. This is starting to look really dreadful, especially with the lies that the x-1 could "ship now caseless" yeah and that the case X-1 would ship early this week. I am just concerned about it actually coming during my July vacation because obviously it isn't coming in May.

I am concerned about it coming in my December vacation, sure would hate to miss Hawaii to plug in the extra 200 X-1's I get as compensation at that time.

Also, I doubt ordering through MinerSource will help that much.  Surely, Bobsag has the company set up as a LLC, and I doubt that they have much assets left as most money was probably used to refund the people he could.  So, probably a few thousand in the bank and maybe some miners as assets, but by the time litigation gets around, these will have shipped, you might recover some compensation, but you would destroy the company for anyone else who ordered,  and in truth, probably spend more going to court than you would get out.

I'm very glad if CryptX is able to buy new, efficient, hardware, with only selling old ones.

I do not think you are understanding what I am asking.  I agree, it is good that they got new hardware to replace the old hardware, but where is the money going that they are getting for the old hardware?
3071  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] PETAMINE - NEW IPO, NEW HARDWARE, 1,500 TH/S HASH RATE on: May 26, 2014, 09:50:29 PM

Old hardware is just replaced for more efficient. We, shareholders, get lower hosting cost.

yea, but correct me if I am wrong but...

we paid for the old hardware with the initial IPO.
Now, we paid for new hardware (or will by the end of all of this, either through sold out IPO or dividends withheld)
They sold/are selling old equipment for btc.

Shouldn't whatever they make from the old hardware go to the benefit of us either through dividends or used in lieu of dividends if the current IPO doesn't sell out?
3072  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] PETAMINE - NEW IPO, NEW HARDWARE, 1,500 TH/S HASH RATE on: May 26, 2014, 09:43:24 PM
I am not sure if this was answered or not, but where are the proceeds from the sold hardware going?  Shouldn't those either be issued as dividends or withheld to pay for this new hardware?  But I do not see the answer as to where the proceeds will go from the update.

I need 8 S1 coupons, willing to pay .01 btc ea.  Need them quick so first to message will get them.  Send to DebitMe on Bitmaintech's website, I will not pay first if you do not have any trust.  Do not bother asking if I need S2 coupons, I have plenty.

Thanks,

DebitMe

Well I have received no reply either from Minersource or from BA.  (I understand if Minersource can't do anything, but I would think BA would want the free good publicity).

Either way, others seem to have requested the barebone X-1 without a case, and in usual BA fashion, been told nothing.  So it doesn't surprise me that I was also ignored.  I would say I am a couple of days away from requesting a refund for the other orders I have.  This is passing ridiculous.

I have requested 1 of my X-1 units sent without a case.  They said that they would do this, so if it is sent, we have nothing to worry about, if this request is ignored...Well that opens another can of worms.  I will keep you all posted.
Awesome, did they give a ship out date?

Well, I got a reply from Minersource.  They will not break out my order of multiple X-1's and have just a single X-1 sent for testing purposes.  I have asked if I could order another X-1 (even though they are super overpriced and it would be a great loss to me but I'll do it to test if they are real), and have it immediately sent without a case.  Will see what they say.

Did they give you the option to take ALL your X-1s without cases?

yes, but I would rather not risk anything with all of them.  just want 1, plus the extra shipping for my whole order of cases would be too much.

1. this member dont deposited any cent -he claimed that he "got free satoshi" conis - if you belive that ... you are very smart,(for sure you are very-very "smart") but for sure we dont scammed anybody for 0,020 usd !!!
2.now you are not smart, now you are a idiot -because we never claimed that we hold 1600 btc, you or cant read or cant understand - this is our members money, they dont send to our bitcoin account, we dont collect any cent.
3.thanks for your contact, for sure our lawyer will take some action agains you.

I believe that you would not scam for .02 USD, that would be stupid.  You will wait until there is more than that deposited to run away with it.

If anyone is thinking about depositing here (and based on the last 5 pages I doubt it as no one is providing a review of the service) I would caution against it.  This is a very evident scam as no one can pay that high returns.  It is just not possible, you will lose any money you send to his address.

DO NOT DEPOSIT (oh and feel free to send your "lawyers" after me.  Should be easy enough for you to trace to where I am I doubt I will have to give you my address)

DO NOT DEPOSIT!! IT WILL BE GONE!!

Well I guess we need the arbitrary question again.

BA can we get some news on the X-1?  What does a single chip run at?  what power consumption does it use?  Can you show us a board hashing?  What date are the cases supposed to arrive?  How quickly will they start shipping out?
