3121  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People hate Bitcoins? on: August 20, 2016, 06:01:48 AM
No one hates Bitcoin. No one gives a shit about Bitcoin. They don't think about it, care about it, dream about it or read about it on a daily basis. The only people thinking about it are on this and the few other crypto forums.

You know what people think about daily?

Children think about playing.
Young guys think about pussy.
Young girls think about relationships.
Middle aged people think about making enough money at work to afford that vacation they want.
Married people think about their children.
Old people think about healthcare, retirement and death.

None of them think about Bitcoin daily.
Hahahaha are you sure about young guys is think about pussy for every day? good jokes can make me laugh. Cheesy but maybe that is just a secondary thing about currency( i say that is currency but not for bitcoin).

Maybe it is a secondary option for people who knows it but for the fact with that i dont really see people hates bitcoins because if they really open widely their big eyes provably they will see some high potential of prosperus earning they can get with it, and also maybe not all people knows about bitcoin but came to think of it, if bitcoin would be know by all of people globaly i think the financial status and ability to earn money of individuals will be lifted up or increase more, so i dont really think people hate bitcoins and it never bared on my mind since bitcoins is flexible currency.

Aside from earning - by just even knowing the fact that bitcoin transactions are a breeze and have no complicated fees and government regulations just like on fiat money, people who have no any idea about bitcoin, will fall in love to it in first impression. That is how lovely bitcoin is - not worth the hate.
3122  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To Gamble or To Invest? on: August 20, 2016, 05:45:55 AM
I would rather choose to invest than gambling, they are both risky but investment has less risk compare to gambling. You can make profits in the long run from it just make sure that you are in a good and trusted company. I invest my bitcoin through holding...

Thats a right decision there pal, and almost users in here would have the same  answer to yours. Investment would be the best if you are planning   for a  good long term profit because in gambling you cant guarantee your money their because almost gamblers out there   lost their money in the end. Its better to hold   your bitcoin than to gamble.
If we all know how to invest and you have enough knowledge and enough money to start investing, why not try it? Becuase for me investing is not dangerous if you just know how it works, and for sure there are many people who will also guide us with our investment that is also investor too. They can also help us and they can give us an advice. Because gambing is only relying with our luck.

Both investment and gambling have risks. Anything that we do have risks. Even when we drive our car, there is a risk. The most important thing to do is (we use the analogy of driving a car) to know how to drive carefully and defensively and your chances of getting into untoward accident is far compared to someone that is rickless driver. So, do not be rickless to investing - know how to invest and be careful along the way.
3123  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: August 20, 2016, 05:19:05 AM
Casinos know man likes beauty, so they offer beauty dealers on card games, like blackjack, baccarat.   Wink  So people feel happy even if losing money, because they love the beauty dealers.

That is right. Knowing these is an advantage for us not to be swayed by these baits by casinos. Some gamblers even play with high bets to impress the dealer and that dealer is effective and is doing good in that scenario. Thus, always bear in mind to not play with emotions when in terms to gambling instead, play according to your pre-planned bets - without emotions.
3124  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: August 19, 2016, 06:19:47 AM
I will not quit my job for bitcoin, as I don't have more scope to earn bitcoins and I am earning too low from bitcoins at a moment so I will prefer to continue with my job.
Lol I think if you still have a low income in bitcoin. or you do not really know about bitcoin do not try to get out of the job and choose bitcoin. because it was a stupid thing?
You called that gambling, you are gambling your future to uncertainty, remember that although some people are successful in bitcoin there are also some who failed in this venture and base on the facts you should carefully analyze your decision and do not just jump away.

Totally agree with this. I quit my day job few months ago to venture full time gaining bitcoins and to be honest, I am now struggling hard and is thinking of going back to day job again - why? Because I have many bills to pay and a family of my own to feed. I have a newly born baby and just like any other father, I want to give him the best I can for his future.

I am now in the verge of going back to day job and contact my clients again to provide them again my services. I was earning $1,500 more or less a month before and now I am not even close earning 1/4 of that figure.

I have sleepless nights and worries but everything will be well - I am still holding though with bitcoins and my last recourse, when things still get worst,  is to go back to my day job.

Why did you quit your job even if you do not have a steady income in bitcoin yet? I will only quit my job if I have an established income generating business in bitcoin that beats my current job salary. I will stick to my job until I find one.

I had few savings before I quit my job. I was looking at bitcoin endeavor with a very potential that is why I decided to jump it. Maybe it was a wrong jump but I see to it that I have insurance (my savings). But the battle is not done yet actually, we are still finding ways to earn now - I have a good partner and we are doin our best to get this. Who knows?
3125  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: August 19, 2016, 06:16:38 AM
Gambling is so addicting because of the excitement you feel when you are betting , The feeling of the mix emotion when you are winning and when you are losing. As long as you have the money to bet you cannot control yourself to bet.

Well the enjoyment it gives and the thrill that it has are really making gambling seems to be so addicting. And while they are having fun, the gamblers tend to think that they are going to earn. So even they are losing maybe they are having fun from it. And it is just keep on happening and happening again whether they are losing.

Just like anything in life, too much of it is bad to us. We must gamble in moderation and just play for fun and use money that we can afford to lose. Gambling is not good if you use it to solve your problem about finances because it will surely add (even aggravate) to that financial problem.
3126  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How about this for a winning run ($7600 made this evening) on: August 19, 2016, 06:13:36 AM

So can you tell me how a person who is getting tips from God can also lose like the bet above ? Or you are just thinking and imagining to get tips from God , really your marijuana or the shit you smoke must be of a great quality as I don't know how to call your claiming s.

Footprints
One night a man had a dream.

He dreamed he was gambling with the Lord.

Across the sky flashed bets from his life.

For each bet, he noticed two sets of footprints in the sand:

one belonging to him, and the other to the Lord.

When the last bet of his life flashed before him,

he looked back at the footprints in the sand.

He noticed that many times along the path of his life

there was only one set of footprints.

He also noticed that it happened at the

very lowest and saddest times in his life.

This really bothered him and he questioned the Lord about it.

"Lord, You said that once I decided to follow You,

You'd walk with me all the way.

But I have noticed that during the most troublesome

times in my life, there is only one set of footprints.

I don't understand why when I needed You most

You would leave me."

The Lord replied, "My son, My precious child,

I love you and would never leave you.

During your times of trial and suffering,

when you see only one set of footprints,

it was then that I carried you."

-- Author Unknown

Amen. I love this. I am having goosebumps when I read it. I am now in the moment of sorrow, pain, anxious, and worry I know He is with me now and I can overcome this through Him.

Whatever our religion be, our creator in heaven is watching us and be with us in all times of our lives.
3127  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin dropped to $1, what you do? on: August 19, 2016, 06:08:42 AM
Although it is really far from truth that bitcoin will drop to $1, however when that time comes, I will definitely buy as much as I can. Bitcoin is the future, period. I just hope that the number of bitcoins will go as far as billion instead of just 21 million something.

Bitcoin will lose its value if it will be billions of bitcoins available. remember the law of supply and demand, the more the supply, the less the demand. It also applies to bitcoin. Bitcoin can be viewed as like gold, there is limited amount available so the price keeps going up.

I am sorry but I believe your statement is unfounded, bamboylee. Bitcoins will not go to billions in number because the max number of bitcoins is only 21 million.

Also, it will not lose its value. Its price will continue be fluctuating  and the basis of profit for individuals with bitcoins are service fees of each bitcoin transactions.

3129  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your reason to gamble? Fun or profit? on: August 19, 2016, 05:52:49 AM
my reason of gambling is only and only making money, and i think 99 % of people have the same reason, but some people are telling a lie and they do not like to express their actual reason of gambling.

Most of those who tell that they are for fun are hiding the truth specially when they are losing money in gambling...Usually they will tell you that "it's okay" if they are losing... But deep inside, it's not, and usually they are planning to come back with much bigger bankroll and bet again telling you that "they are after their loss yesterday" ... Which looks like a foolishness and just keep them tied in gambling...  Smiley

a lot of those people have lost a lot of bitcoin before they started to gamble only for fun of it. it wasn't always like this for them. they start as a make profit kind of game and since they can not earn the profit they turn into the fun part of gambling.

There are also people that start gambling for fun and turned out hooked by it due to chasing those loses. Whether we gamble fun or for profit, we must see to it that we should remove emotions when betting and follow only pre-planned betting.
3130  Other / Archival / Re: Do you use bitcoin as currency or investment? on: August 19, 2016, 05:50:37 AM
I believe that most people use for both purposes. As a currency, when they use it as an payment method and as an investment, when they buy and hold, expecting the currency to appreciate.
Of course. I think even though most of them using bitcoin to their advantage or investment. but I'm sure they use bitcoin to shop. even if just to gamble

The thing is, we can use bitcoin to anything that it is capable of - investing, gambling, shop, paying bills, paying workers, and the like. We should not limit ourselves in using bitcoin - we must use it and exhaust what it is capable of. Use bitcoin as to what it is made for - don't limit it.
3131  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When gamble small amount i win and when i gamble big i loose. on: August 19, 2016, 05:46:48 AM
A thing like this always happened to my bet, rofl. I also don't know why it can be happen, especially on dice sites. This shit always happen to me when i gambling at dice sites,

This mostly happens in dice sites because people mostly use strategies on dice like martingale or many others and those strategies mostly make you bet bigger amounts when you lose just to recover the losses and at the end you will have nothing to make your bet double because you will lose everything.

This is the common things that usually happen when you are playing  dice games. Yes,  martingale and other  techniques that make double of your bet when you lose is such  like suicide and doesnt guarantee you always win back your losses previously. No matter how big or small your bet is the only thing  is for sure that you would still lose in the  long run.

i think anybody who has ever tried gambling has this experience especially the bad experience with dice games.
when you start the auto bet with the martingale strategy and then go away and come back to see the whole page is filled with the red results and your bankroll is empty.

That is right, auto betting is handy but can eat up our bankroll in minutes or even seconds if we set a big base bet. Whether we do manual or auto betting, we are still at risk of losing it all. We must play smart by cashing out when we are winning.
3132  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: August 19, 2016, 05:21:49 AM
do below 50 2x times, then above 2x and then repeat.

end in good mode.

when loosing  multiply x2

This is very risky because there will be long reds with 50% chance along the way. But if your bankroll is big and you divide it with 10 sessions. You can just target a couple of wins like 20 wins and if you reach that, stop and if not, continue. However, if you encounter many reds and busted in 1 session, then try a new session till you reach that 20 wins with getting back the 1 session lost.
3133  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Quit Gambling. on: August 19, 2016, 05:03:02 AM
Its hard to quit from gambling, even more you are addict. Maybe you can try the extreme method, like never have any touch to your internet if you play online gambling. It depends on your self, like smoking people. it hard to quit smoke, except she/he have own will from themself.

Family, loved ones, and friends play a vital role in helping a person that is addicted to gambling. Of course, everything is of no use unless that very person recognizes his addiction and is very much  willing to stop it. The gambling addict can shift his/her attention to a more healthy and progressive endeavor.
3134  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: August 19, 2016, 04:57:55 AM
If I  Am rich im still gamble first is  for fun purposes only but if I will win this is a big luck to me.If I am rich. Smiley

I am certain with you, because i always say that gambling is a game for richest people, i also have a dream, if i will be a rich in future, than i will play gambling in daily basis, only for make fun and enjoyment. But now whenever i am playing gambling than i never have fun feeling, i have only excitement feeling and fear of loss, and in that time i have thinking whenever i become rich, than i have no fear of loss money.
Yes you also said which is on my mind.Gambling is for those who are already pretty rich or have that much money that they can afford to loose.
Because in gambling is 100% sure that the gambler will loose more often than not so he/she must be pretty rich for that and they can afford to loose them and its not recommended for those who cannot afford to loose the amount that they gamble.

When you are rich, you can have a big bankroll which is very ideal because you can create many sessions. Sessions = Chances of becoming more lucky.

Having only 1 session is on one chance to get lucky. Having many sessions, you will like being lucky multiple times.

Let us say, the rich can allocate $1,000,000 as initial bankroll (which he/she can afford to lose) that million bankroll can then be divided into 10 so, per session is $100,000. That rich man is now have 10 chances to get lucky compared to betting all that one million in just 1 session.
3135  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Didn't know I can loss all without winning anything on: August 19, 2016, 04:52:38 AM
I actually lost 0,03 in dice too without winning any, with small bet(i made 30 bets i think) on 45% chance to win.

probably i had very bad luck that day as i played on legit site, but slots looks like bad game to play anyway

No matter how big your capital or bank roll is, the result is still the same in playing dice games how much more in slot games which i believe that is much harder to win in that game since the winning chance  is very low compared to dice and poker. Just accept you lost in that game because gambling is designed on that way and it all really matters on luck,

In gambling we especially need luck, because it is only one way if you have luck than definitely you will win it otherwise gambling has been destroyed mostly peoples life, so only take risk which you can afford it easily, I am not praising of myself but whenever i am playing gambling, than i have only one thing in my mind and that is money, and fear of loss, But mostly i win it, thats why i am here in gambling.

You must be very lucky in playing gambling and  only few  person posses such luck because some maybe lucky in the start but in the end  they still lose  those winnings also with their capital which  a common thing happen to every gambler. Just manage your money on betting and be ready on the things especially on lossing your money.

In gambling, before we start, we must hope for the best but expect for the worst. When you only have a little bankroll.. it is so hard to divide it into at least 10 sessions because it will be very small compared to having decent amount of bankroll.

when you have just 1 sessions, it is good idea to cash out if you have some winnings and never go hard in betting because eventually, you'll get reckt.
3136  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin dropped to $1, what you do? on: August 18, 2016, 07:08:59 AM
Exactly what the title says.

If bitcoin dropped to the price of a dollar (which we hope it never will), what would you do? Buy more and hold, sell? Buy a promising altcoin like ETH?

I personally would buy more bitcoin.

i would buy 20 bitcoins and would let them sit in my wallet, as i am pretty sure that even if bitcoin price would drop so low, it's price still would rise back up some day

Why only 20 bitcoins? That would only be like $20 Smiley If I do, I will buy a minimum of $1000 or 1000 bitcoins and just set and forget it for a decade - not minding anything about bitcoin news and stuff like that. If after a decade the price will go even just $100 I'll be $100,000 richer but if the btc price goes $1000 each, I'll be a millionaire then, right? Smiley
3137  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: August 18, 2016, 06:45:55 AM
I would hold the majority for the long term, but would invest a portion.
Keeping money in bitcoin wallet is a form of investment but for me we know that 10 bitcoin is a huge money we can do a lot of thing with that amount, i will start a small business to help my earning in bitcoin and to have also stable income in a daily basis.

I will do exactly what you will do.  Yeah, 10 bitcoin is a huge amount of money and enchashing it would be part of my plan on it.  I will use the money to work for me.  I will invest it to buy share on stock market, have a mutual fund, open a savings account.  I would build a small business so I can maximize my income.  Keeping some of it in bitcoin wallet and wait for the right time to sell it.

That is one of the best ways to do - diversifying assets into different investment vehicles. Chances are, some of that investment vehicle will go down but it can be covered by other investment vehicles you invested in.
3138  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To Gamble or To Invest? on: August 18, 2016, 06:43:18 AM
A different type of gambling perhaps is what i can choose, binary option is what i mostly play for there is a higher chance of profit than losing when you just know how to analyze where the market is going. There are forex brokes accepting bitcoin nowadays, it should be great for bitcoin users unlike those days.

Binary is actually gambling as well BUT if done right, you will profit from it. I know some online casinos have binary in their platform - for instance FJ. I do binary in FJ during the Brexit. I win big and then because of greed, I lose it all..lol
3139  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: August 18, 2016, 06:40:17 AM
I would not play, being poor or being rich. But each has the right to make their choices.
Contrary to what many believes, most of the gamblers are actually rich people since they have so much to
lose and they do not really mind what the surprises that gambling yet to give them.
If I were rich, I may still gamble, just for the fun out of it. Of course, only small bets so that I can play as many as I possibly can within minimum losses in the case of only negatives.
A gamble everything, and rich and poor. One just nowhere to put the money and the other, or want a quick profit, or are addicted to drugs like. Gambling is not child's play toy. This is serious stuff for adults.
gambling is designed for adults. This game requires mental strength. with mental nice we could win the game easily. we can be rich because of gambling.

So people who are weak with mental strength are the ones who are losing their own properties for selling it because they are losing in gambling.

There are a lot of rich people who becomes unfortunate for being an addicted gambler and they can't help to control themselves.

I hope that it is going to be a good lesson for all of us.
Definitely right, gambling is not for the people who are weak in decision making. It is necessary that you have a full self control in your gambling session so you will be able to manage yourself when you are in a situation that you are already losing and your loses will be limit.

Playing only with money that you can afford to lose and don't mind if it all busted is the number 1 key to have a fun way of gambling. More than that, you will get hooked and lose more than you expected. If it will still goes on and on, then it has a potential to mess your life.
3140  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do bitcoin accepted in your country? on: August 18, 2016, 06:36:08 AM
Bitcoin is accepted in almost every thing online.
Yes there are also some bitcoin exchanges in my country but its not being used offline yet in my country.

Yeah, majority have this problem, we couldn't use it in anywhere, like stores, departmental stores, and money exchange etc in our country. But thank God, we have that facility to utilize the bitcoin in online anywhere. Since when i know about bitcoin, so now i use bitcoin in online like my all bills paying also amount transfer. Bitcoin really help us in this way.

We can simply use our fiat money to buy things in physical stores and the like and use bitcoin for online transactions that accepts bitcoin.
In my case, I only use bitcoin for exchange, loan, and deposits in online casino.
