Prison information on Centerfolds owner dated Feb 17.

Now this is proof that what Nick Blomgren said is true, the owner of Centerfolds has been arrested and they couldn't close a deal for the club.

First off, if that's even the same Paik, it's a domestic thingy, with no time served behind bars.

Secondly, the deal was closed back in 2015. If the deal wasn't closed, then there is no fuckin way the following could've been declared: http://www.clarkcountynv.gov/business-license/Documents/Oct%2001%20to%20Oct%2031%202016%20L%20G%20Admin%20Decisions.pdf

Here's definitive proof that the deal did go through: https://lasvegassun.com/blogs/kats-report/2015/jan/11/strip-clubs-new-owner-prefers-be-out-spotlight/

Quote
Steve Paik isn’t trying to make a name for himself. He’s not trying to be the face of something, and he won’t be seen as the figurehead of anything.

The new owner of Club Paradise would rather you not know who he is. When asked to pose for a photo to help promote the club’s official reopening, the head of the operation politely declined.

“No, I really don’t want to be known in this industry,” said the slender man born in Seoul, South Korea, whose family moved to Philadelphia just two days before the U.S. bicentennial. “I try not to be so out front. I am in this business to make a living, not to socialize.”

He carries this philosophy in an industry where self-promotion is seen as both an art form and a necessary evil.

But one can understand why Paik comes off as so demure. His father was an educator and minister. His cousin David Oh is the first Korean member of the Philadelphia City Council. His family founded the first Korean-American church in Philadelphia. He’s a member of a swanky country club whose members might not applaud one of their friends operating a strip club in Las Vegas.

Quietly, Paik has become a successful businessman, an American success story, though he made his money in an industry that characteristically is naughty, dirty and — especially in Vegas — cutthroat. He operates adult clubs near Atlantic City and Philadelphia, making a good enough living to have traveled around the world. He took his wife and children, who attend private school, to the World Cup in Brazil last year and to the London Olympics in 2012.

Paik bought Club Paradise from Sam Cecola, who on a recent day happened to be in the club and appeared to have the run of the place, though he no longer has money invested in his old business. Cecola flew in from Chicago for the opening and was working in an undefined capacity writing a news release about all the celebrities and sports stars who visited the club over the years.

Cecola points proudly to that star-studded history, when he was the kingpin meeting stars of stage, screen and the sports world. But as we enter 2015, Paik and his club officials are quick to point out that the club's former owner is not working in any official capacity at Club Paradise. Under Cecola's tenure, Club Paradise shut down in June after a raid by Metro detectives and IRS agents acting on reports of credit card fraud and other violations.

That word — fraud — is key to Paik’s purchase of Club Paradise. He’d asked Cecola 4 1/2 years ago about buying the place, and Cecola put up a number that made Paik wince. But years later, Paik found coverage online of Cecola’s trouble at the club and sent an email that read, “Sam, seems like your circumstances have changed. Maybe I can be of help to you.”

Today, Paik promises to operate Club Paradise with class and integrity, and hopes to fill the 197-capacity venue with people who can spend moderately.

“I don’t need the few customers who are going to spend a lot of money,” Paik said. “I’d rather see a lot of people enjoying themselves with a small amount of money.”

Paik plans to track credit card receipts painstakingly, since that was a factor in the club’s closure last summer.

And he needs to enter the knife fight with limo and taxicab companies who bring customers to strip clubs but charge high per-customer fees. Limo companies can demand as much as $90 per head, even though the average club customer spends only about $60 per visit.

Paik is learning, fast, how to operate in that culture.

“If everybody else is doing it, paying limo and taxi guys, I have to do it,” Paik said. “It’s unavoidable.”

When asked what his imprint will be at Club Paradise, Paik speaks with the precision of a CEO: “I intend to provide a good service and a fun environment where customers can come in and enjoy without spending a fortune.”

For Paik, that’s as close to brazen as you’ll get.

bla bla bla

You DO NOT HAVE A CLUB

YET YOU ARE ASKING PEOPLE TO BUY MEMBERSHIP FOR A CLUB THAT DOES NOT CURRENTLY EXIST

ANY SELF RESPECTING BUSINESSMAN WOULD ENSURE THEY HAVE THE PREMISES BEFORE THEY SELL "MEMBERSHIPS"

But hey........that's just me....

MORE HOPIUM PLEASE

LOL so according to your logic no blockchain project should have a token offering because well... THEY DON'T HAVE A BLOCKCHAIN until they build one.
Go tell that to all the ICOs that come up in the last few years and all the new ones to come.

We strongly recommend to give up the opium LOL

but but but......

this is about a token offering that is based upon people going to your premises (which you don't have).

your main USP (the fucking club) ain't there....

am about to overdose on hopium....

sheet...

PS: GuyBouchard, if you ain't connected to Legends, quite frankly, i don't give a fuck about your opinion.  Kiss

Wouldn't it be funny if Guy Bouchard is the father of the MMA fighter Leon Bouchard?

Ah did you read the post about Centerfolds?  The owner was in jail in Montgomery County PA which is in Philadelphia. I bet the reason they are trying to keep it under the rug is because if Las Vegas finds out he is in jail they will pull the liquor license. Hmmm.  But the genius on this forum who are not buying anything can't put two and two together.  However, I'm a lawyer with access to an online database. What legends says checks out 100%.  If you want, I'll PM you the order sending Paik to jail and you can post it. His real name is Seung H. Paik not Steve.

We currently own seven Bitcoin ATMs with four operating Bitcoin ATMs located in Las Vegas, Nevada at the LINQ Hotel and Casino, Sin City Vape, One Kicks Gym, and McFadden's Restaurant and Saloon. Through our Bitcoin ATMs we intend to generate revenue from transaction fees charged to consumers who purchase or sell bitcoin using our machine. We may also generate revenue from the margin between our cost of bitcoins and the selling price of bitcoins.

The Legends Room has nothing to do with Mike Tyson or the article you mentioned on CoinDesk, but if it helps to get credibility here we see why you would post something to mislead readers.

ahahahah
Ok a hero member who would come and check everything by himself would indeed be a huge gain of credibility here Grin
The funny thing is that you'll probably be welcomed by a few drinks and a beautiful waitress... Lucky you ;p

Gonna take one for the team here for sure... lol

I have been PM'd by hobbskevin and we're negotiating a time to visit. I've met Nick at the Gym once before when he was promoting the Mike Tyson ATMs. I'm asking to view some business documentation as well as any remodeling efforts that display the Legends branding. I will keep the thread up to date as this progresses.

Dear Gleb,

Here is the Legends Room BTM branded with London Keyes pictures, it doesn't look anything like the one you shared with Mike Tyson on it.

With Nick Blomgren next to it

And without

As per the Centerfolds owner check the case number as mentioned by Nick, unfortunately seems like you can't find any info and are bringing up old stuff, this happened recently.

The previous venue was closer to the Hard Rock Hotel however the stars that will be in our club, together with the events we will be organizing should be very attractive to our members.

The Legends Room has nothing to do with Mike Tyson or the article you mentioned on CoinDesk, but if it helps to get credibility here we see why you would post something to mislead readers.

Quoting so that it doesn't get deleted while I pen a reply, especially the clause I highlighted. Seriously, dude?

Mike Tyson Bitcoin ATM Owner Hits Back at Scam Accusations

http://www.coindesk.com/mike-tyson-bitcoin-atm-hit-with-scam-accusations/

Quote
The man behind a Mike Tyson-branded bitcoin ATM in Las Vegas has defended the initiative after accusations it was a scam surfaced today.

This weekend, the ex-heavyweight champion of the world tweeted to his 4.89 million followers that the ATM would be "Changing the way we get change".

With a launch date of 30th August, the machine promised to offer cash-to-bitcoin services in under 20 seconds, 10 seconds faster than Iron Mike's knockout record.

While some hailed the news as good PR for bitcoin, questions about the legitimacy of the project soon surfaced following a closer look at the site's domain owner, Peter Klamka, and the project's partner, Bitcoin Direct LLC.

SiliconANGLE reporter Duncan Riley noted the patchy internet trail of Klamka's firm Bitcoin Brands Inc, an over-the-counter (OTC) stock with a market cap of just $6,780 and no visible product offerings.

Unlike stocks which appear on NASDAQ or the NYSE, OTC stocks – which involve small companies – are unlisted, which can make it difficult to find details about them.

For Riley, this suggested the ATM had the potential to be a scam at Tyson's expense.

Speaking to CoinDesk, Klamka strongly refuted these statements. Under the condition they would not be shared, he supplied three images of the branded ATMs, one showing the Vegas skyline, which he maintained were ready to be launched at any time. Additionally, he told CoinDesk that Tyson has an "even split" of equity due to the way the license is structured.

Meanwhile, Bitcoin Brands – which Klamka maintains is not affiliated with his work with Tyson – currently operates two ATMs, one in New York and another in Montreal.

"Nothing happened yet other than we announced the product. We're not trying to raise any money, he's telling them 'I have an ATM coming' in the same way he says 'I have t-shirts coming', except nobody asks all these questions about the t-shirt maker."

"We are not seeking anything other than to get the word out about the coolest way to buy bitcoin," he added.

Celebrity connection

According to Nevada records, Bitcoin Direct LLC filed only four months ago, in April 2015. The company, which bills itself as a "bitcoin transaction solutions provider" in its press materials, owns two General Bytes ATMs in the Vegas area, Tyson's home, one in a mixed martial arts centre and another in a cigar shop.

The company has links to another OTC traded company, beef supplier Conexus Cattle Corp, who bought a controlling stake in May. However, Klamka maintains that is where the relationship ends. "They are a financing partner ... maybe tomorrow it will be a different entity, maybe not," he said.

The reason why the company has no online presence, Klamka said, was due to the fact it had been set up purely for "celebrity bitcoin licensing" opportunities. He pointed to various celebrity deals he had made in the past, including a KISS-branded visa card and a Hello Kitty pre-paid debit and credit card. The Tyson ATM, he said, would be the ex-champion's "George Foreman grill".

FWIW, I'm probably the only person on this forum who has been in George Foreman's home in Texas.

How come no one calls me? Or stops by my gym which is open 12 hours a day.  The truth is that the Topless Vegas Online article changed our entire business. We received calls from clubs in Las Vegas and other states to bring the Legends Room there. Memberships, digital currency and UFC stars has captured a lot of attention.  We also received an offer to purchase over $1,000,000 worth of memberships by a publicly traded company which we are finalizing. While this was going on, the actual owner of Centerfolds wound up in jail. The case number is 2015-14333 in Montgomery County, PA.  Look it up if you want because they certainly will not tell you about it if you call the phone number. The existing management was very hostile for fear of losing their jobs and we received a report regarding continuing unethical activity there. We don't know if the unethical activity was true or not but it raised a concern given an absentee owner and the hostility of the management. We also received some information which we were in process of verifying that there may be some structural issues with the actual building and some code violations.  Again all of this is part of the diligence process and consistent with our stated goal to deliver the best experience for our members.  The membership comes first today and every day. Ask anyone who has been a member of my gym whether it's a pro fighter or a guy trying to lose weight in beginner's muay thai. Ask Dana White if you see him about One Kick Nick.  Given what we had as new options, we made a move. So the Legends Room will open on schedule at 3750 S Valley View Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89103.  The facility is 3x the size of Centerfolds which will allow for bigger events, more celebrities, more frequent token rentals for all members, and most importantly more hot girls.  We will be absolutely packed for events like Mayweather vs. Connor (if it happens) and GSP vs. Bisping during Fight Week.  We have always had a "Full Refund" policy.  Don't like what we are doing....I'll count out $5,000 in front of you and a free limo ride to any club in town.  Now go train and I'll see you at the Legends Room.

3750 S Valley View Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89103

3750 S Valley View Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89103

Nice part of town and a beautiful warehouse-esque building with additional parking in the used car lot next door. And, the building's two years newer than Centerfolds, thus less structural issues. Put a helicopter pad on the roof and a monorail to the Rio and you're golden.

There is no secret go to the site www.legendroomlv.com. Contact them. There is no actual footage of the club yet as its not opening until April but there will be some pictures soon about the progress. You can go there and see that the branded bitcoin ATM's are already installed.

When you say branded bitcoin ATMs, are they branded with pics of girls or of Mike Tyson depicted below with Bitcoin Direct's OTHER machines?

The website is back up, the team is reviewing things and we will share news with the community as they become available.

The sale is still ongoing.

How can the existing owner of Centerfolds be in jail when in October 2016, Steve Paik was still in good standing with Clark Co., NV? http://www.clarkcountynv.gov/business-license/Documents/Oct%2001%20to%20Oct%2031%202016%20L%20G%20Admin%20Decisions.pdf

We made that clear before the sale started, clubs come and go all the times, all you need is to find a venue, refurbish it and open.
Of course we are also getting liquor and dancers licences sorted in time for the opening.

As Nick Blomgren mentioned above we have had a few issues with the previous venue in light of the owner not being available, however we are on track for an April opening anyway.

The owner's available.

The average time it takes to get a Liquor License is somewhere between 90 – 120 days.

So, that's at least 90 days from today and that's only if the business license depicts an address where the club is gonna be located, which at this speaking such has yet to be determined.

so you guys organised a sales with at its core, a venue that is not even yours.....

and now despite the problems, you still conducting the sale.

 Roll Eyes

What problems do you see? I bought a membership and I am excited that someone was looking out for us. Have you ever belonged to a private club?  Ever been to a strip club? Ever start a new venture? Be f-ing happy someone is opening a new place that accepts bitcoin.  And the guy said if I'm not satisfied with the place I get my money back and a company is buying $1,000,000 of memberships. Did you buy in the sale or do you just bash? See I am in favor of letting people make up their own minds about how to spend their money. But that's just me.  I will be sure to PM you for permission on what I'm going to do this weekend.

Not sure how many posters here know Vegas but there aren't any places you can go to actually interact with a Stephan Bonnar or a Connor MacGregor one on one. If you're lucky, you bump into a guy in the lobby of the hotel and shake his hand. So if you are UFC fan and you are in town for a big fight weekend you will go to a place like this.  This Bonner guy appears to take it seriously since he's tweeting about it and making videos all the time.  Porn stars, hot strippers, and liquor too? And I could make money on the nights I'm here in New York by renting out my membership and it's only 5k for the rest of my life.  What about the night when they have a big UFC guy and Asa Akira there? Entry price will be insane. People pay thousands for one night at some clubs.  And it is directly across the street from the Hard Rock Hotel which draws a party crowd. What about AVN?  Hard Rock hosts AVN. Every porn star and porn fan in the world goes to that and Legends is across the street.   IN.

Did your membership come complete with memo updates? The new locale is 3750 S Valley View Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89103, off the beaten path where tourist rarely go unless a cabbie talks them into it. Then again, some folks are into a strip joint being within walking distance from a tourist attraction, in this case the Vegas Drug Rehab Center.

I just spoke with a rep at Centerfolds Cabaret via 702-767-8757 and she assured me that there's NO The Legends Room replacing Centerfolds, and also that she has received several other calls on this matter and bitcoin. Call yourself to verify.

The website now looks like the following: https://legendsroomlv.com/

We have been informed by the management of the Legends Room that there has been some legal issues that have come up with Centerfolds and that the Legends Room will be moved to a different Venue. We have requested all the legal documentation to prove this and also to show the new road map and opening schedule for the club. Once we have this information we will update the community. No one who has invested will loose anything if something happens in this regard all funds will be returned. Please PM me with any questions.

That's odd! The rep on the phone informed me that Centerfolds wasn't in the process of being sold and that its legal department has been looking into the matter as it relates to Bitcoin et al.

Again, everybody, call 702-767-8757 and confirm for yourselves.

To save costs, the logo is also in black, albeit we did spend a tad extra to print the logo on the back, front, inside and outside the t-shirts.

Once our initial Quantum prototype has passed internal and external testing procedures, it will be time to launch the Quantum testnet code named "Sparknet". which will be the final real world test before the official release.

Happy new year ! From Qtum Foundation"

Almost two months later, NO TESTNET, yet Investardums SUPPOSEDLY purchased all the Qtum's tokens on Chinese exchanges in spite of overwhelming evidence depicting Qtum having a scant presence in the Chinese marketplace. Totally motherfuckin unreal!

I find it astonishing over the years these individuals and groups tell about the fabulous technologies they want to deploy.
Yet they can't make a testnet or emulation of the coin/project before and see if it is something that would work overtime.
They first need our money conveniently to do it! Not the backers behind them worth millions.

The Qtum reminds me of the recent BitLand project in this observation - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1434155.0
They were asked why not try to simulate/test or do a smaller project with a smaller state. You know, before trying to deploy the blockchain/node across Africa.
Bitland even had Ronny and others backing it!

Qtum has several million to try and testnet even before deployment and the talent supposedly to do it.
Yet they still need an ICO.

As I've pointed out here - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1720632.msg18089204#msg18089204 (revisited verbatim below the horizontal line) - prior to obtaining Angel Backers, Team Qtum already had hundreds of thousands of dollars in their coffer, liquidated most of said amount, received a million dollars more from Angels, then used that money to spread lies about their endeavor up to and including during its ICO in amassing tens of millions of dollars more sourced from where, currently held also where? 10 days later on January 11, 2017, Qtum secures seed funding of $1M from 4 investors, one of which is Star Xu of OKCoin: https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/qtum#/entity

On the very same day (1-11-17), Pete Rizzo of CoinDesk published the announcement, of which includes the following: http://www.coindesk.com/blockchain-angels-invest-1-million-bitcoin-ethereum-hybrid-qtum/

Quote
Patrick Dai, founder of the Qtum Foundation, indicated that the $1m will now help his team to prepare the infrastructure necessary to sell the tokens in a public initial coin offering (ICO), or a public sale of unique cryptographic tokens to investors.

Dai told CoinDesk:

"We raised the money to prove that our approach is right. We used the money to do the minimum viable product. The testnet is live now, but it is private, it is already working."

Dai said that the Qtum Foundation could seek to raise up to $10m in the token offering.

Don't you find it odd that in 9 days back in November 2016, Qtum was able to amass over $600K worth of bitcoins from who-knows-where, then a month later covert 500 BTC to cash via OKCoin, to only 10 days later receiving a million dollars in Angle seed funding from the very dude, among others, Qtum just handed over $491K+ to?

Or am I mistaken, the 1qtum1H39JbLjkBZGg4HVsrt9KD6FMS3g BWA belongs to Qtum's twin brother, Qtime?

"Bruno thinks that we shovel up the elephant shit in our office, when in fact we just let it pile up, pretending it doesn't exist. To have more room, we simply used some the million dollars donated to us by Angel investors to knock out a few walls so to extend our office in accommodating more elephants and piles of shit."

Where are these Bitcoin and Ether addresses for which investments are coming, why are they not public? It is very likely that the team simply draws figures in order to create large capitalization and own almost all the coins.

According to Team Qtum, PwC maintains all the financials of Qtum, with the ICO moneys kept offline in a secret hiding place, the funds sourced from unknowns under the auspices of KYC and AML regulations.

Thanks for this info, Gleb.
I knew this is going to be the game Qtum team is going to play, just look at the disparity in fund raised on each exchanges, it is very easy to manipulate trade volume on exchanges, I learnt this on Yobit and most of these exchanges are guilty of this act.

I just realized something. The ONLY idiot on this thread is me for not charging for the time put in my exposés.  Cry

   Bizhongchou (qtum.bizhongchou.com)
    Yunbi (yunbi.com)
    ICOAGE (icoage.com)
      ICO365 (ico365.com)
    BTC9 (btc9.com)

This is quite unusual. Only bizhongchou has the "record-breaking" fund raised. The other exchanges only show miniscule amounts.

Hey Gleb, maybe you have the time to report to PBoC (webbox@pbc.gov.cn) of these shenanigans. If discovered, these exchanges will be gone in a day.  Grin

I'm still in shock that Qtum's Chinese Slack channel is a ghost town, yet the majority of Qtum's Investardums came from China according to Team Qtum.

That, and over its lifetime the hashtag #Qtum was used ONLY 1,447 times on Twitter with a reach in China of ONLY 1.87% compared to the US at ~29% with its citizens not allowed to participate in Qtum's ICO ...

LOLZ, looking at Stackoverflow's past posts https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=505784;sa=showPosts;start=80 large gap between  August 26, 2015 and January 16, 2017 - Almost two years.

Hi Earlz! Nice Sock puppet account.

It's ONLY a coincidence that every coin cocksuckeroverflow pumped back in the day is directly connected to Jordan Earls.

For every finger Team Qtum points at us as being the FUDsters, there's four fingers pointing back at them. (cocksuckeroverflow conducts an experiment - he looks in a mirror and points a finger and not only realizes that it's true, but can now use Glebby's words against him)

President Trump going Full-Bitcoin!

On Facebook today:

Andrew Jackson: We thank you for your service. We honor your memory. We build on your legacy & we thank God for the USA! - President Donald J. Trump

---

Err, Andrew Jackson's legacy was killing the banks.  This guy is gonna go all out on Bitcoin/crypto soon.

Well, that explains why Peter Thiel donned a Hulk Hogan custom at a Robert Mercer function honoring Trump as they both at some time during the event quasi-privately talked about the day Bitcoin was conceived at another Mercer function eight summers prior with Thiel's cohort, a Cypherpunk (not Tom Jennings, but present), rounding out those in attendance, in which the framework of the now infamous white paper was thoroughly discussed, purposely dated on Halloween [day] (rhymes with Wei) 2008, because dressing up as something who/that's not is not only cute at least once a year for some, but more frequently cuz it's all the rage for others in certain circles who give a hoot, which may or may not have an owl in the hunt for red October.

Which exchange platform is most freindly for western ico  investors looking to buy Qtum?

The only exchange that is not based in China is Allcoin.com, which is Canadian.

This doesn't mean the others aren't Western friendly, here's the list:

From: https://qtum.org/en/crowdsale#question-6%20
6. How can I participate?
The Qtum Crowdsale will be facilitated on selected online crypto-currency exchanges and crowdfunding portals. You can participate via any of the following venues:

    Bizhongchou (qtum.bizhongchou.com)
    Yunbi (yunbi.com)
    ICOAGE (icoage.com)
    Allcoin (allcoin.com)
    ICO365 (ico365.com)
    BTC9 (btc9.com)

Also, the price for Ethereum has been changed:

I guess it's not in Qtum's playbook to be forthright and declare that the old and new Allcoin has always been owned and operated by Chinese, with Mark Gates (or Gate, depending on what day it is) still on staff, first as a UK-based entity registered nowhere, and now a Canadian-based registered entity that exercises the fine art of copy & paste.

Further, the Qtum user account has NEVER penned the name of the author of any of its posts on this forum, thus we have no idea who from Team Qtum is doing the talking. It could be Patrick, Jordan, Brett or some other high-up staff member, or it could be Lucy Long from Allcoin for all we know. Hell, it might even be Paul Vernon or Marshall Long, the latter given that Lucy Long is on staff at Allcoin.

One more thing. Let me guess. Team Qtum is waiting on Leroy Fodor to complete the math computations so to fill in the last three missing figures, the placeholder currently reading TBD. Let's see if Leroy's numbers match mine for all five: 110; 105; 100; 95; 90. Looks like it needs to be changed again: 130; 125; 120; 115; 110.

Allcoin is own by Cascadia. Qtum vouches for Allcoin, and likewise. Allcoin is now proven to be acting nefariously with the below, among other evidence present on this thread. If Qtum doesn't distance themselves from Allcoin, then they, too, act nefariously and shouldn't receive a satoshi from the community via their ICO in seeking $30M.
