Unfortunately until we get any more details it looks a lot like this is a great deal for zach and an ok deal for shareholders. At the moment all we know for sure is our CEO just got a job at a new company.
Please fill in the blanks lab-rat

Who is going to be in Miami this week?
*Raises hand* Me! I know you are.... Who else? Seriously can you just tell us if its hours days or weeks we now have to wait for the update?

Have a longer think about why they are priced where they are.
Am I right in thinking 2300ish bitcoins is roughly what ukyo owes for the weexchange scam? edit: in total not just to active mining obv

Can we just give Ken a little credit for pursuing other avenues for a second? He knows what cost these chips are getting produced at and he obviously thinks there is a lot of money to be made otherwise he would have just waited for the custom 28nm from eAsic.
Let's just give the guy a break he is clearly doing everything he can to make this a success as an investor that's all you can ever ask.

11mm x 11m package, 1.9 GH/s, 2.5 Watts.
So how are we going to cram 13,000 chips into one enclosure to arrive at 24,576 TH/s? That is the 28 nm chips, we have a 10.488 TH/s unit with the 55 nm chips. We will also have bulk sales of our 55 nm chip soon. Holy S*it Ken you might have just made us all a lot wealthier than we were a couple of hours ago, I thank you for that and all your hard work in face of much heat over the last 9 months. Well played Sir.

Are we selling these 55nm chips or are they just for us to mine with?

Think I just figured out who the asic project is with. Active mining and People's Asic they just taped out a 55nm delivery in Q2 2014.
PRESS RELEASE
Springfield, MO and Santa Jose, CA – January 21, 2014 – Active Mining Corporation (Belize) (AMC) a bitcoin Mining and Hardware Manufacture, and People's ASIC a stealth Silicon Valley startup founded by two veteran engineers is proud to announce today the tape-out of their 55 nm UMC Bitcoin Mining ASIC. The ASIC features SHA256 optimizations according to a scientific paper by Dadda et al.
Simultaneously, AMC has acquired the Intellectual Property (Verilog code, test bench, GDS-II data, etc. for the 55nm UMC Bitcoin Mining ASIC. Delivery of chips is expected in Q2/2014. Also, AMC will use the same design team and code which successfully taped out the 55 nm on AMC's eASIC's 28 nm. EASIC's 28 nm development has been upgraded to a full custom 28 nm.

Couldn't Active Mining been VMC's first customer, thus receiving the first "shipped" units?
How many chips does low-volume production produce? Is it even theoretical possible for this to be ActM? theoretically possible, yes, but def not likely at this point.

I still have a balance of btc on the bitfunder site. Am I SOL?
I know the site is pretty much shut down and I've been trying to withdraw my remaining .35btc for weeks now without getting anywhere.
The instructions say to withdraw it through weexchange, but that doesn't work. Does anybody know what I need to do?
If anybody can be definitively helpful to me, they can have 10% of what I recover.
Go to this address https://weexclaims.weexchange.co/Log In using your weexchange credentials and you can claim a portion of your balance and should be able to claim the rest at some point in the future. You can see Ukyo's (the owner of BF/WeX) last posts here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=35121;sa=showPostsMy BTC address is 1MWPSLU5QW5YnwztWxGgspzTMPxiAv8k3A

Couldn't Active Mining been VMC's first customer, thus receiving the first "shipped" units?
Ken has said at least 50% of the production capabilities will beused to make miners for ActM

Now you should ask when orders placed in the past 2-3 months will ship...
Ken has already stated that there is approx a 2month pre-order queue, if the current schedule is 28th Feb - 20th March then we will have full scale eAsic production within the next 2 weeks.
