3161  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Tokemom - SCAM - FAKE TEAM on: February 21, 2019, 09:42:31 PM
Thanks for your inquiry. yes we have not update landing page.
We changed now and we are on IEO not ICO.
Thank you.
Don't waste your time here, I don't think that you can prove something, more than 2 weeks gone and you still haven't any good proofs. Even if you are not scam (but you are) and used "FAKE photo by mistake" this only says about how unprofessional you are and nobody should send you even a cent.

I do agree with that. If they are honest and sincere to begin with, they will not grab photos and say it is just a mistake. Common, only gullible people will believe that crap explanation. I hope everybody digs deeper before investing on this project or maybe not invest at all.
3162  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crime Effect of Gambling - Your thoughts! on: February 21, 2019, 09:13:03 PM

It would be rare such scenario would exists or only thing it can happen is with people who are addicted to gambling and has being losing money and require more money to play but do not have it. Thus in such scenario they would be stealing money from others in order to play.

There has been scenario were individuals steal money from family members all in the name of gambling. The truth of the whole thing is addiction to gambling leads to crime either direct or indirect crime; meaning steal from family members to gamble  or outright steal from neighborhood just to gamble.

You have a point on that. Heard so many stories about stealing owed to gambling addiction. I personally know people that did that, they are in fact not poor but in the middle-class family. They resort to stealing someone's property just to continue their gambling habit. How bad it is to ruin your family's reputation just because of your gambling addiction.
3163  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambler's mindset! on: February 21, 2019, 08:32:16 AM
Well everything about the mentality and the psychological part play a very important role in all this, it is also a test towards the positive as a person that you can become, the mood often influences .. Wink
If you are influence by your bad mood, that means you are not a responsible gambler.
That's the main reason why we make a bad decision in gambling, when we loss hard we are sometimes tempted to play more without
considering the fact that we are already losing our budget in gambling and that makes our entire money at risk.

When you gamble with the money not intended in gambling, it will not give you confidence and your strategy will not work will, and most likely
you will just loss in the end, and that's the only time you will realize you did wrong.

So the first thing to do is to change your mindset and be conservative when it comes to gambling.

Very correct. You need to focus that you are in gambling just for fun or win a lil bit. Because if you will not be conservative in terms of shelling out money, not only your life is at risk but also your loved ones. Be a responsible gambler! I know, easier said than done.  Tongue
3164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PRE-SALE] !!! CINEMADROM !!! - ECOSYSTEM BLOCKCHAIN FILM PLATFORM !!! on: February 21, 2019, 08:26:30 AM
Not the first one to venture the film industry, but no one yet has proven to be successful in exploring this multi-million dollar industry. Maybe because it would take time to see your investments in this venture. But since you have partners already, might help in producing a film faster. Maybe you will be the first one to successfully produce a film via blockchain??
3165  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Nobody wins in gambling anyway on: February 20, 2019, 11:09:55 PM
Winning in gambling isn't that hard. Most important part is not being greedy. Don't take to many risky bets and withdraw your initial deposit once you are ahead.
So we just play it safe with low odds, this method can indeed be done for those who don't want to take deeper risks and this way is good for those who gamble just for fun. Unlike a person who gambles by looking for big and fast profits.

Gambling for big and fast profits will likely get you rekt. People who take high risks shouldn't complain when losing imo.
I have done this before. When I won, I withdraw my initial deposit but after losing my remaining balance in the gambling site, I deposited again and got lost. Sad I got greedy at that time and got rekt.

This is more of a play safe strategy. Don't risk your money but people are gambling because they want fast profits so they will risk everything they have without knowing the consequences they might face if they lose.

Being greedy is a normal behavior in gambling. And we already know that. Once you got something, you keep playing until all your money is lost. We should know when to stop and resist the urge of throwing money into something you have no control of.
3166  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling - Eating your Brain and Money on: February 20, 2019, 11:06:19 PM
if this is becomes our number one priority of course our brains will be full with gambling stuffs and things but i play gambling for fun and chill that makes me more relaxful

A good perspective on gambling. If you can keep that and not be addicted, then it will do good for you. Gambling sometimes is really hard to control once your system is already used to it.

Changing the ticker of the coin might be worthwhile to avoid confusion as its the same as another coin that is on exchanges.

For avoid This coin?
StarCoin (STR)
https://coinmarketcap.com/pt-br/currencies/starcoin/

I believe she's dead.

 Huh
Do you know what does it mean? That you was too lazy to google your coin title. That's not a trademark or something registered. This title from your head. And even such a simple thing as searching for unique title didn't done.  Undecided

Using same ticker but the earlier project was dead already. No market also. But there's another active one using this STR ticker

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/staker/#markets

Better create a new ticker and check at least in cmc.
3168  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Disadvantages of Gambling on: February 20, 2019, 08:53:37 PM
1) Gambling brings you loneliness, or makes you feel alone or want to be alone, it can isolate you from society or from other important events in your life.
2) It can suck your energy or your happiness, it can get inside your head and won't leave you alone until you gamble again.
3) Not to mention it can can destroy you financially, you can lose a lot of money in a matter of seconds/minutes/hours/days. Some stories show how people lost over millions of dollars in a matter of hours or days.
4) Gambling can also destroy you individually, not only financially, you can lose your family, your job, your friends or relatives.

All these happen in the case somebody gets addicted. Then indeed, he lose the control over his life and money.
But this kinda happens with all kinds of addiction.

I think that the easier summary would be: the disadvantage of gambling is that it can trigger too easily an addiction.
But again, a lot of addictions fall into this "too easy" group.

So.. yeah.. everybody, don't gamble more than you afford to lose and gamble only while it's fun.

That should be the case for everyone. Gamble what you can afford to lose. But in reality, once a person got addicted, he will bet all his savings as well as his life. And that's not fun anymore. People should remind themselves what they are heading into before going deep in this addiction.
3169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][MUSICOIN] Mobile App V1.0 (Download now!) 🎸 on: February 20, 2019, 08:48:55 PM
Bittrex has always worked well.
What is the work, comeback did you imply about Bittrex?
You can now send a deposit to Bittrex, which was not possible for some times this year.

I also think it's a shame that high-quality musicians get $0,0007... per-stream.

at this moment Musicoin = YouTube = worst per-stream payouts.

They need to improve their payment per stream. Otherwise, musicians will just stick to youtube and not bother this app. Or the reason of low payment might be because they are just in the early phase of launching this to the public. Give them time to gain more viewers and users.
3170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your general sentiment on soft-caps for ICO's? on: February 20, 2019, 08:40:03 PM
Thank you for the input, but I would like to find out how do you view projects which do not have a soft-cap at all.

In my opinion, projects which do not set their target soft cap have the chance of screwing people. Why did I say that? Because if they have no soft cap, they will just collect the money and they can't set the rule of returning the funds if soft cap is not reached. Because there's no soft cap in the first place. But okay, given a project is legit and no soft cap implemented. For me, it means their project is pushing thru no matter how much funds they have. But this is true for only few projects. The solid and authentic ones. And more than likely, they are using their own money to initialize the developments.
3171  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price will not go above $4,000 on: February 20, 2019, 07:56:16 AM
**All of the above is a pure speculation.

i wouldn't call anything that you said "speculation", it is only your "opinion" based on your assumption that bitcoin is useless and is not being adopted by anyone at all and is dying.

I don't agree also that bitcoin is useless and not being adopted. Day by day, the number of crypto users are growing and more merchants are accepting bitcoin as their payment method. I do not see bitcoin as useless, because it has change my way of living. One example is paying your bills via bitcoin payment. No need to go outside and line up to pay your bills. And many more... And with that being said, bitcoin can easily surpass the $4k mark.
3172  Economy / Speculation / Re: Best Way for Bargain Hunting in the Bear Market! on: February 20, 2019, 06:53:00 AM
Ok, first of all, most Cloud mining services that "sell" hash power is based on Ponzi schemes, so I would not advise people to invest money in that. Secondly, you already said that you are a newbie, so why would people contact you for guidance? I would suggest that you study the subject a bit more, before you offer people the option to contact you for advice and guidance.

You do not want people to blame you, if you gave them the wrong advice, right? There are enough experts out there that are willing to give advice for free on public forums like this, so concentrate your efforts on targeting these people.  Wink

I totally agree that the cloud mining services are not really good investment at all. Been there and I only wasted my money. No ROI was returned. Also, there are so many threads already if  he's looking for trading tips, and other pieces of advice in terms of crypto investment.
3173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][AIRDROP][ICO] FORTFC - UNIQUE CRYPTOLIQUIDITY AGGREGATOR on: February 20, 2019, 05:32:57 AM
FortFC made an interesting survey recently: it decided to know what is the age of the audience that is interested in its project!

Are results already ready? Or will it take long to wait?

There are so many queries here left unanswered. Anybody from the team should answer some important questions from the community.
3174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When is the best time to buy Altcoin? on: February 19, 2019, 09:55:32 PM
There is never any single best point of time to buy. You have to spread your buys over time. Buy any dips in a rising bull market or before the start of the next bull run and you will profit fine over time.
for a thread that started last April, many could have given different view of their dip. many must have been deceived with so many investors of different dips in the market. Some of these altcoin has even gotten out of market and had failed. Not that some cant get back but might need more time than projects that started 3 months ago.

Thanks for pointing that out. The thread is bit old that we already saw a lot of happenings around the crypto market. And at that time, I would give a piece of advise not to invest those weak ICOs. Most of them were abandoned after collecting money from the users. And the best time would be to wait in exchanges, dumpers will be there and you can get them really really cheap. But buy only those coins with promising future, not just any coin out there.
3175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ✅ [ANN] BLCR COIN ⭐️ MASTERNODES ✅ POS ⭐️ COINEXCHANGE.IO LISTED ✅ on: February 19, 2019, 09:48:20 PM
Really happy to see the continued positive price action for BLCR coin.  I think it is a response to the practical value apparent with this use case.
BLCR traded very stable around 32x.xxx satoshis.
Nevertheless, it is too risky to buy BLCR at such high price, I will wait.
I don't want to hurry up too much and take high risks with my investment into such young project, especially in the early phase.

Going back in this thread as I saw the sudden price drop in CE. You can buy now at 259k sats. Though still expensive, but this is the lowest price so far that I've seen in weeks. Is there a reason for this price change?
3176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anybody know what happened with Paypie? on: February 19, 2019, 07:29:21 AM
I'm neither a PayPie supporter nor follower, but I did check their TG Announcement channel. It's a long post, might help you out.

Why do they keep ignoring token holders?  Their platform has been live for pretty much over a year and the tokens are not being used yet?  Why has noone called them out?  They took over 30 million dollars...what was that supposed to be?  A donation?
It looks like a donation only for them, they have control over the funds and this was happening so many times when you are seeing a platform that gives so many bullshit about that. Paypie is dead and that's it. 30 millions dollars for nothin

A lot of money to spend. If you are an investor, even you invested a small amount, better find a way how to connect with them. But if you are just a spectator of this project, better move on to a much worthy project. Seems that this is a long-term one before you can see an actual product, if ever they decide to proceed.
3177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will cryptocurrencies be able to use for payment? on: February 19, 2019, 07:19:43 AM
The percentage of payments through the cryptocurrency, in comparison with other means of payment, is simply scanty, and you say so confidently, as if every second payment is carried out through the cryptocurrency
in fact there are still many people who regard cryptocurrency as an investment asset that is traded on the exchange. we rarely see the actual use value of cryptocurrency as a means of payment.

I don't think crypto, bitcoin in particular is very rare to use as payment method. It has been used for so long already and now the number of merchants accepting bitcoin is growing day by day. I actually paid the renewal of one of my domain names via bitpay. No need to use credit card.
3178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: will the price of coin be up soon? on: February 19, 2019, 07:13:03 AM
today I see eth and bitcoin prices starting to rise little by little, is this the beginning of bitcoin and eth prices going up? is it the right time to sell or hold back? please advise from all of you

Just continue to watch it since the market is very volatile we will never know if the price surges or bounce back again.

If he's not in a hurry to get his fiat or he doesn't need his fiat yet, better not to sell your bitcoin or eth. I believe the price will still go up but you need to be alert with the market. If you are a long-term holder of btc, you know that it's not the time to sell it.
3179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥[ANN] MilCoin: A Second Generation Cryptocurrency Backed by Real Estate Assets on: February 18, 2019, 05:37:42 PM
Another project in the real estate industry that in this market will not be able to earn. Your competitors is propy and atlant work without success until in spite of the fact that they have collected a lot of money. I dont see that you agreed with the regulators. And what you offer can not work in a vacuum.

Can I agree with your statement?  Wink I haven't seen a successful real-estate platform using blockchain technology. Because there's more than meets the eye here. Not so simple to implement.
