322  Economy / Speculation / Re: Cashing out could destroy crypto? on: August 26, 2017, 04:41:54 PM
It doesn't matter if you cash out or not, because the Bitcoins go to someone else. They don't "disappear".

328  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I NEVER discard private keys even after spent? on: August 20, 2017, 01:46:30 PM
I try to save all mine, you never know. There may be a small amount of satoshis left in your addresses that could be worth $50 one day.
329  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: November fork, name for next BTC on: August 20, 2017, 01:45:14 PM
I think we should go with BitcoinCoin
330  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin cash become the true bitcoin ? on: August 19, 2017, 07:27:24 PM
There is an easy way to see which is the true Bitcoin. Try to send Bitcoins to any website that accepts Bitcoin and see which one goes through, BCH or BTC. (not recommended)
331  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin core and altcoins get dump Bitcoin Cash pumping. on: August 19, 2017, 05:06:53 PM
Of course it's getting pumped because of all the news about mining profitability and hard fork fud.
332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Korean market push BCH price up on: August 19, 2017, 02:28:28 PM
You can't do anything with BCH, I don't get it. 99% of websites accept BTC not BCH.
333  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to redeem Bitcoin Cash from Paper wallet? on: August 19, 2017, 03:30:34 AM
1. Check your balance here to see if you even have Bitcoin Cash:
https://blockchair.com/bitcoin-cash/address/YOURADDRESSHERE

2. If there is a BCH balance then import that private key into a BITCOIN WALLET FIRST.

3. Transfer the funds to a new Bitcoin Address that you control the private key to.

4. THEN import the SAME private key into a Bitcoin Cash wallet to redeem.
334  Economy / Speculation / Re: Not Bubble - Bitcoin Growing Up, Heading to $10,000: Dave Chapman on: August 19, 2017, 03:26:49 AM
It's not that farfetched to believe, look at the rate Bitcoin is growing in hashrate and adoption. Investors hearing about the huge returns crypto-currencies are bringing are bound to start diversifying their portfolios eventually. What I have come to realize, is Bitcoin always seems to amaze. It's easy to look at the 2013 bubble and compare it to now, but there are many different variables at work today.

337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is like .COM domain, established, but stale and boring on: August 18, 2017, 09:02:37 PM
If you knew anything about domain markets, you would know that Dot Com is the most desired of them all. It also brings the highest prices and always will.

Most other extensions are lucky to fetch 10% of the value of .COM and I suspect it will remain the same for Bitcoin and Alt-coins.

Yes, that's why all silicon valley, Israel and Chinese start-ups now use domains like .xyz, .io

Even Alphabet (owner of Google now after restructuring) uses .xyz

Keyword: Startups*

That's because they can't afford to purchase the Dot-Com so they settle for another extension.

If the company succeeds they will eventually purchase the Dot Com.

339  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Market Cap has now exceeded that of Paypal on: August 18, 2017, 08:08:27 PM
Good, PayPal is the WORST when it comes to protecting its users from Scammers, Chargebacks and Fraud.
