3121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good coins to accumulate and hold relatively long to mid term on: August 19, 2016, 01:21:09 PM
ETC: Floor is 25-35 and whales are accumulating at around this range. ETH can end up being a disaster in the future and ETC will be a good hedge. Will pump.
MAID: Whales will keep accumulating at the 12-17 area, eventually there will be big pump die hype of news and so on.
WAVES: A gamble since we don't know if we will see this in Poloniex... but if it does I expect a pump.
FCT: Decent tech and looks like its stabilizing.

Drop your picks, those are my 50sats.

ETC is a good investment for the time being but i don't count on it for a long term investment and as soon as it is pumped and reached the top i will leave it behind.
MAID: i don't like anything about it Cheesy
FCT: i have my eyes on this and think it can be a good investment but not sure yet.

LISK: i said this before about a month ago that lisk will rise and it has been showing some good movement these days. and will go higher too there was a lot of it accumulated.
3122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ETC / ETH dead on: August 19, 2016, 01:16:14 PM
ETH is dead and the current high price is the result of manipulation and the whales of etehreum pumping it to the max they can afford to.

but ETC is a growing coin and although it will end up in the same place as ETH but it has still some life left in it.

3124  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: The Bigest Bitcoin Open Souce Project in the world (now opend) on: August 19, 2016, 01:05:31 PM
you saying "This is not a pozy scheme" doesn't change the fact that your program is a ponzi scheme! and unless you provide enough proof on you mining farm it remains a ponzi scheme.

p.s. open source is called to a program/application that its "source code" is available for everybody to see.

3128  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Amazon.com still resisting the use of BTC for payment? on: August 14, 2016, 01:35:11 PM
Bitcoin There are safety issues

bitcoin is the safest thing you can find. but the problem is that it is up to you to make it safe, and you can not be lazy in doing so.

besides have you ever heard about the amount of money people lose just by using banks, the fraud, the massive number of stolen credit cards and many more, just for using fiat+banks.
3129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Only ETC is the real Ethereum on: August 14, 2016, 01:25:26 PM
Minecache got it wrong about what or who has the criminal intentions. No one will now invest in ETH because the whole world has seen the way Vitalik and the Ethereum foundation has run the project. Very sloppy showing inexperience and lack of regard for the consequences of their actions. Add an Ethereum foundation's messy plan of dumping of ETC in the market to that and you got everyone turned off from them. Only the people holding ETH hoping to sell higher are the ones defending it.

While ETC has just welcomed a new investor and adviser. That is Charles Hoskinson. Welcome back to the original Ethereum classic Charles!

i couldn't agree more.
ETH is turning into one scandal after another and it doesn't even end. they are rude enough to do another scam and create another scandal.

and you know the most interesting part of it all is?

if the news about a whale like ethereum foundation but for another altcoin spread that for example they were dumping a lot of stolen coins on the market the price of that coin would have died but ETH price is still up as it was before. which shows the magnitude of the manipulation of that coin.
3130  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Position between traders and markets on: August 14, 2016, 01:20:32 PM
A trader can be likened a fisherman and The market can be likened the sea. We can not control the sea, but we can direct our ship. You don't need defeat the market but your self. So you need psychology trading.

yeah, exactly the psychology in trading is so important.
emotions has no place in a business and when money gets involved you should get rid of all your emotions and make logical decisions only or else you will make irrational decisions and start losing money which is not desirable for any trader.
3131  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What Is Bitcoin Trading and Why It's risky? on: August 14, 2016, 01:14:15 PM
Guys that's exactely the answers I was hoping for.

So, the conclusion Is that the patience Is the key!

patience is not "THE" key, it is one of the keys to success in trading. you need a lot more than that to earn a profit in trading. you have to have the experience and enough knowledge to be able to find a coin to invest in or even find a good price to buy bitcoin and then in the next step you need patience to reach profitability.
3132  Economy / Speculation / Re: Would the bitfinex ''hack'' be the trigger of the next major rally? on: August 14, 2016, 01:08:24 PM
I think there is a possibility for a rally, but chances are not that large. I think we'll indeed see during September/October. During this month most likely bitfinex faith will be decided, so as that has happened, I think it will be either a huge push or pull

The rally seems to be over and honestly it would be good if the price of bitcoin would just settle down.
Remember too much volatility is an nightmare for the average investor. If we want adoption to happen, stability is very important. Even more so for the growth of bitcoin into the currency market.

If you see bitfinex hack in a positive way for bitcoins then you will see that even after the Major exchange hack the people again investing in bitcoins and the current price again increasing.

This shows that bitcoin is now fully trust able.

bitcoin was trust-able even before the hack, this hack had nothing to do with bitcoin itself and once again it proved that we can not really trust an exchanger with our money.

and until people don't learn from their mistakes this will happen again and again every couple of months.
3133  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitfinex Offers $3.5 Million Bounty for Stolen Bitcoin on: August 14, 2016, 01:03:35 PM
this is funny!
you know why, becasue the hacker stole 71 million dollar from bitfinex and you will not find him by following the coins on blockchain.
so the only way of finding him is to know him outside of blockchain, in that case you can blackmail the hacker for 2x 3.5 million dollar not to reveal his identity Grin
3134  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Brain wallet password based on fingerprint? on: August 14, 2016, 12:59:15 PM
there you go (using google)
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1016478.0;all
especially this comment number 3 has some good information and some good links that you can follow up for more information on it.

but in conclusion it is indeed a cool idea but it may not be as safe or even easy as you think. but for a random and unique address i think it is good.
3135  Economy / Services / Re: Liqui Exchange - Signature campaign on: August 14, 2016, 12:52:11 PM
i just wanted to remind you that i did not receive the 0.5 LTC bonus yet although the spreadsheet says paid:
http://explorer.litecoin.net/address/LPSvBBC8q3CUABkZCR8FT7trG4ozLV38B9

also i sent you a PM about this and the issue with my starting post.

thank you.

as an update.
i have received the 0.5 ltc bonus, thanks.

i also took this opportunity to test the platform by selling the 0.5 ltc there and i am happy to announce that everything is working as it should.

although i have one suggestion, after clicking on sell button maybe show a message containing amount sold, fee and amount gained and ask for confirmation before selling like what bittrex does.
3136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it time to short some BTC in case an huge ETC pump happens again? on: August 13, 2016, 01:41:43 PM
i think it is a risky play to ever invest in ethereum (classic or fork) but the risk also brings rewards too. so buying some ETC at this point since the price has gone down due to the massive dump by foundation manipulators.

also you should keep an eye on bitcoin because the price of BTC is at a critical moment which can get on a rocket overnight an go to the moon.
3137  Economy / Speculation / Re: New ATH by July 2017 on: August 13, 2016, 01:38:04 PM
But what happens if it does not happen? Then we are back here again predicting that it will surpass ATH in 2018. It is better to predict with plausible supporting fundamental theories and some technical analysis.

I think every now and then we are hoping for bitcoin price to cross on $1000. First everyone hoping it will cross at halving, then people saying it will cross 1000 by year end and now hoping for this to happen in first quarter next year.
I think current stable price of 600$ is also good for long term.

the current price is good especially since it is an stable price, but the slow rise has always been a thing in bitcoin for a long time. and things will not stay stable forever.
also i should add that all those speculations about the time of the rise was only predictions mostly based on the last halving and the big rise by that year (which did not happen on the day of halving but after a couple of months)
3138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What will happen to Tether? on: August 13, 2016, 01:29:02 PM
Bitfinex might not last long if their customers leave because of the lack of confidence and trust in them. Tether holders should unload their shares to avoid losses. It is all becoming clear now.

so far bitfinex has came back and if you look at the daily volume on their site or even checking out coinmarketcap the section on bitcoin, you can see that it is already on top and last time i checked bitfinex is the second highest trade volume.
which is strange by the way!
3139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH Foundation was basically caught trading stolen coins in exchanges on: August 13, 2016, 01:22:17 PM

thanks for sharing this here.
I had a suspicion that Ethereum foundation and the whales generally who have invested a lot of time and effort to pump ETH to the moon will not stay around silent forever while their manipulated coin ETH is dying. I was actually waiting for them to start dumping ETC to push its price down and show it as weak to others while they pump ETH themselves.

good on poloniex for freezing their scam money.

Now that the news is out that ETH whales are trying to dump ETC, more people will stop buying ETH. The whales have made themselves publicly known as schemers.

I think it could good to sell the ETC to the people who believe and want it. That will be action taken by the hackers in late August.

selling ETC to people who want it is so different than dumping ETC on the market so the price crashes.

the first one is a good thing and it is already happening without anyone getting in the middle of it.

but the second is called manipulation and it is wrong and in fact it is illegal in many countries to manipulate the market price this way.
3140  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If prices crash after halving, what would you do? on: August 13, 2016, 01:16:15 PM
I will wait until there are signal up trend for make position buy then hold the bitcoin until price going up and sell them. But if price of bitcoin more going down i will cut lost and wait again. It is just my way of trading.

it is a good and safe way of trading but i don't think you can earn much profit this way, mainly because you will end up missing out on buying or selling all the time if don't watch the market 24/7

so instead i think it is better to make up your mind and decide if the price will go up or down, then buy or sell respectively. that way you will never miss any chances.
