I have the impression that if they wrote which ToS rule was broken, many people on this forum would consider it a lie or too laconic information and the witch-hunt would continue.
Unfortunately, we will never be sure whether the author of the accusation is actually a victim of a mistake or a real scammer.

The more important thing is that they never disclose to a user about which terms has broken by the users. In this case no one officially can understand either the user really broke the terms and conditions or not. To make it more clear they should clearly mention the terms and conditions which the user violated.

If it was just 2 or 3 red tags, it would have meant that your site is unreliable, but that could change in the future. However, there are many red tags given at different periods which indicates that your site will always be a scam site.

This is similar to a ponzi scheme. You are basically resolving a couple of complaints here and there in order to make it seem like your site is legit, but it's just a strategy to earn huge profits through scamming in the long-term.

You may be right about the 6 BTC part, but you are neglecting the fact that the amount that you guys scammed from gamblers is way higher in comparison. Also, I have seen several ponzi schemes that managed to run successfully for several years(Ex: Bitconnect etc).

Why is it I have this feeling that all the accusations that they posted resolved are not satisfying to complainants I don't see any complainants posting that they have resolved their issues and they are satisfied with the results, or I just missed those posts, it will take months before they resolve all the remaining issues or complaints because there are so many of them.

This is probably because a large number of these problematic situations have been resolved by returning only the deposit and not the entire amount with winnings.
From what I understood, this is a friendly solution that should satisfy both parties, but those who won large amounts probably do not like it very much.

So you open two accounts at same time: Account1 & Account2 and deposit 1BTC each.
You made two bets on same market in both accounts with opposite outcomes imagine a Tennis Game.
Federer vs Nadal, lets say odds 1.87 for both.

Account1 -> Federer wins all in (you can get 1.87BTC)
Account2 -> Nadal wins all in (you can get 1.87BTC)

Nadal wins so Account1 balance is 0, Account2 balance is 1.87.

I made that multiple times, so I have won and lost bets in my two accounts obviously.
You closed my accounts and you told as you can see that odds were recalculated 1:1. So you basically only cancelled the Won bets in each of my accounts is this right?
Why did you cancel the wining bets only? even the lost ones were made to circunvent the rules.

This way you toke all my deposits, do you understand? I'm RED not neutral because of that.
