3081  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What can be done to stop loss sending to wrong bitcoin address on: December 12, 2019, 11:17:32 AM
What is suggesting makes absolutely no sense.

No one should have to give any authorization to receive money, only to send. This is how it always worked out in Fiat currency as well

If the user is careless and sends money to any address without verifying, it is solely his fault and he loses the money . There is nothing no one can do.

What you are suggesting, authorization to receive money, causes so many problems that it is not worth mentioning.
How would donations work? There would be so much more congestion cause there will be those transactions going back and forth...

Bad idea. Wink
We know that if we already send the bitcoin in the address there is no way we could get it back unless if it doesn't send in the blockchain sometimes if there is no much traffic in the blockchain it will be cancelled but it rarely happened, From that, we should be careful enough before sending the bitcoin in the address also before allowing the sender to send the bitcoin in the address a lot of bitcoin wallet already have the details and allowing you to check the bitcoin address where you wanted it to send it was already your fault if you are too lazy to check the address.
3082  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Investing on cryptocurrency is too hard for others on: December 11, 2019, 03:39:58 PM

While surfing online, luckily found the common reason why Filipinos are not investing specially on cryptomarket.

But here's my personal opinion about this topic:

3083  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Survey: At What Price would you stop investing more money into Bitcoin ??? on: December 11, 2019, 02:37:41 PM
At what price would you guys stop putting SIGNIFICANT amounts of additional money into purchasing Bitcoin Huh   I am not talking about small investments that you do not care about losing, but stop investing significant amounts of your financial assets that you can not afford to lose.

I am NOT asking if you believe Bitcoin will go down to these prices !!!    I know you guys will say the prices will never get that low, and that you would never sell your bitcoin.. .  OK we understand that  😁     BUT, any rational, intelligent investor will have a price point at which they would stop putting significant additional amounts of money into a particular investment.   Think it over carefully and give us your best, most honest answer.
If I am going to be practical I think 3000$ was already a good opportunity to invest in bitcoin since just in the past month the market price of bitcoin was over 12k$ - 15k$ I think this kind of market price was no brainer considering the time it take to go down the market price of bitcoin it was a good opportunity surely the market price of bitcoin could recover easily, also we need to consider the delays in the market but for surely investors will reinvest their money in bitcoin if the market goes down to circular the investment in the market.
3084  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think of the current status of Bitcoin? on: December 11, 2019, 01:37:09 PM
Hi, all!

I just wanted to ask what you think we as a community achieved in 2019.

For me every year and every day has been amazing and awesome!!

Although, there are many issues with Bitcoin but considering what it was in 2016 what it is now? Bitcoin is known! Why?

If I only think about the Fiat value of Bitcoin now and what it was 4 years back there is a huge upward swing.
If I think about its adoption then and now there are so many websites accepting Bitcoin.
If I think about Is Bitcoin a Ponzi Scheme there are so many articles arguing Bitcoin legitimacy to those MLM schemes.
If I think about how difficult was to understand this concept, there are amazing articles on the Internet to help you.

I know there are so many reasons but, I cannot recall all of those.

Write it down below if I have missed something.

Comparing the bitcoin in 2016 in today's bitcoin we could all agree that the bitcoin completely improved through the past years.
Surely the bitcoin community is not bigger in the past year the market of bitcoin is also so volatile which is a good thing for investment and investors to circular the investment.
A lot of company is considering bitcoin as a good asset for their company and we could see that bitcoin this day is not being used in a lot of transactions online.
3085  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best ways of bringing Bitcoin to non-crypto users on: December 10, 2019, 04:08:17 PM
I just ordered the Wirex card and hope to get it soon. The idea is to receive crypto (Bitcoin) by doing stuff that I would be doing anyway.

What other ways do you know to receive / earn Bitcoin for everyday stuff outside of the crypto world that could bring Bitcoin and other crypto directly to users for them to spend?
I think it is possible if you convert the bitcoin to other currency I thin non-crypto users don't trust bitcoin and don't have knowledge in bitcoin so I don't think they will going to understand we are going to send them bitcoin in a way, I think the best way is to convert it to a currency you could do it also in digital, in coins.ph you could easily convert your bitcoin in a currency that you could send in many ways like for example banks and other money transfer to send it to other users and even non-cryptousers.
3086  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are altcoins going to get the mainstream like 2017? on: December 10, 2019, 03:43:29 PM
There are thousands of altcoins listed on CMC. We had a little bit conversation between my friends. He was saying, only 30-35 altcoins can be useable in blockchain industry in future. Rest of them will be dying for sure. What do you think? What are the points to choose of a coin that might have a bright future? Only use case is the main thing or you will add other? Thanks
I agree a lot of listed altcoins in the market doesn't really have a volume in Coinmarketcap and also a lot of alternative tokens in the market was not really popular and we know that it doesn't have a future for sure this token will go down in the future only popular altcoins in the market and bitcoin will remain in the market. We know that a lot of ICO was done even today but we know that a lot of them don't even make it in the market because a lot of times the developer of the token do not maintain in and a lot of times it just end up in a big scam ICO. So I think only about 80-90 per cent of the altcoins have a great value and then the rest are dead token.
3087  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Sino dito ang naka experience ng last bull run (2017) on: December 10, 2019, 01:46:14 PM
3088  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Games that everybody likes on: December 09, 2019, 04:04:46 PM
im curious to hear what games everyone likes
there are players that even though they are not good at a certain game they just can't stop their selves
some just wan't to try but ended up liking the game even though they lost a lot, and still enjoys it
as a small better, in a game i just wan't to enjoy , i like poker, dice, and colors , but i see to it i remember
what are my limits , sometimes i bet big but luckily i win , and never attempt the second try,
how about you guys what game do you like? lets share what we like, and hear your experiences
lets have a break and look back on what we like about gambling

I think playing gambling was fun already it just depends on what game you want to play,
In my experience all of them are frustrating if you are losing a big amount of money, I like betting games and I earn a good amount of money with a small capital of around 10-20$,
Sportsbetting was also fun since I like it when I bet on my favourite players and they win almost all the time.
3089  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 30th South East Asian Games on: December 09, 2019, 03:16:29 PM

It makes up proud to be a Filipino! Smiley but it was also an excellent job for other countries,
3090  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Top 5 candidates predicted by bookies to win Miss Universe 2019 on: December 09, 2019, 03:00:30 PM
Lesson learned, don't bet on the top 5 as they don't win.  Grin
Part of the marketing strategy on the sports betting sites and yes, this must be a lesson to learn and a competition like this is unpredictable.
I also never expect who's gonna win and I think it is impossible that the Philippines will win again.

I have been watched the pageant of Miss Universe2019 last night and Congratulation to Miss South African candidate who got the crown and of course their bettors I'm sure they are celebrating right now. "Wakanda Forever" to the South Africans.

I remembered this scene of how happy she is.

"Wakanda" as a salute to there excellence.
The first time I see the Miss Universe this is the first thing that I thought. She looks like Okoye in the black panther.
I think the Philippines also have a pretty solid candidate but still, the South Africa candidate won the crown I have no complaints I think it was a great choice.
3091  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whats the future of Altcoin on: December 08, 2019, 06:11:08 PM
I realy want to buy altcoin which coin can i buy to hold and make big project in future any idea tell me best profit coin to buy thanks.
I think altcoins is still profitable since the cryptocurrency was becoming popular still the market is still volatile but in a long term investment I think a lot of token in the market will not going to make it in the future since bitcoin was adjusting in the market also becoming popular I think the focus of a lot of countries and people will be in bitcoin and a lot of altcoins will not be a priority since it was just a altcoins or a copy of bitcoin.
3092  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The importance of bitcoins :) on: December 08, 2019, 04:26:59 PM
Time and again I hear people saying how it would be okay if they have the access to only*traditional money* but one should understand that time has changed and so have we , according to me Bitcoins now a days is indespensible, it's a part of society now , it's a new culture.

Speaking from my personal opinion I just wanted to hear what you guys think about it , why do you think it is so important ?

How have it shaped the society for you .

As for me it is an amazing source of Income , it may not be 100% what you could want , but it helps you get those late night pizzas I might say .
If you are a student it becomes even more necessary because as a student you are not allowed to work , all you could do is rely on it as an independent source of income apart from all the society ( don't know about other sources but in medical you are not allowed to work ).

Let's hear it from you .

Both bitcoin and fiat money or traditional money is important in the community and to the government.
In my opinion, it is a good thing to have fiat money since this currency is regulated by the government in one country which maintains the currency of one country,
In different countries, we have a different standard of the SRP or price depending on the quality of the country that standardizes the country.
Bitcoin is also a great technology a digital currency that also helps us in a lot of transactions I think it is a good alternative in these days and potentially could be the best online currency today.

3093  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Preparing for a recession... Gold or Bitcoin? on: December 06, 2019, 11:39:26 PM
I don't want to open up another gold vs bitcoin thread. I'm just curious because I read an article that discussed whether we should be preparing ourselves for an upcoming recession by buying bitcoin or gold:

https://cryptotradernews.com/cryptocurrency/preparing-for-a-recession-bitcoin-or-gold/

Thoughts?

I think the next recession won't be as big as 2008 one (which, to me, was a depression). Hence I'll stick with Bitcoin for now.
Both of this two are the best investment. Still, for a more long term investment I think gold was the more substantial since gold is undoubtedly going to give you profit for a long term investment in the market,
this discussion was already discussed in the past years and as we all know we don't know if bitcoin was still around after 10 or 20 years but for sure gold would always be around. The supply was limited since it was a natural resource surely gold was better in long term investment. It depends on the situation in what was the most profitable.
3094  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the faith of Scammers if bitcoin later becomes a traceable Currency. on: December 06, 2019, 11:26:49 PM
"if bitcoin later becomes a traceable Currency"

Well, bitcoin is already traceable. In fact, you can look at the transactions being made right now through block explorer sites like Blockchain.com[1]. Hence why you mostly see funds stolen by hackers being stationary, as they definitely wouldn't want to be sending the funds on exchanges as this would most definitely expose who they are.

[1] https://www.blockchain.com/btc/unconfirmed-transactions
it was kinda traceable since every transaction was recorded in the blockchain or in the etheirscan.io,
but it is impossible to trace the sender of the transaction as a decentralized currency if bitcoin was by a hacker and send the funds to his account there is no way you could get information to his identify you are only going to know the address and trace the transaction of the hacker, also no way to get your money back if it was hack.
3095  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't be too quick to judge ICOs on: December 06, 2019, 11:18:05 PM
I personally do not believe this statistics that 99% of ICOs are scam, because some ICOs fail do not mean they are all scam. I usually tell people that starting an ICO is like starting a new business, it might succeed immediately, it might fail presently but have a great future and it might fail totally beyond redemption. So because a project is failing to perform presently or fail totally do not mean it is a scam. Don't get me wrong here, I never said there are no scam projects but the rate is not as high as alleged. Judging a project based on its first few years is wrong, give it time to realize its potentials.
The percentage was surely lower i think about 80% of the ICO's are already a scamming scheme in the cryptocurrency community,
In the past years it already become a big scam since the ICO's developer are just wanting investors to invest in their token and the project is just going to end up nothing, the token is not going to be maintained and worst not even listed in a market exchanger since the developer don't have a planned in the ICO's it was hard to resist in my opinion since they have a lot of investors it was easy to scam the money especially if you have a huge amount of it, as we all know ICO's get a lot of bitcoin in one project.
3096  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I think crypto world needs... on: December 06, 2019, 11:04:58 PM
What do you think the crypto world needs at the moment? (I'm talking about projects)

In my opinion there is no real platform/website that offers everything you need. For example, news, some kind of trading tools or indicators, educational program maybe hot articles etc...

In my opinion, the cryptocurrency doesn't need anything as the bitcoin just needed to be implemented and become an asset that everyone uses,
Aside from a lot of scammers on the internet, I think the cryptocurrency community was already a solid community it just needs to be bigger to conquer the world.
All of them are just digital money but just being used as an investment but not as a currency used to buy things.
3097  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Just earned my first 9$ in Bitcoin Cash, how can I grow it? on: December 06, 2019, 10:50:06 PM
What can I do with this 9$ worth of Bitcoin Cash to make it grow in a short time? Should I trade cryptocurrencies? How about trading bots?
You could invest your bitcoin cash in a more versatile token in the market or just invest it in the market but considering that you only have 9$,
you should be aware that a 9$ investment was not that much so the profit is surely just going to be a few.
The higher the investment you have the higher the profit you are going to get in the end.
3098  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Consider All Altcoins Bad on: December 06, 2019, 10:37:50 PM
The question is why do some people generalize all Altcoins as bad? considering there are over 3000 of them out there. One would not have the time to go through each project one by one. to analyze the project. team etc everything behind each crypto project.
There has to be some project out there under good intentions. Not all projects could be a scam. I admit I only have a top 4 i consider when it comes to best coins. But yet many should be decent at least honest projects out there. Afterall we do need more projects. more quality projects out there in order for crypto to succeed.

your thoughts
All of the altcoins in the market are just a copy of bitcoin as a cryptocurrency,
since the bitcoin was successfully launched as of today become really successful altcoins or alternative token was made to replicate bitcoin in the market,
with that creating a new one cannot replicate bitcoin because they are unique and the investors are only limited since they are already thousands of altcoins in the market.
Just like ethereum that become popular altcoins in the market.
3099  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin is a get rich quick scheme, then fiat is a get poor slow scheme on: December 06, 2019, 10:25:35 PM
I found this quality topic on twitter and it all caught my attention. I have seen that fiat is the currency of the Government and Bitcoin is the currency of the people, Can the Government Crash? if so the people cannot Crash neither, because so many people are not making good business from the fiat than in bitcoin, which have provided so much job opportunities for users who are online. Fiat will be replaced soon by bitcoin.

Share your thoughts

I think bitcoin cannot replace fiat money as a currency use, in a lot of countries they are using fiat money but have a different value just like a pesos or a dollar,
in my opinion bitcoin cannot be the only currency in all over the world because different country has different standard other things might be cost or expensive in other country but not in other countries, maybe bitcoin is going to reply the fiat money but I don't think that fiat money is going to disappear if the bitcoin become a top currency I think fiat money is still in use.

  • computer wallet or pitaka ng crypto
  • Online Wallet
  • Phone Wallets
  • hardware wallet or ung parang usb

dapat maingat tau jan, maganda ito since nsa iyong pc at ikaw may control
