Spondoolies is shipping in stock 1.45 TH/s miners for $2900. They also use .7 w/gh, it seems they have BA beat in price and power efficiency.

Are all of these full time positions? Do you hire from anywhere? Been looking for a part time job to save up a bit to buy a house, and may be interested.

Just read through your last couple pages of comments, and I must say, I like the idea and always love investing in these type of companies (even possibly have one of my own in the future, throwing around some ideas) Have you thought about listing on havelock investments? Personally for me to invest anything sizable into something like this I would need to meet and know you and help and yaddah yaddah...who has time for that? But if you give them your dox, and get registered with them, everything is all good and now it seems like you have a pretty good prospectus with uvwvj (although not a K state grad, still seems to know business pretty well ), I think you would be a good company for their list, and you could probably pretty easily raise the 50 btc needed to get underway. Just a thought, and good luck with whatever way you decide to go.

Remember the first compensation package did say at the bottom any one who has been naughty would not get any compensation. Just looked and the rule still applies Ehh, I bet everyone who has posted on here in the last 20 pages is on the shit list, so it doesn't really matter. I just don't see what the trust system would do to help a person trying to decide on BA or somewhere else. I would instead look to the thread and if I see pages upon pages on upset customers wanting their units and getting disrespected by the company and then make a decision on whether to buy from them or not. And I will use what trust/power I have to make sure that potential customers are informed.

How is it that everyone related to this fiasco still has positive trust feedback?
Is this because everyone is too scared that they will cut out any compensation with our order or just not deliver at all?
Why wouldn't we?

As somone on the ecointalk forum pointed out:
"david105396, on 06 Apr 2014 - 2:48 PM, said:"
" I am very confident that the deadline will be made and shipping will start on time. I will personally vouch for this. "
So are you going to step down David as you were vouching it would hit it's shipping date or are you going to string us along even longer with your lies?
It's a good thing he didn't take Debits .5 btc bet We all knew it, just by looking at the timeline, I never expected him to take the bet as he, as well as everyone else, could easily see there was never any way they could get all the chips in, test them, and then get them out the door in completed cases in a couple of days. Now, I am again in a betting mood, David, care to share a date on when we can bet if BA will ship or not? If you choose, "this year" i expect 10000:1 odds, just FYI. Go ahead, give me something we can make a competitive bet on...?

Well, looks like another week has passed and still nothing in terms on shipment or even news for that matter. I was really banking on shipping starting over the weekend/today, ahh optimism.
Well BA, where does this leave us, another difficulty change before shipping it seems, one that will push us up an estimated whopping 18% to almost 10.5B! And who says that exponential growth in the network hashrate is not sustainable in the short term...
It also seems that Rockminer is now shipping their AsicMiner products, you seem to have them beat in power efficiency and cost per GH, but again, they are shipping and Asicminer is expected to add a large of amount of hash to the network.
Are you guys currently revisiting the compensation package? I hope you are starting to see that anything less than a 1 to 1 match of all products will leave a terrible reputation with all current buyers (who in all honesty will also be your future buyers).
But lets just focus on getting a working product to market shall we? Its funny how our deadlines have shifted from concrete dates that you promised you would hit, to estimates, to not even being able to give us a timeline besides, "this year". That really is instilling some confidence in me.

Branny, this might be out of your league right now, but have you thought about purchasing homes in Detroit? There's a severe rental crunch going on now, and it might be worth looking into renting some houses out to fix them up. For example, http://www.buildingdetroit.org/Listing/Details/381969/4722-Avery is right by Wayne State, and wouldn't require a huge amount of fixing up. Since it's right by Wayne State it could be rented out to students and/or people who want to live near an up and coming area. I'd have to find someone i really trust. median vacancy rate is something like 50% for the whole of Detroit. Management fees can also be killer when you're in a high turnover area due to the fact that *most* management companies make MORE money the higher the turnover is (Many charge 1/2 of first month's rent as a tenant finder fee) so if you have two tenants a year per property, that's 1/12th of a year's rent PLUS the management & exorbitant contractor fees. Scaling is something that is always on my mind, since there's only so many rentals we can have in Central Ohio. However the best option at this time IMO is to grow highly and then franchise the method of find-flip-rent AND running a pseudo-contractor/management company in house, as management and repairs/rehab are two killers for rental properties. I am not sure about Detroit, but are there any colleges around the Ohio area you would considering buying next to? I am sure you are more knowledgeable on this than I am, but it never hurts to throw in a quick opinion/some advice. My brother rented a place right next to campus in college. Little house, with a main floor and a downstairs, that the owner was able to lease out to 6 people at a time (every available room was converted to a bedroom and 4 shared 1 bathroom). They each paid $365 a month on a $70 to $80 thousand dollar house, which over 6 of them, would be about $2000 a month in rent. These tenants are at least tied in for 6 months (one semester) and probably 90% of the time, will sign for a year, and you will always have new tenants available and waiting. The main problem is upkeep, they are college students and have a knack for destroying things, but it is fairly easy enough to bill them for repairs and whatnot/take it out of their initial deposit. Just a thought as I started buying into your company and continue to grow my number of shares. Sounds like your doing really well and have a clear goal of where you would like to go. Keep it up!

So tell us Matt, how long before you file fraud charges on your multi-million dollar order? June, July, August?
I saw working chips, on working boards, with kinks to be worked out, nothing ala Cointerra or Bitmines 28nm. How much equipment were they mining with?

Im here.
Support emails are handled by support staff, they have answered over 45 tickets today. Secret is secret, not aloud to discuss yet, I will ask again.
My guess at the secret is that each miner gets 2 LCD screens! (debitme gets 3 'cause he loves the idea of LCDs on miners) Sweet, 3 times the useless stats on every single one of my units while you guys only get 2. I'll be the envy of the mining world when the protocol switches and whoever has the most LCD's mines more!

Fantastic news CryptX!
Someone please correct my math here if I am wrong....
Today's dividend was 0.0015042/unit @ approx 500 TH
0.0015042 * 3 (1500 TH) = 0.0045126/unit in dividends... (approx)
If you hold 100 Shares that is a weekly dividend of = 0.45126/week ?
Thats approx 1.80504 BTC a month ?
Questions I have around the IPO -------------------------------
1) Will dividends stop between 19 - 31 May and continue 1st Week of June ? 2) Will hardware be deployed immediately after IPO ? 3) Estimated time to 1500 TH/s mining ? i.e. 1st Week June, 1st Week July ?
Overall thanks a million and keep up the good work.
All of that information is in the prospectus. And you have to account for the increase in shares between 0 and 33000 when calculating dividends. 1) Yes 2) Deployment starts on the 26th. 3) Everything deployed by the end of the month. Whoops, typed the wrong word for number 1), meant Yes...Ugh was thinking of something else.

100% a double of the hashrate needs to be done for compensation.
with no additional expenses. I think we are all in agreement that this is the only rational/fair compensation for everyone.

Bobsag, please tell me you have more to report than that measly update they left? Certainly there is more to give information wise? And I think rethinking the compensation package is about due up for discussion. Are we going to get more information?

Ahh the LCD screen, the thing that set their miners apart is now causing a delay in manufacturing. And, instead of coming on here and answering some questions, they choose to post as close to nothing as possible and leave.
How can anyone expect to receive future business with practices such as this.

Quick update: We have stocked all required parts, except the LCDs and cases for X1 which are due to be delivered next week. The miners are in production including the X1 boards. Several software issues have hold the shipment for few days but we expect to start shipping any day now. http://ecointalk.net...duction-update/ FYI

Buy Avalon module miners. At 1.17 per GH/S (based on the current btc price), it is worth it. With 3 million, you can expect to get 1 PH/S per million so you'd get 3 PH/S. If you were to pool mine that on Eligius, you'd possibly get over 300-400 btc a day. I already had seen a guy with 600 TH get 200 a day. That means it might even be possible to get 1k bitcoin a day and you'd brake even within 10 days. (Count this totally as speculative guessing.
You can not get 200 btc a day on 600TH According to Coinwarz, 600 TH/s generates 34 BTC a day. Just a little shy of 200 BTC a day. Psh, lets not forget variance!

Debitme, the surprise they promised us around the time of shipping will be that there are no miners and they're running away with the money! HAHA, what a surprise. Only difference is that would not make me happy for choosing BA. I am guessing the surprise will be all orders will be doubled, free PSU's with all units, and every unit shipped will come with a free 1 chip version of their scrypt machine! In reality, I bet the surprise will be, the LCD screen will display the price of bitcoin from MTGox's API. lol

The $ per GH can only be calculated based on current market conditions, aka what they are currently advertised/sold for...so...
According to BA's website an
X-1 100 GH/s for $373 ------> $3.73 $/GH
X-3 2000 GH/s for 5949.15 ------> $2.97 $/GH
We are currently being given 50% on top of that so... (Keep in mind a new order today would not get that extra 50%)
X-1 150 GH/s for $373 ------> $2.49 $/GH
X-3 3000 GH/s for $5949.15 ------> $1.98 $/GH
What I paid so... (This will probably be different than what you paid)
I bought 8 X-1's (with compensation 1200 GH/s) for $2,919.60 or -------> $2.43 $/GH
COMPETITION (Only miners currently out)
Antminer S1 (.468 * 450 = 210.60 per unit) + (Assume $60 for a PSU) 180 GH/s for $270.60 ------> $1.50 $/GH
S2 (Assume $400 coupon as everyone has one) 1000 GH/s for $1989 ------> $1.989 $/GH
More to Come (If I feel like doing others, feel free to add on if you want)
Moral of the story, BA is over $2/GH with the current compensation model (assuming you have an even number of units and you get the PSU for free. (To be honest I forgot to add in the extra cost for the PSU and now I dont want to go back and do it, may do it later)), the S1 is under $2/GH even adding in a $60 PSU.
EDIT: I understand this does not take into account efficiency, and only shows what Bobsag has posted pictures of which is 2 chips running at 200 GH/s
This is assuming 100gh which is what was tested at ss corner. I assume they can at least reach 120gh at tt corner. (which I believe was already tested before) Yea but even their thread says advertised from $2.97 GH/s. So I do not see a reason to adjust this until they are as confident in that as they seem to be at 100 GH/s Also keep in mind that that's advertised speed versus "what it can overclock to". If you want to play that game, as Jimmothy seems to want you to, then you should adjust the S1 numbers because most can easily hit around 200 GH (various overclock values from 375 - 400 Mhz). And those are proven, long since shipped, in hand, with many overclocked at that speed since the beginning of this year. So, if the X-1 comparison is at 120GH, use 200GH for S1. That's fair. Very True, thanks for pointing that out.
