Last night I tried using the table starter thing to earn the 100% rakeback bonus, but it didn't work.
I went to my wallet, clicked 'Pick Tables' next to 'Poker Table Starter', clicked 'Sit Here' on the 'Tokyo' row. It told me 'Selected. You have 5 minutes to sit at Tokyo.'
So I went back to the lobby and sat at table 'Tokyo', and bought in for the max available (100 chips).
I went back to the wallet, clicked 'refresh', and it told me 'Pending Tokyo: Sit at table now' and that's all.
I wasn't sat there before it told me to sit, but it never noticed me sitting.
The feature worked about a week ago when I tried, but now it is broken again.
Please don't tell me to make a ticket, because nobody answers tickets.
Edit: I just tried again now and it worked this time, so the bug seems intermittent.

See...this is the number one reason why I like playing at Betcoin: It has the softest pool of players that can be found in the game at the moment. Don't even have to turn on my "Bum Hunter!" I already know where they can be found! Everybody should be scoping out this field of players....it's like I'm staking bitcoin here!

when tournies you are playing in froze, and u bust in all of them by blinding out , all they say is ' its wpns side '. but in reality it is betcoin side since most of the time wpn tournies run smoothly.
dont bother asking for refunds after you give them all the necessary information they need.
What tourney are you referring to? There is overlap between both support staffs and when you play WPN tournaments funds go to the WPN and the WPN refunds players based on particular situations directly back through Betcoin. Please provide the information in a ticket at www.betcoin.ag/support |

Did you really use 10 BTC confiscated from cheating players to fund a promotion instead of giving them back to the players they were stolen from? If so, how do you justify that?
Did you really allow those same cheating players to them play in the freeroll funded with the money they stole, after claiming to have zero tolerance for cheating? That sounds pretty crazy if it's true.
Hi Dooglus, it's because we did return most of the btc and we still ran a 10 btc freeroll to thank players for their support on top of returning funds. This was many months ago and was handled expediently. Ironically, most of the players were from a prop program which we no longer have, yet most of the players still play in. No we did not allow those players to play in the tournament but as you may know a bitcoin gaming website creates some unique challenges which we embrace. I remember a lot of community backlash both on the forums and on the site as a result, and Betcoin apologizing for the wrong action taken IIRC. Yes, ranlo absolutely and we worked with all involved individually and collectively and improved from there. Again, this was many months ago and nearly all of those players involved still play today and continue to bring in new players. I thought re-buy just meant you went from 0 chips to obtaining more (same as re-entry would be?). Great question ranlo: Rebuy tournaments allow players to buy back in again once they fall below a certain chip amount or are eliminated. A reentry, as opposed to a rebuy, requires players be eliminated from the tournament before paying the buy-in again. Therefore if you donk out of this tournament you are permitted 1 reentry, but you have to be completely out as opposed to have your chips fall below a certain amount. We hope that this is clear.
