I believe ethereum will pump but I don't know when, only the event can trigger ethereum to pump maybe the eth 2.0, so let's see, profit for sure. It works, well sometimes. There are decent Signal groups out there that is managed by expert traders. But of course, When you trade you must not always trust other's opinion at all times. Because how can you become independent if you rely on their signals? Make the signal something you do after making a speculation on the market just to double check your decision.
For me, i don't prefer using signals even from the start because we can still make our trading successful with our own efforts. Trading with paid signals may be less risky but it won't make you a good trader in the making if you completely depend on it. If there are no recession or virus situations like now, I think yes, the government can diversify the economy to many sectors, so that can prevent the economy from fall down. But if we are in these situations, while people can not go out and stay at home, it will be difficult to diversify the economy to many sectors. At the moment government is trying to compesate losses to most affected businesses but they don't have unlimited funds either and many are expecting help.
As individuals we can't do much except try to take care on ourselves, try not to lose job and save as much as we can. Including in cryptocurrencies.
Right now, most of the countries are already facing general community quarantine and this new normal allows people now to go back to their jobs and earn an income because the government itself cannot sustain anymore the basic needs of their people.
