3101  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoin casino by Slotegrator (PROMO ACTION for the first two buyers) on: February 20, 2019, 07:56:26 AM
http://satoshibox.com/t2na4peuvry5qki25x6ky76a Provided link itself gives a clear information about the scam approach. It is unsecure, as more users stated he himself has come in a different way to scam users stating a nominal value while lot has already tried it quoting $50 and so on.
3102  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price will not go above $4,000 on: February 20, 2019, 07:15:35 AM
Cryptocurrencies were completely speculative in reality, and the same is the one that drives the price experience fluctuations. Already price has gone above $4000, while at the same time gold is on its uptrend with stable growth. Once gold was volatile, but now it has taken a stable value, but bitcoin isn't the same it is completely technology backed. As of now we need more support to be above $4000.
3103  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why did Bitcoin hit $4,000? on: February 20, 2019, 07:10:15 AM
the real question is why didn't it reach $4000 a long time ago and why did it take this long to come back up when we clearly were in a reverse bubble for a long time and like any bubble, reverse bubbles need bursting too.

and it didn't come out of nowhere. it was expected to happen. in fact it is even under-performing compared to the expectations.
Yes, this was expected to happen long back. Even now the price has striked the $4000 mark and didn't lasted for a longer time period. Bitcoin price now staggering around the $3950 range. Probably the next price pumping will keep the price of bitcoin stay above $4000 and continue its gradual growth.
3104  Economy / Economics / Re: JP Morgan’s new digital ‘coin’ is not a cryptocurrency, or even a stablecoin on: February 20, 2019, 06:24:32 AM
JP Morgan one of the top contributor to the financial institution has come up with his own cryptocurrency. His focus is towards centralized services, and as a part to keep the banking community stick to the banking system he has developed this coin. As in the thread title it isn't a cryptocurrency or a stablecoin. Also I remember the statement described by John McAfee that the development is his, but the success is in the hands of people, they need to accept it.
3105  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Street Art fresco in Paris with a 0,28 Bitcoin puzzle in it on: February 20, 2019, 02:12:14 AM
That's really an impressive work with creativity that is much needed to grow high in this competitive market. The artwork itself a big attraction, a key for a $1000 puzzle within the art is interesting. These kind of activities needs to be supported and such kind of promotions will help people know about bitcoin. Congrats to the winners of the puzzle.
3106  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The big picture they've all been missing on: February 20, 2019, 01:49:40 AM
End of the day each and every cryptocurrency into existence is interlinked to the bitcoin. The market volume, value of the assets everything is calculated in terms of bitcoin. Everyone is much aware about it, and why these projects use the term bitcoin to compare with theirs? It easily gets the attention of people as it is well known to the common people as it is found all around. In simple terms as in the Op what we do to make bitcoin grow gets reflected through other cryptocurrencies, without promoting bitcoin everything will be the same.
3107  Economy / Gambling / Re: herosphere.gg | #1 Crypto Esports Fantasy | $10 free first contest entry! on: February 19, 2019, 11:53:14 AM
Okay so there's just three contest? League of legends, CSgo and Dota 2? And our first play is free.

Is the players of the games mentioned above is real human or just an AI? Perhaps I don't want to bet on AI.
It's better if you guys have a telegram channel for instant support, this esport is great and will surely attract players.

The players of the games are all real humans competing in official esports contests, no AI involved here.

We do have a telegram channel for instant support, sorry for not mentioning this, I will also add it to the thread above, here is a channel where we make sure to reply as fast as possible and are open for all your questions:

https://t.me/herocoinio
That's really interesting, it seems to be similar to playing pubG where we play against other players. This will be surely more interesting, and more players will get into it. Providing with a $10 initial deposit to play the first game free will get more users into the site. Also the outlook is nice and has got more fantasy games that attract the gaming community as well.
3108  Economy / Gambling / Re: p2ptrade.io-decentralized p2p trading platform.Based on smart contracts on: February 19, 2019, 07:54:55 AM
What makes p2p in gambling area? Does the platform work at all. It looks like very little activity. Has anyone tried this?

Just visited their TG support channel, yeah it seems with little activity with 8 members, so does it mean only few are interested in or no one is asking questions

The whole thing seems to be stillborn

They position themselves as a trading platform but for some reason they start their thread in the Gambling section of the forum. So they are sort of neither here nor there. If you want trading (Ethereum or any other coin), you just go to well-established exchanges like Bitfinex, Binance or whatever. If you want gambling, your turn to well-known casinos like PrimeDice, Stake, etc. Other that that, when I see someone mentioning binary options, I always think about fishy schemes and outright scams
Yes, P2P, decentralization, smart contracts and some terms were quite commonly used to makes them popular. First of all they need to understand all about the sections over which the thread needs to be created. The thread was created and there weren't any further promotion.
3109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Another trap for ETH? on: February 19, 2019, 05:56:50 AM
Ethereum is predicted to make a big change in the prevailing market, but the growth isn't that big. With the previous price pumping too ethereum reached $150 and fell back reaching as low as $80. With this into consideration it is predicted for a price fall soon after reaching $150. I don't think there is such a drop anymore, the market will progress with time, and with the hope myself keeping hold of ethereum without taking it into trading.
3110  Economy / Speculation / Re: CRYPTOS TO THE MOON???? on: February 19, 2019, 05:22:50 AM
This doesn't seems to be an assured starting point for a new bull run. From my understanding about the market it is a resistance break from a long time stabilized value around $3500-$3600. At present the growth shows the urge to cross the $4000 mark. Possibly this makes an disturbance in the market, as people have begun to get positive thoughts on growth in short term and speculations targeting the upcoming month starting has begun.
3111  Economy / Economics / Re: SendFriend gets investments from Ripple, Mastercard, Barclays on: February 19, 2019, 04:58:59 AM
Getting only 1.7 million dollars in funding isn't really such a big news.

At first it doesn't sound like much but when you think it's just a small bank that is still in the development that's something else. Even though you  have partnered with Ripple or Mastercard this doesn't mean they are going to just give you millions of dollars to launch your new project since they have partnerships with thousands of companies like this. For them it should just be an honor to be able to collaborate with such firms.
It is at its beginning stage, and by now raising 1.7 million is good. The investments flow from ripple, mastercard and all will help it get a good reputation for its services. When top financial giants invest on small firms automatically it gains added value and the same will help in its faster growth. Can expect good growth in the future. Another thing ripple always intend to invest on financial services that are centralized and has got good number of users.
3112  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's angel in disguise on: February 19, 2019, 02:52:50 AM
I somewhat understand what you mean. Imagine if you have an ordinary person who suddenly rose to fame because of something he/she did, like a viral video. We all know a video or two that concerns that.. Anyways, then people start to talk about him/her, and we all know that it is inevitable that there won't be any bad mouthing. I think that's one of the reasons why people are talking about it. They like gossip, talking about negative things, and it spreads. I think this is another way to think about it.
Agreed, this is the way through which we see more users getting into the cryptocurrency. Till date very few success stories can be seen without any kind of promotion. One amongst is our bitcoin, which has spread big through word of mouth. As it is high risk asset, even if we promote through different sources we'll have the same number of users at present.
3113  Economy / Speculation / Re: A chance for Bitcoin to rise! on: February 19, 2019, 02:21:00 AM
Every user could be happy to get back the loss, as the market has begun to recover little by little. For those who made investment in the peak has to have patience for a much longer time period to overcome the loss. As of now it an be used as an chance to minimize the loss that has happened during the price fall to the bottom. Ethereum getting along with bitcoin gives the hope that every altcoin too is marching forward to reach big.
3114  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: John McAfee on JPMorgan on: February 18, 2019, 06:39:01 PM
John McAfee have clearly put forth the statement what it is success in the cryptocurrency market. Being the top financial institution it is easy for them to launch their own cryptocurrency. But the success is defined by the people, the same is said by John McAfee. If people begin to support JPM it is a success which takes time to know the reality.
3115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull or trap?? on: February 18, 2019, 06:12:04 PM
22billion into the market ... in less than 48hours,  Is this a possible bull run?? or just a cat bounce?? What's your take on this??
All that we see in the market seems to be the growth pattern. Long ago the price of bitcoin was stable and for a long and it seems to be more of a staggering to gain resistance. Now the resistance have got broken and now it seems to cross the $4000 at the earliest. From this perspective I feel this to be the bull trend to lead bitcoin to next level of growth that has been predicted to happen long back itself.
3116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: I stop using some exchanges on: February 18, 2019, 05:44:24 PM
Exchanges always intend to give the best support to the userbase. In between due to some sort of technical breach, issues arise and the same leads to massive loss of funds. Rather than using funds with exchanges on centralized platform it is always good to use them only by the time of trading and take it back to the wallet with the private key in our hands for better security.
3117  Economy / Gambling / Re: safedice.com scam and why you should avoid SAFEDICE.COM if you are a high roller on: February 18, 2019, 05:34:09 PM
You shouldn call project scam, maybe they just have technical issues. You should ask support.

Please kindly do some more reading related to the discussed site before comment. It is clear that you do not even know what is happening in Safedice since last year. At least check their ANN thread or do a quick check on the official representative's profile of SafeDice.
Please do check the link and will you still suggest OP to ask support?
They are one of the oldest in the crypto gambling room, issues arise quite often and it will be sort at certain time interval. At times this gets delayed, and for the same it isn't good to term it a scam. Also they won't degrade themselves from the hard earned reputation. This is found with every gambling website, as in the above quote you can try the possible ways to get it resolved.
3118  Economy / Gambling / Re: New Games & Services with Bitcoin using Lightning on: February 18, 2019, 04:38:22 PM
I checked the site.
Would you like to provide some more information regarding the site like how much is your bankroll etc ?
Though i see many neutral feedbacks of your site here but still want some users to confirm that your site pays.
Moreover the house edge is pretty high comparing to other casinos
I'm also wondering more details and information about the site, It seems good site and well designed and also its use lightning payment which it's so cool, because most of gamblers want to deposit and withdraw so fast and they don't want to wait for the confirmations.
Anyway, I will wait for new updates, else everything is pretty good.
Agreed, payment expectancy in a very short time period isn't the mistake of common people. It is that simple, and lightening network will provide the fastest payout on winnings. Till date every gambling sites provides with faster settlement on winnings into the inbuilt wallet.
3119  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin & Cryptocurrency Security Cheat Sheet on: February 18, 2019, 03:49:43 PM
It is our responsibility to keep things in a much secure way, for the same we need to enable as much security features available. Cryptocurrency and security is much associated, and every user need to be clear while going to links. There are a lot many scam try through free giveaway, people fall for it easily. Those links will soon lead to some sort of breach to our wallets.
3120  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Steemit On Gambling Platform. on: February 18, 2019, 10:59:08 AM
Steemit has made its first entry onto the gambling platform. I checked with the mobile browser, it has got a perfect interface and looks similar to Binance outlook as it has got similar color pattern. Three options were availed for betting, and Steemit is yet to be added. Someone mentioned that this isn't a part of Steemit. I don't know what is the truth, but it looks good and payments were in steem.
