I know everyone experience anger most specially when someone attempting or to have violated our boundaries we get extremely reacted and get angry. for me, its not easy to get calm when i'm in extremely angered, So what do you do guys to calm down your anger can you give some idea to overcome or get rid of it.
Actually, we get angry when no one give us respect or may be some other matters, but i have a solution which i do it sometime when i want to calm down myself. Firstly leave this place where you are here, if you are at home then go to the out side and drink a cold drinks and sit in the park. On the other hand, if you are in outside and you are angry to someone then come to home and drink a glass of cold water and go to bed and take rest. |

First thing, care your health, if you are healthy then definitely you will live long life, because if you have any disease then it is difficult for you. Eat fruits and healthy dirt daily and don't get stress. Actually our daily routine life is very busy, and we have all the time stress for works, and sometime depression. If depression and stress both are in your life then may be you can't live long life, So get out them in your life. |

That's kind of family bonding, so it's just for fun but if it's serious game, I don't think it's good. If you were the parents, would you like your kids to learn gambling, especially that you know how addictive gambling is and they would turn them like you are. So, i recently went to a local gambling place here in our city and i participated in this game called color game. In this game you will choose from five different colors and if you win, your price will be times four of your bet. The chances is obviously 20% and i myself admitted that i get hooked up to it immediately. Who else dont want an easy money by the way.
