2241  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum: $500, $400, or $800? on: December 04, 2020, 10:21:40 PM
Currently the price continues to fluctuate in the $500-$600 range and it is also the case for bitcoin prices which are at least stronger in the current $18k-$19k range, although a few days ago it fell lower than that value but the recovery is fast. The trend at the end of this year is very positive because with such price movements it is possible for more increases to occur or vice versa. But since the trend in the cryptocurrency market itself is in a good situation, I assume ethereum prices will be fine as this is the phase where a breakthrough will occur.
Yes, the market of bitcoin and ethereum is moving within specific range. Even after the correction the market hasn't experienced big change in the forward move. The recovery had taken place in a very short time period which is a positive thing with bitcoin. We're into the month of celebration, more sell-out could happen this month. This means there is more chance of price to stabilize than move forward. If a big positive news rolls out, we can experience the new ATH this year.
2242  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If Facebook launches LIBRA then nobody will invest in it on: December 04, 2020, 09:44:15 PM
Facebook is one of the largest companies in the world at the moment, if Facebook launches Libra it will surely get people's attention and success.
I think Libra will be a big competitor to USDT, which gives people more stablecoin options.
Whenever a Centralized authority gets into the market the usage rises, but the impact created by the same will be for a short term. In recent days PayPal has done it. With the addition of bitcoin it has been the talk of the town and the same has made more people know about bitcoin. Same as this with the launch of Libra facebook help with more people starting the usage of cryptocurrencies. Already for legal compliance it paused the launch of Libra. Lets see whats gonna happen this time.
2243  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins price pump influence bitcoin price Negatively ? on: December 04, 2020, 09:17:23 PM
Altcoins doesn't have anything to with the market of bitcoin. Altcoins most of the time follow the growth pattern of bitcoin. We can't say every altcoin is an independent asset, with bitcoin it is true. Experts and large volume holders have started to give importance to bitcoin holding understanding its potential.
2244  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price From 0$ on: December 04, 2020, 07:35:22 PM
From a valueless token it has reached such a high level in around eleven years of time is really a big thing in the fast moving world. People keeps running for money, and the same has made people prioritise bitcoin knowing its potential. At the beginning more giveaways were organised. Now the scenario is different, people starve to make little bitcoin. Thats a good preperation of thread which makes people know the price at each year.
2245  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Different opinions about bitcoin on: December 04, 2020, 04:34:52 PM
Difference of opinion about bitcoin is based on the difference in the level of understanding and the difference of interest the users had in learning/knowing about bitcoin. Most commonly I've heard people describe bitcoin as a specific asset developed for the gambling needs. This is much into the minds of people who aren't aware of bitcoin for other needs. In such a way people have got varied level of understanding that makes them believe and stand on it without exploring to know further.
2246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When will the current Bull run stop on: December 03, 2020, 11:48:30 PM
It is hard to predict that when this run will stop. But it looks like it will not happen very soon. Before this run stops, I would like to see Bitcoin price reaching at least 20k dollars and also Ethereum price reaching at least 1k dollars.
If the growth sparks with bitcoin, then we can expect the same level of growth to take place with ethereum. We can't make conclusion on the bull run end. It all happens suddenly, this time the trend seems to continue until it's new ath. This time what we see with the cryptomarket is the true bull market, because what we saw with the previous bull run is of large scale growth. What we see with the market at present is stable and steady growth.
2247  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Data safety on Centralized exchanges on: December 03, 2020, 11:27:26 PM
With every centralized services we're accepting a long list of terms and conditions. Within that everything gets included. Once after getting exposed, if we go for a claim we'll be described about some specific terms created for the arise of such issues. Data safety is important, and in the growing techn world it is possible, but human errors are inevitable. Firms won't do it in purpose, but at times it happens. Quite often we can see this commonly taking place with different networks.
2248  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP Price to $14 - Any thoughts? on: December 03, 2020, 11:02:31 PM

I agree with this comment. Lets make simple math here.

XRP in circullation is 45 billion and total supply is 99 billion. Then $14 will make 630 billion marketcap and this is just XRP.
Now let say total Crypto market cap $1.5 Trillion dollar.  There is no way XRP can grab more then 30% of total crypto marketcap.

My goals in XRP is only $2 each. If the market going up like 2017.

this is the most reasonable reason why xrp will not touch about $14, because 30% from totdal coinmarketcap is very impossible for xrp
We can't completely deny there is no possibility. If we've thought in such a manner, how the growth could've happened with bitcoin. Why it can't contribute 30% to the marketcap. With respect to the growth of bitcoin the marketcap rises to the higher than the quoted 1.5 Trillion dollar, by the time XRP can grow against bitcoin contributing higher percentage to the marketcap.
2249  Economy / Economics / Re: Goverments creating digital currencies - Threat or Opportunity? on: December 03, 2020, 02:35:01 PM
Governments always tend to make things better than before, but they expect everything to be profiting the government in one way or the other. This is what makes most of the cryptocurrency developed by the governments lack in its real-time usage. If the digital currencies were developed on perfect blockchain, it helps in having track of each and every users data. It is a threat, but usage of bitcoin by governments will make things easier.
2250  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible to live without banks? on: December 03, 2020, 12:33:49 PM
In my opinion, we can live without banks. Just like a few decades ago we lived without blockchain or people did not need banks a few thousand years ago. But the real problem is that banks are taking on its essential roles that cryptocurrencies cannot fully replace them. In the meantime we will still use banking.

So far I have not see at least one country or nation who can function without a bank even North Korea has a bank, I don't think we can live without a bank, it has a function in our modern generation, Cryptocurrency and bank can co exist and compliment each other to serve the humanity to make it a better world to live.
Agreed on the statement, cryptocurrency and bank can coexist to provide better access to mankind. Every country have atleast one bank that is being backed by the government. Other than this we can see lots and lots of private banks. The transformation has been taking place in a much slower pace with the adoption of blockchain technology on banking services. This slow change will make big change in the market, and by that time there'll be chance of living without banks.
2251  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bangladesh going to accept Cryptocurrency??? on: December 03, 2020, 07:49:21 AM
Bangladesh is making a big change in its economy through continued development on every sector. But, it isn't doing good with the blockchain technology and the usage of cryptocurrencies. Bangladesh people are much interested on using cryptocurrency, because even after hard regulations people continue to use it for trading and for other needs. I see Bitcoin as one of the country that follows most of the advancement from India. Maybe the day when Bitcoin is legalized in India, the same could happen with Bangladesh.
2252  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be considered the “gold” of crypto investment? on: December 03, 2020, 07:01:10 AM
Yes, bitcoin is truly the gold of crypto investment. Though we've got lots and lots of cryptocurrencies in the market, bitcoin stands strong and high in the market same as gold stands against silver and other valuable metals. There are lots of cryptocurrencies that grow high in the market, but bitcoin is the one that is being trusted. Based on all these facts bitcoin is the gold of crypto investment.
2253  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your Life After 10 years in Bitcoin... on: December 02, 2020, 08:54:43 PM
I haven't used bitcoin for such a large number of years. Maybe after using ten years I'll get good benefits of the same. Just after three years of bitcoin I got good fortune out of it. But, I wasn't able to make it benefit me. Once again I've started to accumulate my earnings targeting the next halving days. Hope to see a big change by then.
2254  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pizza Hut accepts bitcoin on: December 02, 2020, 11:41:52 AM
Such a large number of shops accepting bitcoin into the business happened during the previous bull market of 2017. By that time Japan legalized the usage of bitcoin and the government itself promoted the acceptance of bitcoin on physical stores. Bitcoin gained popularity out of the Pizza being bought for an exchange of 10000 BTC. Now for a service associated with Pizza accepting bitcoin is really a big step forward and support growth of bitcoin.
2255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will social mining replace bounties? on: December 01, 2020, 01:38:25 AM
Thats really big earning. When the competence keeps rising, automatically we'll get to see more and more ways of marketing. Earlier it was ico, then IEO, further the DEFI, social media campaigns, youtube campaigns, telegram campaigns, and it counts. As an alternate to these, and out of the Bitcointalk community we've got more other sources to spread the word about specific projects. In such a way social mining is getting its importance.

It isn't gonna replace other forms of bounties. Because, even in bounties successful bounties and failed ones are there. Likewise with time we'll get to know about the success and failed ones with social mining bounties.
2256  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is this the long awaited bull run? on: November 30, 2020, 11:59:09 PM
Still unsure if this is the bull run? of course, it does.
Managed to see how it was fast that it came back to $19k and almost reached the last ATH price. Don't doubt it, we've just entered the bull and it's been months already.
No need of any confusion. It is the real bull run. It went into correction and the growth has got resumed. Not months, people have been expecting such a growth for years. There are people who bought during the previous bull run of 2017 ATH price. Till now they're holding to profit, because selling in between gets them into loss as the market crashed as low as $3800.
2257  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin reach 20k $ in 2021? on: November 30, 2020, 10:08:02 PM
Maybe if you look at the current situation the price of $ 20K could happen this year, but that's not the goal of bitcoin. because the highest value that bitcoin will give will be next year and I don't see this year. I am sure with the bitcoin situation like this, bitcoin will probably go down again and up again, that's what happened in recent months. bitcoin has become a short-term investment.
The price is almost touching $20K between now and tomorrow the price will reach that price market however that does not mean the price will stay above $20K before the end of this year. Christmas is fast approaching there is a possibility of  a temporary pullback due to some hodlers selling some of their BTC to Fiat for buying of gifts and stuffs during the yelutide period however come 2021 BTC will resume it upsurge and bullish runs.

People selling for gifts makes zero difference.

Selling so it's included in this years tax - now that might make a big difference.

Edit: $20k this week......if not today.
Yeah, a small pump will make the price touch $20000. This time the growth happens for sure. The price correction have taken place very quick this time. Everyone are with the hope of $20k, but the price drop made people think of bitcoin reaching the same by the year end or by 2021. More incoming of investments will make $20k easier. The last quarter of the year have brought in more investments into the network which is the major reason for the price pumping.
2258  Economy / Economics / Re: Visa is getting more interested in Crypto on: November 30, 2020, 09:48:50 PM
Large scale industries are getting much interested over the bitcoin. Everytime the bull run is kept alive by some big news floating around. This time it's the participation of large scale firms into bitcoin acquiring. If I'm not wrong, it started with MicroStrategy making a big buy. Already we've got some service providers that've developed bitcoin ATM. Visa being a leader in the transaction support on fiat through cards getting interested in crypto will widen the market.
2259  Economy / Economics / Re: Is corona virus crisis changing economical equations around the world? on: November 30, 2020, 01:10:37 AM
The economic equation around the world has changed. According to data from different sources, people's mind have changed and has realised well about life. People who have never worried about the economic situation have now started to think about it and has made plans to have funds to secure their lives, as none know about tomorrow. Countries experiencing negative growth rate shows the big economic downfall, particularly the growing countries are the big sufferers.
2260  Economy / Speculation / Re: Recent Bitcoin Correction on: November 29, 2020, 05:28:26 PM
I have always said it, there are people who think that going down is something very bad but in reality we are talking about something very good good because dropping means there are people who get out and when they get out, there are only buyers left. The more people who are willing to sell get out of our way, that means the more we will have buyers who are willing to buy and holders who are willing to hold.

This is why I kind of enjoy these corrections, now don't get me wrong bear markets are horrible and when we start to crash we start to crash but the reality is that we are not crashing right now and only in a correction market which is not really that important, in fact it is good. As long as we do not learn the difference between bear market and a correction, we are doomed to lose money whenever it goes down.
Just because the market keeps recovering you state it is good an the market has undergone a price correction. If the market has continued to drop, then we could've said the market has turned bearish. Whenever there is drop, people getting into fear is common. Maybe exceptions/experts will have hope over the unpredictable market.

People know the difference between the price correction and the bearish market, but how one can identify a drop is price correction and not a bearish trend. It isn't possible and can't be studied.
