321  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: FS Discount Amazon E-codes for BTC, Gox, or LR. I go first to trusted members. on: March 27, 2012, 02:51:13 PM
Just purchased a $100 code from him; everything went smooth.

BTW, where do you get all these codes from?

Keeping the prices the same - even though the fiat price of BTC has dropped a bit since I originally posted...

Thanks guys!
323  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Got MTgox $$ / Dwolla / Bitcoins looking for Libertyreserve on: March 19, 2012, 09:04:03 PM
If it is not urgent - you might want to try https://imcex.com for Bitcon/LR exchange.
No deposit/withdrawal fees, low 0.1% exchange fee.

I've used this & have been happy with it.  Wish the volume would get a little better though.

Thanks for the proof pic gmannn.

Yeah, sorry 'bout the Samoas going so quick.  Those & the Thin Mints are always the top seller.

Just curious if there's any interest in vendors attending this event; seems like a natural fit for promoting Bitcoin.

Another update to the OP...don't forget most of these freeze very well!
327  Economy / Currency exchange / Wanted: your BTC-e code for my Dwolla funds on: March 12, 2012, 06:51:09 PM
I'll go first if you have decent rep; looking for ~$500 swap.  We can break that up into smaller amounts if you wish.

(Also looking for LR funds; I can pay slight premium for that....)

PM if interested, thanks!

Updated our inventory in the OP
329  Economy / Goods / Re: Girl Scout Cookies for BTC on: March 05, 2012, 02:53:47 PM
Unfortunately, we'll have to sell them for fiat, as convincing the local GS Council to accept BTC would be a major uphill battle.

However, it's been fun watching the price fluctuate & hypothesizing about the reasons for it; although it's been more of a lesson in Econ 101 than internet crypto-currencies.

Again, thanks to everyone for their support with this.

Thanks to all for the PM's & orders; we still have a bunch left!  Smiley

Updated the OP; we're now going to offer a mix-n-match of your choice; 9 boxes for 8 BTC shipped.

Oh, and the Thin Mints are awesome if you freeze 'em.  Smiley

Here's the loot:

333  Economy / Goods / [UPDATED] Girl Scout Cookies for BTC on: February 23, 2012, 10:13:23 PM
UPDATED 4/8/12

My daughter's girl scout troop is selling cookies, and we thought it would be fun to sell some for BTC, which would give them a fun real-world experience in dealing with alternative currencies.  They all come in cases of 12 boxes each, which would seem the easiest way to ship.

We have:

Thin Mints (always the top seller) ONLY 1 BOX LEFT
Trefoils (shortbread-type cookie) 12 BOXES LEFT
Do-Si-Dos (peanut butter creames) 17 BOXES LEFT
Samoas (chewy w/ coconut) SOLD OUT
Tagalongs (peanut butter patties) ONLY 1 BOX LEFT
Savannah Smiles (lemon cookies) 11 BOXES LEFT
Thank U Berry Munch (with cranberries) 8 BOXES LEFT
Dulche De Leche (Latin-inspired caramel) SOLD OUT

We can do a full case for 10 BTC; or
9 boxes mix 'n match (your choices, of course) for 8 BTC

Price includes delivery confirmation anywhere in the US.

I'm well aware I don't have much experience on this board, so I'd be happy to ship first if you have excellent history here; otherwise we can certainly do an escrow service.

PM me if interested; thanks so much!

336  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Earn 0.2 BTC simply by signing up & installing Dropbox on: October 07, 2011, 10:34:12 PM
Still need a couple more (a few refs didn't work out, as they already had Dropbox on their computer or haven't signed up yet)

Even paid "bulanula" twice by accident.  I'll be a little more careful next time.  Smiley

339  Other / Beginners & Help / Earn 0.2 BTC simply by signing up & installing Dropbox on: October 07, 2011, 02:10:25 AM
If you don't have a Dropbox account set up yet then this deal's for you.  Find out more info at https://www.dropbox.com.

Simply sign up under my referral link, open account, and install the Dropbox software on a computer that doesn't already have it installed.  Whole process should take 3 minutes.

PM me for my referral link...I'll need your sign-in email address to confirm the process.

Thanks so much...I'll close this thread when I've got 5 commitments from people.
340  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Tradehill or MtGox on: October 07, 2011, 01:54:07 AM
Unless you're a big-time trader then Tradehill is just fine for you.  Better customer service beats Mt. Gox's size hands down.
