I visited the site and see that there are 45 active gamblers on Wolf.bet platform, at the moment. That figure actually is higher than average weeks ago. I think that the affiliate program that started days ago has shown its positively net effects. If the program last longer, and more kinda promotions run on the platform, I guess that there are more gamblers will join Wolf.bet platform. It seems the owner(s) has not yet had plans to expand and diversify games on the platform, but if they want to listen to community suggestion, I think that Sportsbet is good, because there are so many kinds of sports, that are favorite by different gamblers, from soccer, tennis, eg.

I would rather automate it, than having 1000's of people's wallets emptied, because they did not know how to verify a signature to validate a legitimate update. Also, when you make things too complicated, it creates a psychological barrier to entry for people who are not educated or intellectually challenged to adopt this technology. ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) Technology helps us to make life easier and to improve on ineffective ways of doing things. Having to remember 1000's of telephone numbers are not practical at all and you can now send a message to say 300 people in seconds on a WhatsApp group. <We have community groups, where people report security issues within seconds and criminals in our area are tracked via mobile phones with messages that are send by members of the group and forwarded to law enforcement.> ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) I agree to disagree. Having automatic update-checking feature is good, but wallet should have (at least) a warning message that reminds people to verify wallet manually. This will play as a second-security layer, and is only good for people, not bad. The warning message should contain links to: official website (from which they will check official announcement on latest wallet version); and wallet verification guide. Technical revolution help human life become easier and more comfortable, but totally relying on automatically technical process is always bad, especially for such highly interested and vulnerable asset like bitcoin in particular and crypto currencies in general.

It seems Harry Maguire has still worn the Leiceister city's Tshirt, that is not right because he already transfered to Manchester United months ago. With Harry Maguire, the defensive system of Manchester United has become stronger, and with Daniel James besides Marcus Rashford, I believe that in the coming match, Manchester United will beat Leiceister City. I predict 2 - 0 for Manchester United.

The topic made for plagiarism detection technique, but I think it is worthy to remind all users on how to avoid plagiarism. [TIPS] to avoid plagiarismIn my topic, I suggested some solutions to avoid plagiarsim (more details presented in my topic): 1. Copying and pasting contents from other sources (outside the forum, such as articles, websites, etc.) without source links 1.1. Leaving the source link behind the content (definition of plagiarism, in this example) 1.2. Using quote block without exactly original source 1.3. Using quote block with source (author names, website links, etc.) 2. Copying and pasting contents inside posts/ topics of other forum members without quotes or source links 2.1. Leaving the link of my topic below contents that you copied from my OP 2.2. Using quote block without author names, or links (because you forgot where they are). 2.3. Using quote block with full link This method of @Pmalek is good, too.

This is a very good thread, so I will give you some merit for the effort that you put in to compile it, but I think most "newbies" might find this whole process too daunting to simply "update" their wallet. ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) ~snip~ Most people are just used to clicking on the "update" button for their software and the software will automatically update without any problems. People mostly want to do easy things, like upgrading their wallets by available links inside wallets The fact that most of these software "updates" and "firmware updates" on hardware wallets are so complex, makes it easy for lazy and newbie people to make mistakes. Wallet providers should develop automated processes to check for the validity of the software updates signature to protect their customers.
In my opinion, everything gives users automatic supports will put them under higher risks. Over time, they will become lazier, that in turn will force them under higher risks of attacks from abusers. For example: Around ten years ago, I do believe that we all remember phone numbers very well, because we had to tap on phone keyboards in order to make phone calls. Since the technical revolution of smart phones, originated by Apple, nowadays, most of us don't remember too many phone numbers.

After integrating the logo of bitcoin on sleeve of Watford shirts, the club has become more interesting in perspective of bitcoin enthusiasts and crypto gamblers. Watford, so far, has not yet performed too well, but the season has just started, and there are lots of matches to improve their performance and their position. In my opinion, Arsenal's defensive system has not yet improved significantly compared to the Wenger era. Therefore, I think there are good opportunites for Watford's strikers to have at least one goal in this match.

ETHex has performed well as ETH-based casino, with smart contract, and different creative methods to operate the site transparently. However, days ago I read an article which wrote about the nearly full condition of Ethereum network, from Vitalik (as I remembered of). Does the ETHex team realize about that? If it happens, which plans to adapt from ETHex team, by now?

Talking about struggling, Dogecoin is way more stable compared to the others. It has a lot of demand daily even though our market is in terrible shape, it is because it can be used as a tool for sending your asset from one place to another. It is more than memecoin, personally speaking it is even more usable compared to ETH itself.
Since the latest pump with effects from Binance listing, that boosted Dogecoin price from around 25 satoshis to about 40 satoshis months ago, Dogecoin has maintained its price in DOGE/BTC very well. In contrast, during same period, other top altcoins more seriously lost their price value in their trading pairs with Bitcoin. Last few months, once again, demonstrated that Dogecoin is one of best option to stay with during bear market; especially when its price is very low like we have now.

There are so many technical terms that I have not known before reading this topic, so thank you for making this one, wwzsocki. I still wonder your topic belongs to Bitcoin technical support board or Beginners & help board. I don't have issue to see your topic here, because it is certainly helpful for newbies, just want to know that such topic can belong to Bitcoin technical support board or not.

I won ~15k for 3 hours, every withdraw was fine. But now they locked my 600MBTC for no reason. The Live Chat told me there is a problem with the system. A friend withdraw his money and it comes instant to his wallet. Smells a bit like a scam of 600MBTC. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Bitcasino is a long running & established casino. They process large amounts all the time, sorry you had a bad experience but they would never scam, let alone for for 0.6 BTC. If what he wrote is true words, I guess he did not obey some of rules in ToS. Sometimes users play, deposit, and withdraw smoothly before they violate some of rules, which immediately trigger to freeze or lock their accounts and withdrawals rejected as well. I agree with LFC_Bitcoin that Bitcasino.io is a big platform, years-old and they don't destroy their reputation that way.

I believe this is more of a self paid promotion anyway, you are getting customers and you are not paying a single thing for it upfront. Affiliate is far better than signature if you are looking for just efficient and optimized profitability. What casinos do when they get a signature campaign is actually just getting their name out there, its not about getting new customers only, of course that is a big part of it but they want to be known and get a community behind their casino.
However, wolf.bet is already known and liked by many people and even the people who do not play here knows about here. So now that the name is out there, the best case would be affiliate, that way people could invite others and casino can have more gamblers and they would only share a part of their profit instead of paying money without expecting anything.
There are no best type of promotions that explained by old casinos have different types of promotions run at the same time. They run their promotions via their signature campaigns, affiliate programs, Telegram give aways, Wager contest, bonus for deposits, etc. If you judge affliate program is always better than signature campaign, it is not true and I disagree with. Which one is better, the team know it well because they have data from their promotions. We only guess, but they have data. All types of promotions need time to have effects, especially for young casinos. Games on casino also play important role to attract gamblers.

66 LTC equals to around 0.4 BTC in total, that is not a small amount of fund. Personally, I think the EOSbet team should consider to run signature campaign again, which might have better effects than Telegram give away. I think with that fund, the team can use it to run a new campaign that last for a few weeks, depends on pay rates and how many participants (should be quality posters only) in total. EOSbet.io stopped its campaign months ago, as I know.

There are some casino games that are reliable and have a great reputation in the standard gaming industry so we will definitely consider some additional providers. Especially the live games.
It is very good developmental plan and approach for future further growth of BSpin.io. Adding more games, include lively ones, and with reputable third-party providers are good approach, in my opinion. There are lots of people think that nowadays gambling industry is highly competitive (that I agree with) and extremely difficult to join and succeed (that I disagree with). There are projects, platforms born over time, some of them fail, some of them succeed, so it totally depends on their internal developments and which kind of convenience and attraction they bring to customers (gamblers).

What We Can Learn From XRP and ICOs About the Crypto Equity Scam ~ snip ~ Does it really scam exit of Ripple? I don't think so. It is just kind of FUD as same as what whales do with bitcoin movements (in amount and value) recent days. Ripple is a centralized crypto currency, I agree. Ripple is a scam coin, I disagree. However, from latest news of Ripple, crypto investors can learn a key lesson, that they should avoid to invest in projects that have too much coins premined, instamined because developers can choose to dump all their coins (from premine/ instamine) and run away. The hot trend of PoS and masternode coins in 2017 and 2018 and their collapse in 2019, include masternode hosting service like GINcoin are things that investors have to remember.

This is going to be a long airdrop. 1 year at least and you need to hold at least 10 BNB along the time. It could be difficult for a trader who earns on price fluctuations and I don't think it would be worth the effort if you consider the time. But if you are into holding BNB than it surely is a bonus for you. BNB is performing well with this news and there soon could be next IEO in launchpad.
That long lasting airdrop is surely the perfect plan of CZ and Binance to keep their investors sticking with Binance for longer period. If I am an investor, I will not fall into this, because all coins have their cycles with peaks and bottoms. Whenver a coin reaches its peak, it is time for investors to seriously consider about profit taking. After taking profit, it will be better and safer to stay away from that asset around 3 to 4 months before coming back to find out good entry points to reinvestment. I do find out my chances with potential good entry points for coins under my radar after each 4 month period.

Does anyone have any more news on Poloniex's plans with reactivating or removing Clams?
What's wrong with CLAM on Poloniex? I did not know that Poloniex has plan to remove CLAM on their platform. They only announced they remove CLAM from margin trading list due to very low volume, besides others like Bitshares, MAID, etc. I checked the Poloniex website minutes ago, and did not see any new announcement about delist. CLAM has lots of advantages: long history, reliability (not scam project), passive income by staking, etc.

That you for mentioning the algorithm as I couldn't remember when posting that previous post.
Yes I am seeing more projects switch to cold staking as its a lot better and cheaper then running a masternode or masternodes which can get expensive if you have many masternodes to run. Yes there are cheap options out there to run masternodes but I still think cold staking is the way to go and I can't wait for the next Solaris update to see where they are currently at with the new code base.
Cold staking is not only cheaper in cost to run staking or masternodes, but also safer for investors, because they don't have to use masternode hosting services that might turn into scam exits anytime. What happened with GINcoin platform is a precious lesson for investors. The platform made scam exit months ago, without any announcement on their website or their announcement thread. It is always bad to use third-party services, and don't have control of seeds/ private keys, that in turn put customers under risks of losing all funds when platforms do scam exit. For next update, I wish smooth switch, and swap, and high performance of txbit.io exchange after a successful code-base switch.

Price of top altcoins have fallen to their lowest range for last two or three years period, but if I can bet, I will bet most of investors, and people who self-called as crypto enthusiasts have still hesitated and worried about altcoins. They thought like altcoins will hardly to recover, they will never come back; I would stay away from altcoins. Yeah, whenever most of investors think like this, it is time to hop on the altcoin boat, load more cheap altcoins into portfolios and wait their craft starts to rocket.
Hilariously, when price rockets to peaks, they hope if there are other chances, I will do invest in altcoins; but when price falls back, they will return to hesitate again and again.

There will be a swap as its a new code base just like Solaris had in the early days as they swapped from one algo to another.
The previous swap is from NIST5 algorithm to Xevan algorithm. Also masternodes will no longer exist for Solaris and instead it will be just PoS which I think is much better as Masternodes are slowly dying as the hype for masternodes is over.
As I know of, the coming staking algorithm of Solaris is cold-staking, and stakers don't have to keep their coins online to receive staking rewards. It's very cool, and I hope to see more breaking news and updates from Solaris team rest three weeks of September (Swap, codebase switch), and if possible I hope to see txbi.io exchange on coinmarketcap.com in the third quarter this year; if not before the end of this year.

Looks like we have another hot trend in crypto news: massive coin movements. I don't think they are serious issues if they come from exchanges, which need to secure their wallets with maintenance, upgrades, from traditional (single) to multi-signature wallets, and more things. Massive coin movements do not always equal to dumps in minutes, hours or days later. I saw such type of news as 'efforts' to manipulate price with dumps. Maybe, people want to dump altcoins (Ripple, e.g.) as 'efforts' to force price dump to accumulate more (might be last round) for the altcoin season, that has likely started last few days.
