CoinCraft Rig updates – NOW IN PRODUCTION!

It took 5 different prototype revisions and countless hours of fine tuning, but the pilot unit is now working since last week at a stable 2.4 TH/s and has been pushed to 2.8 TH/s peak hashing rate, effectively reaching the advertised Turbo mode speeds and putting the Rig in the history as the currently fastest Bitcoin mining equipment!

---------------------------------------------

Peta should get 165 rigs so 395/460 Terra our total hashing power after full delivery +/-900terra

correct?

Correct/Incorrect, the question is WHEN?

Great news for all the Rig preorder owners, the world’s fastest Bitcoin mining unit topping an amazing speed of 2.4 TH/s is now being produced on large scale.

Quote
We are now waiting for the last revised mainboards to land in our factory the next week to start the production and delivery of the first units, with plans to complete the deliveries within the end of June.

About two weeks™ then...

Also, we have to take into account a compensation for the delay if such exist for us. Not forgetting that PETA is paying extra to have 1 guy to construct  rigs for us exclusivelly. Can we reach 1000TH/s in the next 2 weeks? Who knows...  Huh Huh

As well as BFL planing to start the production of their butterflies which would lead to a huge increase in difficulty.   So it might be, that our hash rate might not be that great after all in terms of network %...

Just how much hardware do you expect bfl to produce and ship? We are at approximately 67phs, there is no way that bfl can ship enough hardware to make more than a small dent in the network.
As for bitmine. What were they producing with the desks? 50/week. If we say that they produce 50 rigs at 3ths thats only 150ths/week being shipped out. If they can do 100 rigs then its still only 300ths/week. Thats 0.0022% and 0.0044% of the network respectively.

We are reaching that point with the network where its going to be more and more difficult to have a serious impact on the difficulty.

Hosting costs will be reduced to $0.25 starting from May 9th (tomorrow) as announced earlier. We are evaluating the best strategy for div/reinvestment %.

I am a little bit confused, why is it cheaper to buy dragon miners over  custom made boards...?

Chips were a one off order of a bulk amount as far as I'm aware, maybe the supplier is sold out, maybe buying in small reinvestment sized amounts rather than fund beginning sizes doesn't offer the same economies of scale. But I agree, the custom boards seem to be the way to go.

Has anyone here actually run the numbers instead of blindly believing what a load of kids on this forum are saying?

Seriously. Stop believing all this FUD and start thinking for yourself.

CryptX, thanks for the update, please keep up the excellent work and I look forward to your next update.

I'll donate one bitcoin to anyone who can prove, with figures and competent logic, that these shares are overvalued. From someone who has run the figures, with multiple realistic scenarios, none of you are winning this bet, infact, I argue, most of these people claiming this project is dead are not even competent enough to run a proper analysis

This is basing a 30% yield as an acceptable return, which if you look at even the best performing securities over the past year, is extremely high.

I look forward to your responses, this is going to be very very entertaining, it should also highlight who in this thread actually knows what they are talking about, something which I am very keen to learn

Do you escrow it? I can prove it by two sentense. By counting the risks together, you will find out that 30 % is just a drop on a hot stone. Bitcoin dropped this year 50 %, the difficultyrise gave the hardware 80% less value (which represents the value of the share).

Easy calculation of value:

BEST Case Speculation:

770 TH in April 25 = 770.000 * 0,008 BTC (FHA cex.io price) : BTC 6180 in Share BTC 0,072

---now we have 180 * 0,011 (cex.io price) : BTC 1980 (value of hardware + hosting --cex.io charges  15% of revenu, peta charges 30% !!!!) in Share BTC 0,025

980 TH in Mai 25 = 980.000 * 0,004 (FHM cex.io price) : BTC 3920 in Share BTC 0,048

GOOD Case Speculation:

500 TH in April 25 = BTC 4000 in Share BTC 0,05 and then in Mai around BTC 0,025

Petamine is two times more expensive as cex.io until end of Mai.

And now I want my Bitcoin!

will there be some voting for shareholders or ar you open to suggestions?

I'm here for the long term, I consider this low btc value as a temporary opportunity to buy more machines and aim higher. in the future, the situation may be different, but this is a good moment to grow more by investing more.
I'm happy to divert the whole benefit of the reduced cost to the reinvestment fund. If that's an option the others would consider fair. Of course.

-2 seconding nonconcurrence.

Tangentially, does the .015 forecast include reduced mgmt cost?

Forecasting share price bump over .09 by end of weekend if that div number is accurate.

The SCRYPT-X project will also be hosted in our datacenter. Therefore our fixed costs can be divided between PETA-MINE and SCRYPT-X. This means starting from May 9th we can lower our hosting cost to 0,25 $/kWh for the PETA-MINE project, which will be of great benefit for it's future growth.

Nope. Next week.

This week should be slightly lower than last unless the chips were sold. but next weeks should be a record in the 0.12-0.13 range, but this also depends on how the reinvestment percentage is adjusted. If we go down to 50/50 then I expect a 0.01 dividend stabilised for the long term future which would be great. Keeping my fingers crossed that the remaining shares will be IPO'd so we can take another leap forward before stabilisation
