321  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can too many Altcoin's can become a threat to bitcoin's existence on: October 03, 2018, 04:03:32 PM
More and more ICO projects are coming based on many major currencies and specially in this year the trend increased rapidly with many reputed organizations that are in various industries and trades decided to start there own digital currency to make there business more effective and efficient in order to gain more profit.
Can these new launching Altcoin's make a negative impact on bitcoin's expansion in the future because we all know in order to increase the demand, usability and accessibility of bitcoin it should be widely use in most business areas but if Altcoin's take these opportunities how it can achieve its vision to become a widely used digital currency

so far I have not seen the negative impact of the many altcoins being created. I see the price of bitcoin always stands at the top of the price of altcoin, I also haven't seen an altcoin that can beat the price of bitcoin.
bitcoin has functioned as a payment tool in various countries that have received it, besides that some ICOs also accept the purchase of their tokens with bitcoin, so I think the price of bitcoin will be more expensive if more and more ICOs are created.
322  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your HODL motivation on: October 03, 2018, 03:50:36 PM
In a few months, it would be ten years since the first transaction was made on the bitcoin blockchain by Satoshi Nakamoto (whoever he, she or they are). A decade down the road, bitcoin has grown in many aspects, adoption, value, circulation. And with just a couple of bitcoin yet to be mined, we are entering a new phase. And we might only have a few of the early adopters left in the bitcoin space, some bought a couple of pizzas and some cashed out during the series of pumps we have had over the years, some also panic sold during dumps.

What motivates you to Hodl?

Hodling or more conventionally put, long-term investment has always been a part of financial and commercial investments. And people were quick to identify the potential of profits in cryptocurrency due to the high volatility. And it was accepted it as a digital asset.

Hodling in such a space which is prone to wide sudden fluctuations is easier said than done. The emotional strain. One of my biggest motivation to Hodl is recognizing that bitcoin is not a pump and dump scheme, this for me is the most important motivation to hold. And you would be less bothered by intermittent value drops and rises.

If you are into bitcoin for the product and not profit, then you would be less interested in the profits and more interested in its increased adoption and application. Then you can view it as national currencies, which have value based on what it can purchase, but bitcoin has more applications as it is built on the blockchain technology.

Some can stay away from active participation, and it is possible to combine trading and hodling.

- A trader can also be a hodler. You have to set out your priorities and set aside a portion of your capital. If you're trading the same currency, (eg bitcoin), it would help to have a seperate wallet where you store you frozen assets and those available for trade.

Of course you should have disciplined yourself and learnt how to control your emotions and whims, otherwise you can't Hodl successfully.

What do you hope for the future?

This currency still has a long way to go, and of course we all look forward to a day where bitcoin would be an accepted global currency, that can be used to make purchases both online and offline. I lean more to online, as the world is going digital.

Increased adoption would also be helpful to governments and the citizenry, especially in developing countries, like Nigeria. And we are sure to discover other applications of the blockchain technology, as the qualities of transparency and decentralizatiom would be invaluable in those states.

What's your biggest fear?

Centralization. Bitcoin was created to be an alternative to the conventional banking sector. And to give it's users freedom and control, complete control. I fear a day where we would Los that control to governments and banks.
And I don't think global regulation is imperative for mass adoption.
The system was well designed to function without any control or supervision. And it's users need not to trust any human factor but the technology, the bitcoin technology.

I am always motivated by the price of bitcoin which often rises from year to year, some in the media say the price of bitcoin has fallen, but in my opinion this is the time to invest to get more profits. I continue to believe that the price of bitcoin will continue to increase every year because over time people will invest in bitcoin.
323  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why investors invest in bitcoin though some of them loose it ? on: October 03, 2018, 03:26:12 PM
As per my knowledge, Some investors invest in bitcoin when the price reach to 20,000$ but now price is hardly more than 10000$.
Should they loose their money?
But still investors are invest in why ?

investors will not wait for bitcoin prices to reach $ 20,000 to invest, but investors will invest more in bitcoin now because the price of bitcoin is already very cheap. investors are very happy to invest in bitcoin when the price of bitcoin is very cheap, investors always think positively about the price of bitcoin they believe the price of bitcoin will rise from year to year because the last few years the price of bitcoin always rises.
324  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin has stabilized? on: October 03, 2018, 03:14:56 PM

 Grin Grin Grin

yes bitcoin is currently stabilizing but bitcoin prices will not continue to be stable, I'm sure at the end of this year the price of bitcoin will rise higher than the current price of bitcoin. I think we should take advantage of bitcoin prices at this time to invest more in order to get even more profit later this year.
325  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin situation on: October 02, 2018, 04:45:31 PM
90% of those who are talking about death of bitcoin are the same people who are trying so hard to buy bitcoin when it drops a small 5% so that they can accumulate a tiny bit more.
The rest 10% are the newbies who fall for the 90% FUD and are scared of the situation.

yes, many investors are trying to drop bitcoin prices so they can buy bitcoin at a cheaper price, they drop the price of bitcoin by influencing bitcoin holders for fear of storing bitcoin longer so they want to sell bitcoin at a low price to reduce more losses again.
326  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who will benefit the most from bitcoin/cryptocurrency? on: September 22, 2018, 11:13:05 AM
I have a friend who is interested in getting into bitcoins but he does not have a lot of savings or any major investments. He also has a lot of debts to pay and has an average wage job with a family of 4 to raise. When we were talking yesterday, I thought: who really would benefit the most from investing in bitcoin or cryptocurrency? Can those who are like my friend get into bitcoin even though he has no major investment? Or is bitcoin only for those who can afford it?

bitcoin is very popular among people in various countries because without capital we can still have bitcoin and altcoin by joining the bounty campaign. many people working on the bounty campaign to get capital to invest in bitcoin and altcoin.
I suggest that your friends first work on the bounty campaign and after having capital, start investing in bitcoin.
327  Economy / Speculation / Re: what could cause bitcoin prices to go up and down? on: September 22, 2018, 11:01:26 AM
I want to know what you think, what affects the bitcoin price, so we can find out when to sell and buy bitcoin, because now the bitcoin price drops again  Huh

in my opinion, the cause of bitcoin prices to go up and down is the occurrence of some countries' rejection of bitcoin and bad news on social media that can affect investors to stop buying bitcoin. at this time beginners have started investing so I hope for beginners not to be easily affected by bad news about bitcoin.
328  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Please Explain on: September 21, 2018, 05:48:58 PM
I dont really get you guy's whenever you encounter situation like this you panic because the price goes down.

If you really trust this technology why are you losing your hope everytime there is  a small storm coming on bitcoin? Panicking makes you blind on what you really need to do, Instead of investing more because it is a good opportunity to buy you are selling your bitcoin's and taking your loss.  Cheesy

This is what those whales really want to happen wait for the price dump and take that opportunity to invest more while you are selling your bitcoin on cheaper prices.

I hope this post will enlighten your mind.  Smiley

we should remain patient even though the market price has decreased. if we have money it is better to invest than sell, investors make the holders anxious so they sell bitcoin at a cheap price and investors will buy bitcoin at a cheaper price, I advise the holders to be patient waiting for market prices to recover.
329  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will be stronger this time on: September 21, 2018, 04:34:14 PM
you are right, bitcoin is becoming stronger now because its growth often increases every year. if we pay attention to the price of bitcoin from 2013 to date we can find out that the price of bitcoin is rising very high. I also still hope that the price of bitcoin will continue to increase every year.
330  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Ban In India on: September 20, 2018, 04:15:16 PM
Any one From India?

Is it true that Cryptos will be banned in India??

Do we have to Pay taxes to Indian Govt. For keeping Cryptos

I've never heard or seen a newspaper that India would ban bitcoin. I don't know where you got the news? please explain.
I think the people in India have been very well connected with the crypto market, we can see the number of Indians working on ICO projects.
331  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I bought bitcoin at $20k last year on: September 20, 2018, 04:06:48 PM
I got into the bitcoin again last year after losing all my 4.5 bitcoins to ponzi schemes early last year. I bought in bitcoin again at $20k. Now bitcoin is $6k+.  I'm regretting my actions.  Huh

I am also sad to see that you are experiencing a huge loss. I think at this time you have to hold it until the market price recovers. we have to be patient in this very difficult problem, the market is in an unsafe condition to sell something because we can get huge losses if we sell the bitcoin or altcoin that we have.
332  Economy / Economics / Re: Invest in BTC vs Invest in Real Estate? on: September 19, 2018, 04:26:28 PM
Bitcoin chart is going up and down some times I am thinking maybe I should invest part of my BTC (at least the part of the profit  I’ve made on crypto) into something real?!
Let’s say I can buy share of real estate company and get the part of profit (50-100% per Year).

Should I
Spend all my BTC on that shares?
                Spend small (profit) part?
Or just do nothing and wait?

Huh?!

I’ll do appreciate for answers with any suggestions and recommendations!

in my opinion you have to spend a small part of the profit for the stock because if you spend all the BTC you have to buy the company's stock then you will get a huge loss, you will lose because now the BTC price is very cheap.
333  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the problem of trust in projects? on: September 19, 2018, 04:18:59 PM
at this time there are many projects that are scam because they are just looking for profit but they are not trying to develop the project they will build. I think every ICO project in this forum is better checked first, if there is fraud, the ICO project that is scam is immediately removed from this forum.

335  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Samsung is going to accept Bitcoin on: September 16, 2018, 05:03:09 PM
Is this really happening. I think this will be huge support for existing of bitcoin. Recently,I heard that Samsung started to accept Bitcoin on 3 countries. It is said that customers in Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius, and Kaunas in the countries of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania will be able to purchase Samsung smartphones, tablets, laptops, TV sets, and more with cryptocurrency.

Wow, this is good news, if Samsung has accepted bitcoin as a payment tool, it will push bitcoin prices up again. I am sure that more and more countries in the world will receive bitcoin as a means of payment, this is due to the many advanced technologies that use blockchain as a place for promotion and marketing.
336  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin in going down, is it bad...? on: September 16, 2018, 04:46:22 PM
Bitcoin is now at about 6k$...

I bought tons of bitcoin when the price was at 3k$ and then sold at about 17k$, I made profits then, but now I don't think that the price can go up again...
Will it?

I think bitcoin will definitely rise again in the next few months, now all we have to do is buy bitcoin and hold it until the market price rises again. at this time many large companies have joined the crypto world for the progress of the company. so, in my opinion the price of bitcoin will rise because of the help of companies that join the crypto world.
337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH is recovering? on: September 15, 2018, 04:48:54 PM
Yesterday I only saw ETH for $ 167. But ETH today increased 17% and increased to $ 203. What can this tell us about ETH?
I am very excited about the price increase of ETH

I am also happy to see that ETH prices are recovering, we all really hope that ETH prices continue to rise because many people hold ETH in their wallets. ETH prices are still far from the last peak price and many people buy ETH at the highest price, therefore many people want the ETH price to reach its peak again.
338  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: People say altcoins won't survive on: September 14, 2018, 05:26:04 PM
Many community members have been claiming lately that altcoins are going to die or at least that 90% of altcoins are doomed. I tend to agree with them that there are many coins and tokens that are pointless and won't survive. Another cathegory are alts with solid foundations but won't manage to fight with their competitors as naturally there are numerous projects with same visions. But if you trust the project you invested in, there is no reason to change your mind just because someone says many altcoins won't succeed. Do your research and trust only your own judgement, because many ALTCOINS ARE HERE TO STAY!

yes now is the state of altcoin is very threatened because of the many altcoins that are scam. we have to do research on an ICO project by looking at white paper and videos about the company, if the video they show and where the company is located, I think the project is not a scam.
339  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: False fear about BITCOIN. on: September 13, 2018, 08:27:37 PM
If you read news like this https://www.ccn.com/mysterious-asian-whale-begins-funneling-funds-back-to-huobi/ that there is someone who has mysteriously bought a large amount of bitcoin. Then sell. All I can read is that Bitcoin has a fan of "Giant" who likes to invest and sell Bitcoin. This means Bitcoin will continue to run. What to worry about? What I do not want is if there is no Bitcoin buying and selling activity. Because that means Bitcoin no longer has any interest. That's what I should be afraid of.
This is just My Opinion Personally. Please fix it if it's wrong.

yes you are right, all we have to fear is the fewer people who buy bitcoin. we are all very anxious if no one is interested in buying bitcoin because of the many bad news about bitcoin on social media.
those who spread bad news about bitcoin are people who hate bitcoin because they are one of the victims of a failure to invest in cryptocurrency, he wants us to feel the way he feels when he fails to invest in cryptocurrenciy.
340  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why government announce bitcoin is illegal? on: September 13, 2018, 08:03:57 PM
We know Bitcoin is one of the powerful and top coin in marketplace.
But world wide all county are announced its illegal.
I personally think that bitcoin is very help us for paying any payment.
Its has many facility.
But our government are announced its illegal

not all countries that announce bitcoin are illegal, there are some countries that are very supportive of bitcoin. a country that calls bitcoin illegal is a country that will lag behind its economy compared to countries that accept bitcoin as payment.
