Hi All,

I trust you are well.
I have had the most unfortunate and unpleasant experience with bitcasino.io.
I registered a new account, made quite a few deposits and upon requesting a cashout, my account was just disabled and no evidence provided but they claimed I had another account but I do not.
I use VPN sometimes for Netflix etc but I had sent through my ID and selfie for verification purposes but they just took my deposits,confiscated my winnings and that was it!
Can someone plz advise me if there is anything I can do as I am really tired of losing money to fraudulent casinos.

Hi All,

Can you kindly advise on any forums or dispute resolution sites that I could contact to assist me with a prompt resolution.
I will not stand for this. We work hard for our money and for someone to steal from us in this manner is very sad.
I have contacted LCB but they just said that they are a forum and not a regulating authority and cannot assist me if the casino refuses to pay.
I would like this casino to be blacklisted somehow as CURACAO licensing has hardly assisted players with problems experienced with some of their members.

Any advice would be appreciated

I have been in talks with our fraud team and they got back to me with this:

"We have found the user to have registered around 100 accounts since early 2019, depositing with ETH and claiming the first and second deposit bonuses and the then offered freespins. As these bonuses and promotions are once per user by our terms and conditions, any withdrawals from alternative accounts were halted. On early accounts withdrawals were returned but as the user persisted and after multiple warnings no more deposits were refunded.

After that the user began to claim self exclusion due to gambling problem, attempting to bypass our withdrawal fraud checks through responsible gaming. When this did not work the user opened a complaint on AskGamblers and our licence provider, both which were settled by providing evidence of the breach.

The user then began posting complaints on our thread in the LCB forum from multiple accounts, to what our fraud team again provided sufficient evidence of fraud to the forum moderators to settle the complaints.

After going through a ridiculous painful KYC process which lasted 3 weeks I was told that some term was breached and my winnings confiscated.

I had not breached any terms but my account was closed.

I had registered a complaint on another site but they informed the moderators that I was part of a syndicate from Philippines, I can provide proof of that response if needed.

Their claim is so ridiculous as I had already provided my ID documents including a selfie with my ID which was not from Philippines and not even within the same continent as Philippines.

I am dumbstruck at the ridiculous terms that these casinos point away just to avoid to honour their commitments.

I am looking for justice and will go through every possible channel to get it.

I want this casino to be slapped with a hefty fine for defrauding players or send me the money owing to me.

Can this watchdog assist me:

Any funds on your account are winnings generated from bonuses and rewards that were claimed while multi accounting and in breach of our terms and conditions. All accounts after responsible gambling claim were closed immediately. No funds, not even deposits were returned on later accounts as you had been warned quite many times that no refunds will be made on the accounts you register in the future.

No need for that as I do not trust a complaints resolution service that is listed on a casinos website.

I will post all correspondence on this forum, raise a complaint on other forums, licensing authority and the industry watchdog.

Let's see what happens.

I just want to be open and transparent and let the world decide if they still want to play at this casino.

Well, there are so much competition out there that it gets more and more difficult to run a online casino without the competitors creating "newbie" posts to post false accusations against your establishment.  Roll Eyes

It is even more difficult to distinguish between legitimate complaints and real problems, because people are hiding behind anonymous accounts and fake ID's to do this.

It is strange to see that this thread has very little total pages so far. I know Bitcasino.io has same owners from Sportsbet.io, so the site deserves more attention from gamblers. Still don't know why they are actively joined Sportsnet.io but very inactively joined this one.

By the way, for what coinlocket$ said, are there methods to archive site after logging accounts. Forum accounts, exchange accounts, casino accounts. If someone want to archive their trading history, how to do this? Is it possible?

This indeed true thats why i do normally ignore most of the time if there were newbie accounts do pop out from nowhere and telling bullsh*t issues thrown on a specific gambling site. Gambling industry i indeed having a tough competition thats why these kind of false claims and issues does really exist thats why it isnt surprising anytime we do see these fellas flooding out ANN threads with some complaints.

I won ~15k for 3 hours, every withdraw was fine.

But now they locked my 600MBTC for no reason.
The Live Chat told me there is a problem with the system.
A friend withdraw his money and it comes instant to his wallet.

Smells a bit like a scam of 600MBTC. Smiley
