Tropang Giga -4.5
SMB Beermen -7.5

Ano pala yung Lunacian codes ba yun?

Andito ung buong article. https://support.axieinfinity.com/hc/en-us/articles/6194032383899-Lunacian-Codes

May konting pag angat sa presyo ngayon ni SLP aah, and I think this is the result of their continues effort to revive SLP pero unfortunately hinde paren talaga ito sapat.

Gaano katagal on average ang isang laro? Salamat
3163  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Phil Mickelson Opens Up About Losing MILLIONS From Gambling on: June 25, 2022, 03:36:39 PM
Another biggest loser in gambling is on the list adding to the competitive personalities they have in sports. He had been gaming since 2010-2014. Five years of gambling, yet he didn't realized he is not that good like his prime, he must be chasing his loss like everyone who in the process resulted to more loss. Mickelson suffer over $56 million in gambling loss and also spend hours for his therapy. When a guy already enroll himself in a therapy, you can tell its already bad.
I'm not a golfer but there was a time years ago where I was fond of watching golf tournaments just because I want to watch Cheesy. I don't have interest of playing it either. The name was very familiar and when I searched it, I was right that he is a professional golfer. It's quite unfortunate that another pro player has been addicted to gambling again. The good thing though is that he is undergoing therapy right now.

When you are the ones playing your sports, you'll trust on your skills which is why he bet so much too. I guess this is also what happened to the NBA stars who fell in same loss. It must be hard to cure such gambling addiction since he make a living out of golf sport, he is expose to this sport all his life. The only way I guess is to retire and if he still gambles after that, its really getting worse.
I also believe that if you have that much money, and you have nothing to spend your money with, that is the time when you think of gambling. Some NBA players have been addicted to gambling. There are some professional athletes that are getting addicted to gambling because they don't know where to spend much money with. Recovering with gambling addiction might be hard for others, but I think he can recover from it knowing that his career might be affected aside from his personal life if he will just continue to gamble.
3164  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador loses more than half the value of its reserves in bitcoins on: June 25, 2022, 12:24:46 PM
Ok so El Salvador loses half of the value of their Bitcoin reserves. So what now?
Even me also lose a huge percentage of my Bitcoin holdings. Obviously, those who bought Bitcoin before the crash are having a paper loss as of this moment.

There is nothing wrong with having a paper loss, especially when we are talking about Bitcoin here. What's wrong is that, you bought before the crash, and you sold your holdings at the bottom or at least near to it. President Bukele will hold to their Bitcoins for sure. He isn't a dumb investor who will just sell their holdings just because of seeing it dumping. I hope that newbie investors follow what he is doing. Just holding when the market is down and not panicking.
3165  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: June 25, 2022, 11:07:48 AM

That's the correct term, he is a Diva who think he is above the NBA will all his odd moves. But more or less we might see him in another uniform, Nets is done with him. But they will still have another in them with Ben Simmons, it's going to be a make or break for him next year playing along KD.

Ben Simmons will have a fresh season with the Brooklyn Nets, hopefully, he will be able to help on the defensive side as they really need that. His shooting has to improve as well especially from the free-throw line because that is his weakness and any opponent would use that to beat his team.
Let's just hope for the best for him. I just hope that he will play next season alongside KD (if he will not get traded) and Irving (if he will choose to stay with the Nets which I think has a low chance to happen).

On the other hand, I don't want to expect too much from him. He played like an amateur against the Hawks 2 seasons ago and too afraid to shoot and last season, he caused too much drama as well to the point that he didn't play the whole season because of injuries. I will not be surprised if he will play like an all-star because he played like that in the past already.
3166  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Reason Why People(Mostly Newbies) Fall Victim To Scams Easily. on: June 24, 2022, 08:37:16 AM
Let me guess, it's because they are newbies?  Roll Eyes

That's the reason Cheesy.
Newbies are the ones who fall easily to these scams. Correct me but there are newbies out there that are very greedy that they don't have time to do some research and what they will do is to just throw their money and if they see that they can earn high profits on particular project, they will risk money into it and not thinking of the possible red flags.

Aside from newbies, ignorant investors are the ones who are falling to scams easily. What do I mean by ignorant investors? They are the ones who are just ignoring the advices of other people. These are people who don't care about what happen to them but they will just invest into projects they believe they will get high profit. Ignorant and newbie investors are the same - same that they are the ones who are falling into scams easily Cheesy.

Well, these ignorant and newbie investors will not learn if they will not experience it so sometimes, experiencing getting scammed even once would be beneficial to the investor. What's wrong is that they already got scammed once and after that, they got scammed again like they didn't learn to their past experience.
3167  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can you trust a gambler with your money/savings? on: June 24, 2022, 07:28:48 AM
~
Questions for discussion
- Are gamblers eligible to hold financial positions?
- Do problem gamblers deserve a second chance to hold a financial position?

Both no.

A gambler will always be a gambler no matter what they will do. A gambler can only be trusted when they got rehab and if maybe they stopped gambling for years already but aside from that, it's hard to trust your money into other people especially if they have a background in gambling. TBH, it's hard to answer this one because it's very subjective. You might encounter different scenarios like:

-you trusted your money to your friend who is a gambler and used your money to gamble but since you have been friends for a long time, you just forget about it and give him a second chance.
-you trusted your money to your friend who is a gambler and used your money to gamble. Even though you and the gambler are friends, you will not forgive him and you will not trust him anymore.

Overall, it will be the owner of the money who will decide if they will trust a gambler or not but for me, I will not trust my money to a gambler just to be safe.

It looks like Jalen Brunson's performance with the Mavericks without Luka made some scouts change their perspective about him. It will be a great addition for the Knicks if ever they will use that remaining cap space to take him in.
But, will the Mavs have more to offer to make him stay? They just became a championship-caliber and with the Christian Wood trade in their roster, they became more interesting.
The Knicks are trying to chase a player who can carry the team but they traded all of their picks including Walker for future draft picks. They are chasing Brunson but the question is will the Mavericks let him go knowing that he, Luka and Wood can be a good trio for the team?

Brunson has been the second option of the team offensively and when Luka is injured, he is the primary scorer and he played very well. He is very good at floater and side 3pt shots. For me, he will be more productive if he is in the Knicks but if he will chase for the ring, the chances is higher with the Mavericks. They went to the Conf. Finals and stunned the Suns and with the addition of Wood, they will be stronger now and who knows they might be a championship caliber team.

Lets see where will Brunson land because it will be interesting. Will Spike Lee's decision be a success now or it will be a bust.
3169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins dead? on: June 24, 2022, 03:05:47 AM
Watching the current market and the demise of ALL crypto ... is this the end for certain coins?
It depends on what coins are you talking about.
If you are pertaining to those low market cap coins then yes. Most of them will just end up being abandoned during this bear market because right now, it's a survival mode for them. If they can't survive this bear market then they will not survive for a long time.

How do people think the likes of ETH, ADA, XRP, TRON etc will go from here?
ETH and XRP will be here to stay that's for sure.
Look at the recent image posted by Coinmarketcap. During the last 7 years, Ethereum and Ripple stayed in the top 10 and they will stay there for a long time. As for Cardano and Tron, Cardano is at the top 10 in the last 2 years while Tron isn't in the top 10. What I'm trying to say is that not all coins will always stay at the top but for sure, these 4 coins will stay at the top because they've been here for quite some time.
3170  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: June 24, 2022, 02:29:33 AM

I admit I'm also getting the same aura with Irving. I mean he's one good player but his ego is much bigger, the man had a signed contract with the Brooklyn Nets which clearly states that he's responsible to play with the team even if there's Covid-19 or not but he choose to neglect that responsibility and left the team in the middle where the team badly needs it because Durant was also injured and Harden was the one playing for the team, luckily he evaded with the team and got shelter with the Sixers.
Harden is just as selfish as Kyrie IMO. Not to mention he's too slow these days. 5 years ago James Harden was a person you wanted, now he's barely a starter. I would like to see Durant consider leaving and join the Lakers. How huge would that be for Lebron?
Beal, Irving and now Durant Smiley.
If Durant will go to the Lakers, who will be traded from the Lakers going to Brooklyn? Another question is will the Brooklyn Nets want it? Will Durant want to go to the Lakers?

It's possible but realistically, it isn't going to happen. Durant's salary next season is $44M. Who will the Lakers trade just to get him? Maybe they can trade Westbrook but does the Nets want it? I don't think so. There is a high chance IMO that Durant will stay in the Nets alongside Simmons and they either find another superstar to help the 2 of them or they will just get Irving to a 1 year deal again.
3171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DCA £5 PER DAY - WHICH CRYPTO? on: June 23, 2022, 01:10:32 PM
...I want to do this for the next 2 years and was at first going to go with Bitcoin however the profits will be a lot larger If I go with a riskier Altcoin, just not sure which one to go with..

You are making the wrong choice between getting a small but more real profit and losing your money. Since not every altcoin, much less a "risky" one, will be able to survive a bear market. Maybe you shouldn't take unnecessary risks and choose a time-tested BTC for your investment?

I am thinking of doing £5 per day on Bitcoin & £2 per day on another strong altcoin, leaning towards Algorand as I believe that it will be around for the long term.

I haven't invested in Bitcoin yet as it has always been too expensive for me but now it is around £15k It feels like a good time to get involved and this £5 per day strategy could be a good way of doing it.
Dollar-cost average is the safest strategy for me if you want to invest into crypto.

If you are more of a conservative investor, then I'd rather go with Ethereum than in Algorand. I heard that coin already but as a conservative, most of the time I'm investing in Bitcoin and Ethereum only.

In the end, it's your money, but Bitcoin and Ethereum is the safest approach if you will ask me. Now if you want to be a more aggressive investor, I think you should invest on the other top 10 coins but remember, not all coins on the top 10 right now will remain at the top a few years from now. Just look where EOS, IOTA, BCH, NEM and TRON is right now. There is a chance that projects in the future will eliminate coins such as SOL, ADA, DOT on the top 10. Maybe try to invest into XRP or LTC if you want Cheesy.
3172  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: June 23, 2022, 11:45:00 AM
The Brooklyn Nets will trade Kyrie Irving to the LA Clippers for Robert Covington, Norman Powell, and Ivica Zubac I think this trade is the most out-of-pocket for a team to be doing we all know how good Kyrie Irving is, and to trade him for three players I think the Brooklyn Nets is just making money out of him,
Any source with this or this is just another rumor?
Anyway, I don't know if adding Kyrie to the team will benefit them because PG and Kawhi are enough already to carry the team. Let's also take note that RoCo and Zubac are good supporting cast, and Powell might be their 3rd option because of how good he played when he is still in Portland. Well, if this trade will happen then I just hope that Kyrie, PG and Kawhi will fit to each other because for me, I don't think that it will be a perfect fit. My 2 cents.

I think this will favor the Clippers because Durant is not really that healthy and if he gets injured, Nets will still struggle.
I saw a post on social media saying that if Kyrie will be traded, Durant might request for a trade. Furthermore, I don't know if this is true, but I don't think that Durant can carry the Nets on his own if Kyrie will be traded.

Some major moves, Portland acquire Grant from the Pistons.

Quote
The Portland Trail Blazers are acquiring Detroit Pistons forward Jerami Grant for a protected 2025 first-round pick and additional draft assets, sources told ESPN on Wednesday.

https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/34132481/detroit-pistons-trading-forward-jerami-grant-portland-trail-blazers-2025-1st-round-pick-sources-say

I think it's a win win for both teams, Blazers are on a rebuilding phase and need someone like Grant to help Dame next season.

While Grant was not given enough time when he was in Detroit because they have been laden with players like him at the same spot.
I still can't forget his contributions when he was still in the Denver Nuggets last bubble. He is like the 3rd option of the team at that time when it comes to defense.
It's a bit unfortunate that we didn't see him play that much when he was still in Detroit.

Now seeing the current roster of Portland, it looks like he will be given more time there. Lillard now has a partner at least offensively though Grant isn't the same as McCollum who is very good offensively. Let's see but the Blazers won this trade I think.
3175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Airdrops vs Bounties on: June 22, 2022, 07:46:19 AM
I joined both Bounties and airdrops a few years ago and base on my experience, bounties are more profitable at that time.
Right now, both of them aren't worth your time (for me). The amount of money you can get is very low compare to the amount of time you are spending.

If you really want to make money, be a freelancer, learn a skill and use it to get online jobs. Relying on both airdrops and bounties themselves isn't enough. TBH, working 9-5 is better than working on these 2.
3176  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC back at 20K. Imagine who sold at 17.7K. on: June 22, 2022, 07:23:06 AM
Some people never learn. This is not the end of the world. BTC has the capacity to grow like 50% in 1 week so people should learn that every drama is temporarily in the crypto world. Poor naysayers. Poor Peter Schiff. Such unhappy people. All the gold still doesn't make them happy. Cheers to you all happy Bitcoiners Cool

It's stupid to sell BTC at a loss.
~
It's stupidity but in reality, it's happening.
I don't know if it's only me but people who are panicking are the ones who are making awful decisions like selling at a loss. Those who are selling at below $20,000 are the ones who are a long time holders of Bitcoin who are still in profit even though they sell it at that price or the newbie investors who are selling at a loss because they are panicking.

Ultimately, we'll be the ones laughing at the end as BTC soars towards new All-time-highs. Just buy the dip and don't sell no matter what. Wink
Patience is the key.
If you have patience, you will gain profit and it's proven already not only in the crypto market but in the stock market as well. Those who are holding for years will make profit most of the time. As for me, I'm just chilling here, accumulating BTC as much as I can and waiting for the bear market to end.
3177  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: June 22, 2022, 06:58:31 AM
So what really happen with Calvin Abueva?

The words JAPAN! JAPAN! JAPAN! and BYE PBA! that's big, is here serious with that, and will soon leave the PBA for JAPAN?

He was really frustrated because he thought there should be no call, but the words coming from his mouth, it simply tells that he is not 100% happy playing with the PBA.
He said that because of his frustration with that no-call but I don't think that he isn't happy playing with the PBA.
If that's the case then why did he came back to play in the PBA after being banned for more than a year?

Remember the no touch foul in the bubble between Paul Lee and Heruela? Referee calls aren't perfect but the problem is they are making too much wrong calls that makes the player frustrate. On the other hand, players must remain their cool all the time when they are on the court. It's only the start of the PH Cup and I don't think that Abueva will go to Japan or I should say, Magnolia management will allow him to play there.

It's only the start of the PBA Season and yet there are so many things that are happening. One is this Abueva drama and the other one is the "Pregnant Foul" they call on Coach Pido as he bumped Coach Vanguardia using his huge stomach Cheesy.
3178  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: June 22, 2022, 03:19:49 AM
I don't know if it's a good thing to trade Davis, I mean he was the one who help the Lakers win a championship, without him, Lebron would not win a championship. Lakers needs a good center, and since Westbrook is very inconsistent, then I would not expect the Lakers to improve next season.
Yes he helped Lebron to get one championship but what matters now is the future of the team and with that said, I think it would be better if they will find another younger center that has a potential instead of staying with Davis because it is a big risk considering how injury-prone he is. We don't know what is the future of Davis with the team and I don't also think that there are any teams interested in getting him.

With Westbrook, I don't know but I'm kinda optimistic about him and I believe that he will be better this upcoming season than he was last season. With the new coach, a huge adjustments will be made and it will help the team (hope so).

Just hours ago, I saw on a Facebook Page (NBA Buzz) that the Lakers are planning to trade Westbrook, THT and 2026 first round pick to Malcolm Brogdon. The Pacers declined on it. Any thoughts about this proposed trade?

3180  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My First Investments on: June 21, 2022, 01:09:25 PM
Welcome to the Forum Smiley.

I will only share my own experience and what I did from the start. I also have some money when I first started involving myself into crypto (around 3rd quarter of 2017) but as a newbie at that time, I chose to do some research, learned the basics of crypto especially Bitcoin, watched videos etc. etc. and while I'm learning, I already know which coins should I invest at that time but to be safe since it's my first time, I only invested into Bitcoin then expanded, saved some money and tried to invest into other coins.

$1000 is a huge amount (at least for me) but instead of investing into cryptocurrency first, at least gain some knowledge and make some research and learn at least the basics as well. It will help you decide which coins will you buy. Well, if you're really that eager to invest into cryptocurrency, then I suggest 40% into Bitcoin and 60% into Ethereum. This is a safer approach since these 2 coins are at the top 2 spot for a very long time already. If you want a riskier approach, then maybe try to buy those at the top 10 coins, but I suggest research first. This is my opinion only and I know other users here have different opinions.

Good Luck.
