This is similar to a ponzi scheme. You are basically resolving a couple of complaints here and there in order to make it seem like your site is legit, but it's just a strategy to earn huge profits through scamming in the long-term.
There is a post in our signature with list of resolved cases - about a half of them have a sum mentioned. That's the sum that was paid to the OPs of the accusations, and this sum exceeds 6 BTC to the day. Also, the site runs for 5+ years. Quite a long term for a ponzi scheme.
