As we known bitcoin and ethereum has a good and positive reputation, but is there any other coins whose has goodwill as well as good market condition???

Ok, so back in 2011 i purchased 1 btc off a guy I used to game with for about $100, I was pretty skeptical and made a new email for the wallet.
Fast forward 6 years and I've forgotten the email, password, everything.
Is there a way I can track down the transaction through the blockchain if I know the person who sold me the coin's Wallet ID?
Can you pay people to find this information out?
Is it even possible?
I think it can be traced but i think it will not go back to your wallet. Thats the rule of bitcoin or cryptocurrency if you send it will be permanent. |

For me the biggest disadvantage of bitcoin is the transactions are not traceable all illegal transaction can be made and cant be trace by the authority they dont know who send that crypto and who will receive it.
