It’s plausible that we are in a multi year bear market, especially considering how long the bull cycle was this time. One thing that needs to be considered here, is that powerful eyes were not in on the last bull runs, at least not in a serious way.

Yahoo has an article about "Coinbase to add ETC in coming months." ETC has been dropping steadily the last 24 hours after about 30% increase in prior days (Looks like a 1 day gain but I'm not looking at an in depth chart). Was this news released before the spike or is this more insider trading?

I was very sad for few months, but held on because of a glimmer of hope here and there. I dont think large holders simply held because they knew itll go up, much faith and fighting yourself was necessary.

I only put in what I could afford. I could have afforded it a lot more. But I couldn't afford to lose the massive gains I got off of it so I cashed out.

I literally just shut my brain off and stop checking my portfolio for a while if it's looking grim. It's money I can afford to lose but obviously don't want to. I knew what I was getting into. But that being said, I'm even on what I've put in since the huge dips at the beginning of the year. So I'm hoping all I can do is go up from here

Well if you don't believe in the tech what are you doing here ? I'm a big believer in blockchain and will make it my full time job this september (i do not have a highschool diploma).

We need to manage risk. Put 60% of your money in low risk (buy a house and wait 10-20 years) 30% in medium risk (buy stocks and wait 5-10 years) and 10% in high risk like crypto.

I just assumed I was gonna lose it all from day one. Then it went up, I was happy, then It went down and selling would mean guaranteed loss, so can’t sell. Might as well hodl. It’s not really that impressive.

People know the consequences of invested in different coins. Invest in a coin with promising future and just hold it for a few years. When blockchain takes off you shall be rewarded.

Obviously don't be like i invested in crypto and you forget about it. Check prices and news once or twice a week even if you are holder. Who knows what happens in this crypto space.

I made a years saving in my first two weeks investing end Dec start Jan. It was insane.

I've been down ever since even though I've pumped in loads more cash.

This is why I firmly believe timing is extremely important in this volatile cyclical market.
