Larger whales control the market and can affect the prices of any decentralized currency. Ordinary players with weak hands have nothing to control, they just float on the waves.

It is true, banks have power and banks have power because of government give them, and crypto currency can't lead to disappear of banks. Actually in every country Government take decision and government can't disappear banks, that's why in few countries government not accept crypto currency. No this is not reality, banks are not that common now a day we can see this forum the people are mostly in favor to store money in crypto currency not in bank because banks does not give profit higher than crypto currency, we should educate people that crypto currency is beneficial and banks are gonna get vanish very soon. |

I only advise you not to play in trading if you don't want to wait longer, there is no main capital to start it all.
You can actually still trade without waiting longer, you just need to be a day trader. This market is volatile, so you can play with the price and if you are good enough with your analysis, that's automatic profit on your side. No I don’t consider day trading a better option because I know trading is good but it takes time to rise we can joining for long term trading, I recently have stated I bought some coins at low price now I am holding all my coin for long term so letter on I will trade with the higher price, but now I only will have to hold with patience. |

I think don't compare bitcoin and gold becous these market value 2 types. Bitcoin and gold are totally different.

If this $ 1000 were all my means, I would invest no more than 10% of them, maybe 20%, but this is already a big risk. If these funds are free assets that I am not afraid to lose, then I would invest all in equal parts of 10% in different types of investments.
I think it is not good to invest in more than one investment,. Because when we invest in one coin it rises so it gives huge profit but more than one coin will give us small small increment in price so better invest in one coin which is profit worthy according to you and then only take risk to store for long term don’t waste your time searching altcoins just go for bitcoin only. |

I've always been watching bitcoin since mid-2013 up to now, and the market/bubble is painfully toxic. I'm not a big investor or economist, and I probably still only have superficial knowledge on how the entire blockchain systems work.
I just patiently watch the graph, and keep telling myself not to invest because everyone tells me it's a giant bubble that will someday pop. Recently, I started to run a few side businesses dealing in Bitcoin as payment methods, but I've never stored it long term and always converted it to cash.
I remember back in 2014 when I first thought of investing in Bitcoin as a long-term investment, and obviously was pressured out of it because everyone kept thinking it was a bubble that was about to burst. I'm starting to think about it again now that Bitcoin is starting to crash - and generally speaking in the past it's done quite well after crashes, recovering and increasing every once in a while.
What do you guys think? Is it worth it to give it a try? This would be my second crypto investment, and I'd be throwing in $5-10,000 at most. Any ideas?
Bitcoin is heading to its the eleventh year, they have proved everybody that it is here today, only people like you who don't believe it, of course only invest what you can afford and you should be the one responsible for any outcome if you have these two motivations then go for it. Personally really so i have strong believe in crypto currency specially the bitcoin that it is good investment and it has always been so volatile that rise and fall happens, so it does not matter to me if today the price is down as I know tomorrow it will be high, as I take it as an advantage and use to buy at low and sell high it only takes patience but reward always been so huge. |

3200 usd is not the lowest . if you will look at the price history of bitcoin you can see that its value was super cheap before . i guess its possible for that to happen again if ever people and whales will decide to sell all what they got . I meant that was the dip, it should be the lowest price it will drop from the all time high. That's what I meant, if we will go down further, I don't know what would happen to the market again, probably worst could happen. Let's enjoy the bull run now, we don't expect this fast but we have been hoping about market recovery. I think it is part of peaceful trading because if the price will not fall we will not be able to gain the profit, when price changes it give us opportunities to some places, as buy at red and sell at green is the only best way to obtain your profit, market has started to move but it is moving ahead not back ward because price is rising within one month it has become 6k dollar from 3k. |

For almost a year we were gaining deplorable experience, and saw only a fall, trained our nerves, studied the market. Now that the market is bullish, we will do the right thing. if you plan on that , better if you cancel it. do bounty or some airdrop . if you lucky enough you can save some penny and it will be growing if you keep doing that
Why not I think is the person does not have money they can invest and trade with borrow money but it is hard to get or to borrow the entire bitcoin as no one will be agree to give his bitcoin which it is already so hard to obtain, no one will be agree to lend their bitcoin as it takes so long time for the price recovery and it takes time to make profit. |

You should chose any coins from top 10. Where bitcoin is one the top and ETH has 2nd number. I suggest you to chose both but you should need to invest as much you afford to lose. You can chose alt coin just for long term trade other wise alt coin are not good for long term holding invest
Good idea, bitcoin is the best coin to invest your coin it has huge potential which can make good profit for all the investors but the ETH is optional for me as when I have plan to invest in more than one coin only then I use to buy some ETH but till then I like investing only in bitcoin because 2019 is gonna year of bitcoin and it will bring positive changes in market related to the price. |

I think BTC price will hit $5200 by this month, its enough to bouncing after so long time go down and make us panic. I do believe it will end, but it has requirement to change the trend.
It hit already, but then back to the lower price, but still stay at $5,000 level. Since that was hit and have some little price correction, expect that we can even reach $6,000, BTC has been mooning, when it's in that level, nothing can stop it. Need a lot of pumps to Bitcoin can reach 6000 $. People are in very good mood and the demand for investment in this market has increased by more than 15% in the last few days. I think this is a good sign to see a new recovery because I believe that when the growth phase begins then it will be time for lots of new coins to get high prices and many good coins will get attention big from investors. Right now don't give up your favorite coin and keep it for a long time I have a feeling that the bear market is now over. We have seen bitcoin raised from 4000 to 5000$ in matter of 2 days only which clearly is a sign that bulls are back in the market. We have a got of huge resistance at 6000$ and it may take 2 to 3 months before that resistance is broken but overall the market is positive and healthy for trading. I agree with you bull has started to get in the market because as you have mentioned price is rising more and more because more investors are taking part in market, bear market is almost over because now I can notice price graph has started to rise, with very few years I am sure price of bitcoin and other crypto coin will break the previous 2017 record. |

It is not that hard to know which coin is worth investing and potentious one, because there are so many expert investor who can give you good ideas about best coin, right now when the market is not fully bull, I trust only bitcoin which has more potential and it can rise higher in price more than my expectation so I am not worry because in bearish the only thing I use to do in bearish is holding and buying more. |

Some speculations aren't reliable and we can't rely the future of crypto and our holdings to predictions. However, the best thing that we could do is to wait for the right time until we gain a good profit. The bull run may come soon so we have to stay positive. I also would like to suggest you wait and have patience, right now it is not time to sell your investment buying now is the best time but for selling you will have to wait, bull has stated to move but to reach the peak value, pump has started to be part of the market but yet we cannot say it is fully bull because fully bull means sell out which is far yet. |
