share price collapsing again.
Great. Have AM ever released any financial information?

Am I correct in assuming that for every chip sold, an average of $0.50 will go towards dividends?
Quoted price is for 1 Gh/s. Chips are about 12Gh/s. What?? That can't be correct. Where are you getting that information? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=438359.msg4816701#msg4816701Price range 0.49$/G-0.99$/G, depending on order size and delivery speed of choice. That's price not profit. Does anyone have an idea of their actual margins?

In the prospectus it says that IPO will end 15/05/2014 or when all batches are sold, so that would be today. Can't or musn't this be prolonged by another week?
Nope. It ends today.

Market Cap is calculated total units outstanding X last price
Units Outstanding 28984
Last Price ฿0.04100000
Market Cap ฿1188.3440
Ahhh I thought that was the share cap not the market cap. You might want to add an M before the cap, for shares still in IPO it's a little confusing

Also, something seems very wrong with havelock. If you compare the share capital listed to the shares sold there is a big discrepancy.
(10000x0.038) + ( 10000x0.0395) + (8769x0.041) + (215x0.0425) = 1143.6665 BTC While the share capital on havelock is 1188 BTC

Assuming the following...
Week 1
-We have added no more units this week -The total amount of shares sold will be 30,000
BTC Mined - 45.5 Dividend - 21.63 Dividend Per Share - 0.000721 Yield - 91.4% @ Share Price of 0.041
Week 2
-We have added the remaining 1GH/s -Difficulty has gone up 10%
BTC Mined - 61.425 Dividend - 29.03 Dividend Per Share - 0.000967 Yield - 122.6% @ Share Price of 0.041
These projections are very conservative because of the following factors
Week 1
- I am not including any BTC mined before Friday the 9th - I am assuming CryptX hasn't added any new units since Friday the 9th - I am assuming the only coined mined is LTC - I am using the higher current difficulty, not the average difficulty over the week
Week 2
- I am assuming difficulty will rise 10% in the following week when it has fallen slightly over the past week - I have not included any new reinvestment machines when calculating BTC mined - I am assuming the only coined mined is LTC
My actual projections for these weeks are more optimistic, but I'm not going to share those as publishing conservative estimates is always best. If I can get some alone time at the beach this week ill redo CryptX's original projections as they have far too many static factors and as such are linear in nature. they are also not relevant anymore as they use a number of outdated figures such as shares issued, difficulty, shareprice, hashrate and coin prices. They also do not account for a multipool average rate of return and there is also a pretty serious error that has been highlighted here but not rectified. Ill probably put together a few different scenarios relating to BTC and LTC's performance over the coming months to give a more varied overview
Hope you all have a good week,
Peaceeeeeee

Sounds like they are running out of capital to refund people. This is the beginning of the end for them I think.

Divs 0.00109209
I was hoping a little more, 0,25 $/kWh doesn't seem to have a significant impact on our divs. It's starting today so next week you will see a big jump in div. even with network going up 10% Maybe not a big jump. Divs were inflated this week because of chip sales, if we readjust the reinvestment percentage also, a div next week of 0.01 .001 would be pretty good. But then we would have that consistently I'm Personally hoping for some IPO news, we still have 18,000 shares that could be very well spent I do this everytime, sorry.

Firstly, Peter, excellent response above. Really made me take a step back and rethink.
Until now..
They charge a 30 BTC fee?
Their largest stock by a mile is their own stock. This just makes them a huge Ponzi scheme no?
All this talk of failing stocks on havelock, when was the last time mpex listed a successful stock?

mikemikemike - when evaluating something it's important to evaluate it in the context of time. Even the most dedicated of scammers pulling off a long-con is smart enough to only waste 6-12 months before ducking. So ask yourself: if it were a scam why not just do a runner ages ago? I mean, it's been in operation for years, there's been plenty of opportunity to pull out ahead of the game and setup a brand new scam all over again.
But.. But... Millions of pounds traded each week? The largest stock on the exchange is the stock itself. There has been barely any new/good investments on it for years. The site itself looks like a high school project at best. I understand what your saying about time, but has anyone thought that there just simpily isn't enough money on the exchange to run away with? That they are trying to rebuild before doing a runner? How many people here actually invest on that site? Seriously? Millions of pounds worth of people? Sorry. I just don't believe it. Every red flag in my head is going absolutely bonkers

How does this conversation happen without anybody mentioning the oldest and only serious bitcoin stock exchange, MPEx? If you want to be taken seriously, get listed there.
Your You're being sarcastic , right? No, I am being serious. Thanks for the lesson in grammar. The Internet is a much better place with people like you correcting everyone's English. But seriously, is this like double sarcasm? I can't believe that you are serious You honestly think the exchange where the only really active stock is the exchange itself is the most serious exchange? You've gotta be kidding. And hold on, you think that volume is legitimate? You think people are actually investing in that site and the volume isn't faked? Dude... Seriously?!! You're welcome, I am glad to help you learn to write better. No, it is not sarcasm (and that is not triple sarcasm either). If I was not being serious I would admit that. If they were faking volume, why would they only be doing it on one listing instead of all the stocks? Because its their stock? It's allot easier to get away with? Do you work with or are you friends with MP? Are you actually Peter lambert or did you buy this account?? Sorry for all the questions but I can't for the life of me understand why you are recommending this exchange. You honestly think millions of dollars each week are traded in MPEx each week? Solely on the stock of the exchange itself?

People are still buying batch 4, what is wrong with you people!!!
Havelock would you please take off batch 4 until its actually done
don't be mad; if ppl are buying at that price it shows market support for that price! It shows that those ppl are paying ฿0.0425 when they could be paying ฿0.041. That doesn't show market support. Possibly organic brain disease or some other ugly pathology, but not market support. Sure it does, if that is a price they are happy to pay at then they are supporting the market. Your being sarcastic right? These people are clearly accidentally clicking on the wrong IPO. No one would pay for a stock above price if they didnt have to, this isn't a charity.. In other news, the litecoin difficulty seems to be dropping like a fly and seeing our new machines online already only brings testament to the professionalism of the team behind this project. It would have been nice to get the full 10GH/s online but that doesn't look like its going to happen which is a shame as buying seems to have slowed considerably Anyways. I'm off on holiday. Peaceeeeeeeeeee

I'm happy to divert the whole benefit of the reduced cost to the reinvestment fund. If that's an option the others would consider fair. Of course.
-1 I do not concur. -2 seconding nonconcurrence. Tangentially, does the .015 forecast include reduced mgmt cost? Forecasting share price bump over .09 by end of weekend if that div number is accurate. The SCRYPT-X project will also be hosted in our datacenter. Therefore our fixed costs can be divided between PETA-MINE and SCRYPT-X. This means starting from May 9th we can lower our hosting cost to 0,25 $/kWh for the PETA-MINE project, which will be of great benefit for it's future growth.
Nope. Next week. This week should be slightly lower than last unless the chips were sold. but next weeks should be a record in the 0.12-0.13 range, but this also depends on how the reinvestment percentage is adjusted. If we go down to 50/50 then I expect a 0.01 dividend stabilised for the long term future which would be great. Keeping my fingers crossed that the remaining shares will be IPO'd so we can take another leap forward before stabilisation
