If it is not urgent - you might want to try https://imcex.com for Bitcon/LR exchange. No deposit/withdrawal fees, low 0.1% exchange fee. I've used this & have been happy with it. Wish the volume would get a little better though. |

Unfortunately, we'll have to sell them for fiat, as convincing the local GS Council to accept BTC would be a major uphill battle.
However, it's been fun watching the price fluctuate & hypothesizing about the reasons for it; although it's been more of a lesson in Econ 101 than internet crypto-currencies.
