321  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Mt Gox issues on: December 07, 2011, 02:30:53 PM
Well...It looks like my Mt Gox account was hacked and since I have gotten no response from MtGox in about a week on this issue I am assuming that they are not going to do anything about it.....

Due to an ongoing criminal investigation directly related to your account, we are unable to provide any details at this point. You'll receive an update once more information are required or if the investigation ends.

This is Bull shit......I should not have to use this form to get you guys at MtGox to respond to me.....Nice customer service, MtGox....Mean while, I still can't access my account and don't really have a clue what is going on with it....Nice job.....NOT

Hey GOX,

Why does it take a public posting to get any action of your customer service?

Have you ever tried using Mt.Gox customer service? Seriously if you don't solve that equation soon it's going to kill you.

What's wrong you ask?

1) Responses that aren't even in the same ball park as the question or issue.

2) Canned responses that point you back to website and provide little to zero help.

3) The inability of the support desk to actually do anything.

4) A customer service phone line that never answers and is always full.

A perfect example is people having to contact you here on the forum  and post ticket numbers to get anything done about it.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=49208.0

The simple solution to the above issues was to respond with an email or make an announcement about the Paxum situation instead of the usual Mt.Gox silence treatment.

Have you ever wondered why when something goes wrong in the Bitcoin world, the term GOXXED is used...that term is 100% owned and deserved by your Customer Service Department.

Whoever heads Customer Service should be fired.

Exactally.....Just yet another reason not to use MtGox....Go to Tradehill or anywhere except MtGox
323  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Mtgox Paxum transfers not coming through on: December 06, 2011, 06:47:21 PM
This is just one of many reasons to not use MtGox......Go to Tradehill....
324  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Mtgox problem? on: December 06, 2011, 06:37:26 PM
Looks like you are having about the same issue with MtGox that I am and getting about the same terrible results.....Hopefully MtGox will loose many accounts and go under.....What a piece of crap site it is....
325  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: MtGox not processing BTC withdrawals on: December 06, 2011, 06:34:13 PM
MtGox is just a piece of shit site and company...See my recent post about my issues with them and how well they have responded to me on my issues......Take your business elsewhere and let them go under....
326  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Mt Gox issues on: December 06, 2011, 06:32:25 PM
responded back to them and told them that I had and had not gotten the password email from them.....I have not heard anything back from them since and I have emailed them about 6 or so times over this past week about this issue.....I can't get them to respond back with what my next step is

When it appears that I am missing messages that I should have received i check my spam folder and more often than not ... that's where the messages ended up.  Perhaps that is what is occurring?

You might wish to, in the followup ticket, ask Mt. Gox support to confirm that the e-mail address you think is associated with your username is still intact as if it has been changed, then that would explain why the reset password message isn't making it to you.

I always check my spam folder and nothing there from MtGox....As for the second ticket and asking them to confirm my email, I opened a second ticket and it wa close with the only response from MtGox saying that it was a duplicate ticket....I have not heard anything more from them and I have sent them more emails.....What a piece of shit company they are....Hopefully enough people read this and move their accounts to TradeHill or another "on the up and up" trading site.....
327  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Mt Gox issues on: December 03, 2011, 08:46:55 PM
Be nice if there was a way to contact them that they would actually respond to......

Are you saying that you already opened a ticket and the ticket has not received a response?
  https://support.mtgox.com/anonymous_requests/new

I opened a ticket last week end when I was unable to log into my account.....The only response I recieved back from them told me to do the "recover password" part on their website.....I responded back to them and told them that I had and had not gotten the password email from them.....I have not heard anything back from them since and I have emailed them about 6 or so times over this past week about this issue.....I can't get them to respond back with what my next step is to be able to access or just close my account and recover my funds and BTC I had there.....

I have since opened a Trade Hill account and that is what I will be using from now on due to MtGox doing me the way that they are doing me on this issue.....

I just opened up another ticket on this same issue today to see if that helps...
328  Economy / Trading Discussion / Mt Gox issues on: December 03, 2011, 08:18:02 PM
Well...It looks like my Mt Gox account was hacked and since I have gotten no response from MtGox in about a week on this issue I am assuming that they are not going to do anything about it.....I have tried the "recover my password" on their site several times and have not gotten any emails....All I get when i try to log in is invaild password which I know I have the correct password....Anyone else have or have had this same issue with them?  if so, any tips on what I can do to get the problem resolved?  Be nice if there was a way to contact them that they would actually respond to...... I am only a small time miner due lack of $ for larger equipment and I was stupid and had my entire life savings of BTC in my MtGox account....Might not seem like much to most of you but 10BTC takes me awhile to mine with my miner...

On that note, not begging but if anyone feels like helping a brother out send to here:  18yW4SFefrAGgaSg2o4WZf8CtRAUQCWvbw

332  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Looking for Freebies? iWantFreeBitCoins.com on: August 11, 2011, 06:27:44 PM
Since you changed your site, I can no longer view which offers I have completed so I am not sure all of the ones that I have completed and not gotten credit for....All I know is I have completed several offers this week and have yet to recieve any points from any of them....

And yes, I am using "real" information and completing all offers that I am requesting credit for....

A couple that I can remember are the Home Away Travel and the Survey Head International offers....
333  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: iWantFreeBitcoins.com is NOT a SCAM :) (At least 5 Verified Payouts :D) on: August 11, 2011, 01:57:41 AM
Honestly unsquidly you can report the offers as not showing as completed and that you haven't been credited for them also you say that Riley (The Site Admin) is not on Skype ever when I've talked to him close to 10-15 times in the time I've used the site. He's credited me for all the offers I wasn't credited originally for and he's using money out of his own pocket when the offer providers are not paying for completion of the offers. I have just completed 2 surveys in the last 2 days from the SSI Daily Survey Offers and have been credited for them right away. You can also contact Riley directly via email and have your offers credited. Every offer I've ever done that I wasn't credited for I had a very fast (under 30 second) reply stating why the offer hadn't been credited or that it was going to be credited now. I honestly don't find this site at all a scam and I find that Riley is doing a great job to make everyone happy even when it costs himself alot of his own cash.

Glad it is working out for you but it is not for me....He must like you....LOL
334  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Looking for Freebies? iWantFreeBitCoins.com on: August 10, 2011, 02:18:33 AM
This site is terrible.......Bad links on offers, offers not being credited and slow to pay out rewards......Stay clear of this site....
335  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 2nd hit bitcoin forum on: August 10, 2011, 02:01:19 AM
If you have 25,000 BTC and can't do a better job of protecting them then you deserve to get hacked.....I question the fact that you had 25,000 BTC or got hacked....
336  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Fastest way to fund MtGox or other BTC trade sites? on: August 09, 2011, 10:44:45 PM
Dwolla is not the fastest by any means.....3 Business days for funds to transfer from your bank account to your Dwolla account.....
337  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: iWantFreeBitcoins.com is NOT a SCAM :) (At least 5 Verified Payouts :D) on: August 09, 2011, 10:43:08 PM
OK.....This site offically sucks now.....Too many offers that have dead links......Too many offers that don't pay out adn too long to get rewards from this site.....This site is a fine example of how if you just put up a website and don't do any planning or research you will have a failed website....After working this site for almost a month I have gotten less then 1 BTC from it....Not worth the effort at all.....Stay clear of this site...

@RJau
I'm through with it. I've invested a few hours and got nothing from it (well, except adware); still 0 points. The new offers would require me to invest money first, but with the experiences I made on your site I have my doubts that I'd get anything back. Wasting time is bad enough; I'm not going to put any money into this.

I am almost to the same point as Jason on this site.....Right now there are no good free offers.....This site needs some major work if it is going to make it...
340  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: iWantFreeBitcoins.com is NOT a SCAM :) (At least 5 Verified Payouts :D) on: July 31, 2011, 04:13:43 AM
OK....I finally got paid.....
Changes made Smiley Come on mate, could be a little more excited you got free bitcoins....

The new offer provider has begun to be incorporated.  A few of the offers are now from them.  They release more offers over time so I'll keep adding them.

I'm looking for more things to add.

I've seen a few sites out where you can complete simple tasks for rewards/points.  Would anyone be interested in similar things?

Tasks are usually things like comment/favorite a youtube video, like on facebook, +1 on google, or write a few 100 words on a topic.

If people want these kinds of tasks I can set them up.  It will be my own system Smiley so it should be alot more reliable than external offer operators.

Those weren't free bitcoins if he worked for them.

Am I to understand that you have a fluctuating exchange rate as far as your 'bitpoints' to btc? And people have used your service? -insert shaking head smiley here-

Randy,
You are 100% correct in all of your post.......I have spent a lot of time and effort to get right at .75 BTC......I could have made much more then this without all of the effort mining.....And yes, the price does fluctuating exchange rate......I will get excited about this site when it is working as advertised and all of the offers actually pay what they are advertised they will....Until then, I will not get excited and continue to post updates on this forum....
