Facebook will prevent all activities related to bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Who will be the next, maybe Youtube?

I do not think it will be related to all activities, it is just about ads. or  I am mistaken?

326  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Never invest no product ICOs on: January 31, 2018, 09:25:29 AM
I was wondering, why a lot of projects don't have such an important thing for a successful ICO as a product.

When a company has a product it means they have it to develop. In such case, a company shows why they need ICO and how the company will be growing. What is more, there is more trust because a company has experience in a field they are working.

For example, KickCity company that exists two years. KickCity an event platform that generates revenue and has a Helsinki government grant. KickCity needs ICO to make business bigger and to become a decentralized platform where every user is rewarded for ticket promotion.

On the other hand, no product ICOs can prove their success just in theory. There is no proof base that product will be developed and will be working right.

In such unstable industry as ICO everything has to be under control. The product is one of the things that shows the campaign is not a scam. That is why I believe it is better to invest in ready-made products ICOs.

Yes absolutely agree, and companies with already existing products will not put their reputation under question.
327  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook bans cryptocurrency ads.. on: January 31, 2018, 09:21:33 AM
Facebook's ban on ICO advertising is normal.
Because Facebook is limited to national laws, and it is well known that countries are planning to regulate ICO, Facebook could face legal problems if it continues to advertise.

Yes, but advertising might be limited to specific country, so they do not need totally ban it.
328  Economy / Speculation / Re: Historic BITCOIN crash on: January 31, 2018, 09:16:58 AM
let me remind you of this, that this is not the first time bitcoin has crashed very significantly and is not the worst of it all. (correct me if i'm wrong) Based on bitcoin history, crashes occur on:

2011 jun- Nov: -97%---> From $ 32 to $ 2
2012 jan - Aug: -36%---> From from $ 7 to $ 4
2013 Mar 6 -11: -25%---> From $ 49 to $ 36
2013 Apr 10: -79%---> From $ 266 to $ 54
2014 Feb 24: -49%---> From $ 867 to $ 439
2017 jun 11-16: -36%---> From $ 3,000 to $ 1.869
2017 Sept 2-15: -40%---> From $ 5,000 to $ 2,972
2018 Jan 17: -48%---> From $ 19,783 to $ 9,496

If viewed from history, crashes often happen every year since 2011 and proved that this year is not the worst year of the year - the year before. What do you think, whether this crash will continue or not?

Thanks for reminding for crypto society, that it is normal situation.
329  Economy / Speculation / Re: will bitcoin price continue to go down? on: January 30, 2018, 08:23:02 AM

I think you should wait, i do not think it will fall significantly, and the chances to grow up are real.

It is interesting, if the forks are as trustworthy as bitcoin?
331  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Helping a Beginner on: January 29, 2018, 08:13:40 AM
Someone I know wants to meet with me to talk about BTC and crypto.
want to get into it.
What would you recommend be the step 1? for them to approach?

First of all they shell realize that it contains risk, and benefit is not guaranteed. But you should also explain pros of crypto, advantages and ways to get profit.
332  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If bitcoin gets banned in a country, does altcoins get banned along with it? on: January 29, 2018, 08:10:39 AM
Well, I'm just curious, does banning bitcoin means that all cryptocurrency will be banned from that country?

Yes I think that restrictions anyway will be related to all cryptos.
333  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin Really End World Poverty? on: January 29, 2018, 08:06:19 AM
I am not sure about this. People are poor for different reasons, besides, a lot of needy people have no internet or computer to be involved in crypto, they have no money for investment and etc. So there are a lot of reasons.
334  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Good news! on: January 28, 2018, 11:06:21 AM
South Korea is one of the largest players in the world of crypto-currencies and it is logical that the government of this country allows the circulation of the crypto currency, ordering its circulation and refusing to be anonymous when working with real accounts. Apparently, most states will continue to do the same in the future.

Yes totally agree, I think a lot of states will follow the example.
335  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if another altcoin surpasses BTC in value? on: January 28, 2018, 11:04:33 AM
Ethereum has a big chance of surpassing Bitcoin. It's already 50% of it's marketcap.

I don't agree, it is not realistic today.
336  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Really The Future Of Money? on: January 28, 2018, 10:50:13 AM
I am not sure that it will replace money, but i am sure that more and more places will accept cryptos (not only bitcoin) and its role in the market will rise.
337  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Criminality and Bitcoin on: January 28, 2018, 10:40:23 AM
bitcoin has a lot of benefits, which make it more attractive for illegal activities, but we cannot say that existence of bitcoin leads to increasing of number of crimes, I would say it makes it difficult to investigate some crimes.
338  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between Bitcoin and real money? on: January 28, 2018, 10:36:14 AM
Bitcoin is digital asset and one can use it to buy specific things online, especially when he/she do not wont to be identified. Money is acceptable everywhere, it cannot be considered as an asset, but its benefit is that it is acceptable everywhere.
339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in this ICO? Please help on: January 26, 2018, 12:21:09 PM
Hey guys, I am a brand new crypto-girl, and I'm thinking about investing in ICO's. The thing is, I shop online a lot and I really need a tool which will allow me to pay with a crypto currency. I came across Bitcoinus ICO, they're creating a cryptopayment processor for online shopping. Exactly what I need. Planning to use it. Any ideas?

go to the web-pages which are not providing paid ICO  rating, go through white papers and assess idea, you shall as much money as you can afford to lose, it is risky, but in case of success, easy way to get profit.
340  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? on: January 26, 2018, 09:41:15 AM
is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? anyhow this money sits in the bank and do nothing for!

Yes it is risky, but it depends on the amount of money you are going to invest in. If it is about the big amount of money, you should invest part of it, every investment is risky, but  it might be very profitable.
