321  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Loss almost 40%, should stop trading or not ? on: December 08, 2017, 12:27:42 AM
Stop for the day. Traders who are expecting fast results would never be successful in their run as traders. Also, those lrices that you mentioned are the top. Should have observed more before initiating those trades. Analyze the market before making decisions. Was a costly lesson, but still a lesson learned.

The basic thing which a trader should have is Patience. So you should stop for the day or until you understand the system. Emotions is the one thing which you have to leave and get on with trading. Dont think that 40% is a loss, you got a good experience and use it from now.

yeah patience is virtue, remember that theirs always a room for improvement. if you failed for your first try it doesn't means that your going to give up now. most of the trader if they see that their coins might not moving for almost more than a month, they were sacrifice their coins to sell  than to loss 100 % of their profit. at least in that matter they can start to buy another set of alt coins to trade again.
322  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans with your Bitcoin? on: December 07, 2017, 02:09:54 PM
my plan is to gather as more bitcoin as I can before it gets to $10 000. This year i guess bitcoin can go up to $1000 and in a few years it will worth a lot more.Im hoping to have a few coins when that happens

I think you are also one of the people who are enjoying now,  as you can see bitcon is totally increasing so high, so if you stored a lot of Bitcoin this fast few months  it is now the perfect time to sell it, or if want to gain more profits just continue monitoring Bitcoin price cause maybe it can reach 1 million per Bitcoin. So I would like to congratulate those people who have a lot of Bitcoin in their storage.
323  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the risk of holding Bitcoin? on: December 06, 2017, 10:36:16 PM
What do you think is the biggest risk? You could lose all your money. That's the risk. Are you prepared to hold it long term if the value decreases by thousands? What if it never recovers? Can you take the losses? Nothing is guaranteed.

Yeah that the big risk in taking trading world. You need to open minded and have a long patience, some traders cannot afford to loss their profit so they force to sell their coins just to save their profit. As what other traders saying, no one could predict when or how does Bitcoin stay in a highest market price.  So as a trader you need to train your self first on how to accept negative side of bitcoin
324  Economy / Economics / Re: Where do you spend your money from Bitcoin? on: December 06, 2017, 03:26:38 PM
Today's economy is either rising or falling depending on the consumers and sellers. If you join the Bitcoin, there is a high probability that you will gain something from your money because there are a lot of opportunities here. So my question is, "Where do you usually spend your money that you have gained here in Bitcoin?"
I spend my money buying our needs i donate to others and rebuild my house.and now im beginning to build my small business like mini grocery.

I think we have the same thoughts, cause ever since  I really want to put up my own business and I'll be the one to manage it. As of now I'm just stored all my earnings in Bitcoin and waiting to reach my desired amount so that I can start my dream business as soon as possible. But of course you don't need to spare out everything maybe spare out at least 30% of your profit for future investment.
325  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day trade or Hodling on: December 06, 2017, 05:39:55 AM
Both of them I do. But in my opinion more profitable long-term trading, because it will gain greater benefits than daily trading. But with a note "select altcoin that really has potential". Daily trading I do if there is altcoin which I think is good and has a high volume, so the movement of coins will be very fast and I can do buying and selling quickly too.

yeah this is true, day or night doesn't matter. as long as you know how to work in trading you can gain profit. trading is a high risk of  investment, you need to be a well experienced one. always consider the movement of the alt coins. don't just buy coins because you see its high, always check its volume and study each alt coins movement. its ok to hold bitcoin if know it is profitable in the long run. or try to go in speculation section in order for you to know if what coins is best for trading.
326  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: December 06, 2017, 04:43:21 AM
I think in the presence of bitcoin will reduce unemployment, because searching for bitcoin also requires hard work and creativity, and competitiveness in bitcoin is also high almost similar to work in the real world

What is your opinion this time?
Agree with you mate and it has a big help for those people who have work but the salary is not enough to compensate all the needs of their family.
Like me my salary is only equal to our expenses and i do not keep any cents for savings purposes that is why i am thankful that i discover bitcoin and now i have savings from earning in bitcoin.

definitely yes, bitcoin can lessen the number of unemployed people, cause now a days if you don't have any master degree if would hard for you find a job, cause most the requirement are, 4 year courses, or at least college level. now it's good to hear that there is online job like bitcoin.  In bitcoin you don't need to apply or submit any resume, as long as you know how to use internet and you have a gadget to use you can join bitcoin. even though you don't have regular job, at least by means of bitcoin you can earn money and support your family.
327  Economy / Economics / Re: How to teach kids about Bitcoin? on: December 05, 2017, 11:54:05 PM
I had some inner feeling, that bitcoin and crypto generally is not suitable for kids yet..kids should had different interests than mining difficulty, finance models, PGP and inflation..Smiley

That's right, it is too early to teach Bitcoin for kids. I think whatever strategy you make will not absorb by them, let them enjoy first their childhood. Teenager is a perfect time to teach Bitcoin because in this stage they already know how make their own decisions for their self. It is also a highly recommended for them because even though they are teenager, they can now start earning by their own.
328  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Becoming a Global Currency on: December 05, 2017, 11:39:30 PM
Yes I also think that bitcoin is becoming a worldwide currency and more people are interested to know about it, how they can treat it.

I think this is impossible, we all know that Bitcoin don't have stable price, even though lot of people now are in bitcoin world, I think they still prefer to use Fiat currency in terms of legalization. On the contrary if Bitcoin becomes global currency, maybe that time it's already have a support from each government and you don't have to worry anymore.
329  Economy / Economics / Re: Which one is good, trading or investing? on: December 05, 2017, 10:32:10 PM
As far as my personal opinion goes, I'd say invest the majority of your coins but also try engaging in trading.

I haven't had the chance to do trading myself because I'm still in the process of learning it and I'm still not quite ready.

Yah if you want sure income try to invest your money first, like what I did I invest my money to my friend, she is in mining world. As of now she gave me a weekly income of my investment, and while waiting for my payout weekly, I try trading,  trading is a high risk of investment thats why I'm not yet put any amount, I am still in learning process thats why I read a lot of strategy regarding trading.
330  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your best investment strategy? on: December 05, 2017, 03:14:20 PM
The best strategy would be not to have one.

How could you say that having nothing is the best strategy? Remember, in everything you do there's always a consequence and that is positive or negative, you will have a positive outcome if you work on it. Just like Bitcoin, if your going to invest in Bitcoin you need to work hard, willing to take risk and study each coins first before buying. Cause sometimes their are some coins that is so slow to move it's volume and price. So it is much better if you do daily monitoring from time to time.
331  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can not replace fiat on: December 05, 2017, 02:56:02 PM
Bitcoin is asset just like gold and silver and fiat is the one that evaluate the value of every asset. So bitcoin can never replace fiat but it can dominate the online payment processors with low fee.

Yes that's the fact, Bitcoin can never replace Fiat currency for some many reasons.
1. Fiat currency is more accessible to use specially to our older people
2. Fiat is monitored and controlled by our government
3. You can use it without using any internet connection
So I guess Bitcoin can never replace Fiat currency.
332  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin had a stable price, would it still be as popular? on: December 05, 2017, 05:02:52 AM
This thread was created in the wrong section. This should be in the Economics sections. Anyhow, to answer you question: A stable price would most likely end up attracting even more people to Bitcoin. One of the major 'cons' that it currently has (for people who consider joining) is that it is very volatile and that you might end up having much less money (e.g. in USD) the day after you've bought some Bitcoin.

that's true, lots of people get attracted in joining bitcoin because of the good opportunity if we talk about bitcoin price. that's why some celebrities even billionaires are investing of bitcoin because they know that they can get huge amount of profit in return. their are also some countries that bitcoin is already acknowledging by their government. I guess if bitcoin have stable price, i think this could not affect totally the popularity of bitcoin, specially now that bitcoin price is so high. maybe if their going to set a price of bitcoin, i think it would not the same as what bitcoin price 8 years ago.
333  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: December 04, 2017, 11:49:27 PM
I like paper money. I like to feel the buying power in my hands :p Bitcoin makes me feel like a robot. I am not saying paper money is better tho.

As what other business policy, "credit is good but we need cash". Sometimes people prefer to use paper money than Bitcoin for some reason. Paper money is easy to use, you don't need to convert or exchange in your own currency just to buy simple stuff. So I agree with you, paper money is much better that using Bitcoin in buying such things. And also paper money is controlled by our government so it is secured whatever happens in the future.

335  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is unpredictable job. on: December 03, 2017, 01:41:00 PM
Yea trading is most times unpredictable job but in some situations is predictable when it is sure that it will grow or decrease price per peace. But it is better to use ptc sites and revenue share sites.

Your right crolsbest, if you really want to be in trading world, you need to be a full time Bitcoin users. Because in trading, as what crolsbest say, trading is very unpredictable in just a couple of minutes you could loss huge amount if you don't do safety monitoring of your Bitcoin o alt coins. There are some apps that you can install were in it will alarm your phone if the price is high. I think this could help people in trading.
336  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans with your Bitcoin? on: December 03, 2017, 12:50:32 PM
For now, my plan is only keep collecting and earning bitcoins from my services. For the future, i want to open a business about bitcoin related in my area.

I think we the same mind set, I really want to put up my own business too someday, that's why I really work hard in bitcoin to gain more profits. Aside from putting up my own business, I'm also planning to build my own house for my wife, cause as of now we're only renting our house. It would be better if you have your own house.
337  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Becoming a Global Currency on: December 02, 2017, 11:02:14 PM
bitcoin is the crypto reserve currency

soon it will be the global reserve currency for fiat

Wow, if that would happen it would be great, because you can now buy anything using Bitcoin, and you have nothing to worry anymore regarding of Bitcoin price, because that time Bitcoin is already controlled by the government. But the main problem there is, you need to pay taxes now because every Fiat currency have a rules and regulations that needs to implement by the government.
338  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is your trading strategy? on: December 01, 2017, 02:03:01 PM
buy low, sell high  Cool

That's true, but you need to analyze first before buying Bitcoin or altcoin, always check the volume if it is in good position to buy, cause some altcoins  takes how many months to pump up, so you really need to choose a right altcoin to trade in we're in you don't need to wait for how many months to sell.
339  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest now or wait a while? on: December 01, 2017, 04:58:52 AM
Hey guys, my name is Thamos and I'm fairly new to Bitcoin. I've been reading up on Bitcoin for like, only, 2/3 weeks now. I was already planning on investing but I wanted to have a bit more knowledge about it all. I guess now I do.

I was just wondering, seeing how Bitcoin's price has increased by a lot over the last couple days, when would be best for me to hop in the pool. Should I buy now or should I wait till the price drops (even if it's only by a small percentage)?

I'm just looking for some advice. Thanks a lot!

hello thamos, welcome to the forum, i think it not the right time to buy bitcoin because its so high, just wait to dump the price so you could buy  and hold it. for now try to read a lot about bitcoin, specially in trading, cause trading is a fast way to earn money, so if you want to invest your money in trading you need to read everything about trading.  i suggest go to trading discussion in order for you to learn some tips  on how to start in trading, specially like you being newbie here in this forum.
