don't fall for the dying market pump. I can attest to what NextGen is saying, unfortunately you've all been scammed by bob (who I've had a number of conversations with) and can verify he has no intentions of developing this or ANY coin he is involved with.
To claim "it's not the player, it's the game" is giving yourself justification to lie, cheat and steal peoples hard earned money. And if you can't see that you're an ignorant prick with few brain cells.
We all know how the "game" works but many of us aren't looking to take the shirt off others back. The same, unfortunately, cannot be said about "people" like bob and his crew. I'm actually ashamed to walk the same earth as these scum bags. Enjoy living under a rock for the rest of your life!
His day will come and he'll be about 6' below that rock. I'm sure his parents are real proud knowing they raised their child to live a life of scamming because he doesn't have the brain to do any work that's worthwhile. I always found it hilarious when he'd beg everyone to come on Skype and chat with him. Just further evidence that he lives a pathetic life holed up somewhere because those in the real world would never accept him. So sad, yet I find so much enjoyment in his pathetic life. Keep in mind, his 2 closest "friends" (Tor and Gekko) are also exactly like him. Holed up somewhere with no friends but the few they've not tried to scam, mainly each other.

None of this answers any of my questions. Monero has not found a reliable way to reduce the blockchain size, period. You have alluded to some of the tricks they put in place to moderate it, but nothing they've implemented is a solution. At its core Monero is a cryptonote implementation with a few little quirks to solve some minor issues, nothing more.
Back to my original question though, how does anonymity benefit Ethereum?
Thank you for conceding you were wrong to claim Monero has nothing to offer over plain-vanilla Cryptonote/Bytecoin. You could be a bit more gracious, and admit the block reward penalty is a reliable way to reduce discourage bloat, rather than being a snipey little bitch and creating a distinction without a difference between that and "tricks to moderate it." Regardless, your concessions are quite distinct from your previous statement that "when somebody says "monero like" ring signatures what they're really talking about is implementing Cryptonote. Monero has nothing to do with it." Obviously, you are embarrassed to have received such a spanking for being an ignorant brat, and that's why you are moving to goalposts to a new demand for some kind of final solution to the blockchain size problem. Never mind that even Bitcoin hasn't solved it; you still think it's fair to demand another coin, with even worse bloat, be the first to fix it. And your final act is an attempt to completely derail the thread, from the OP about ETH to a general discussion about the value of privacy. http://www.ted.com/talks/glenn_greenwald_why_privacy_matters?language=enhttp://zeroknowledgeprivacy.org/library/why-privacy-matters/People must really hate you given you're such a pompous bitch. Even when you have valid points you come off like a smug know-it-all. I guess that's why you spend all of your time here trolling trying to get people to care about your dying coin that will NEVER reach mass adoption.

That is true, but at least Synergy has support while all this coin has is Bob and his 2 girlfriends taunting everyone who still bothers to post here.

CIRC wallet is under maintenance at Cryptsy, for how long is situation like that? Did any of developers contacted Cryptsy on the matter?
You must be as retarded as that poor piece of trash below you. This coin is as dead as Bob's self respect. Dont hate the player bro, hate the game. The game you played. The game you just happened to lose at. Showing your ignorance again. There were many losers, fortunately for me, I was not one of them. And, you're far from a "player". You're worthless, piece of shit scammer. That is fact and many here will agree. You're fucking pathetic and I'm sitting here with a smile knowing I am a better person than you.

Synapse + Trading Bot...sounds like you've been in the Synergy thread.
At least come up with something original for your bot that will never exist.
Edit: Looks like you also pulled some bullshit out of the CIRC thread. Bob? Gekko? Tor? Is that you?

And it's unusable alpha-grade software, unlike Monero which has been up and running for more than a year.
Unjustified bullshit from the Monero troll army... Looks like they're starting to feel threatened. As they should.

Being the first clone is impressive. It shows the ability to read and understand the code.
The next clones aren't as impressive as they can do a simple code comparison to see what needs to be changed to create a new coin.
Yea, except they have devs who respond and a block explorer. SHIFT has nothing at this point but a running blockchain. Hey NextGenCrypto, a custom block explorer is the first item on our list. At current prices we would have to sell ~25000 SHF every month to keep the rental up and running. It's just not viable. Add to that the payment for the nodes and we'd burn through the premine pretty fast. If you want you can donate to fund at least another month of uptime for the "old" block explorer as a temporary solution. So far we have a pledge of 0.05 from one person. We will contribute some of our own private funds too of course. Our developers not being responsive is due to some personal issues they both have. Sadly developing a non profit crypto doesn't pay the bills. But they check in regularly here and with me. It's not an ideal situation but one we have to deal with at the moment. Since there are no major concerns with the network there's no need for any urgency. Just hang in there a little bit longer, we'll be running full steam again eventually I totally get it. I already commented in the past that I would contribute to an explorer being set up.

nice update:) cool new feature for gathering some coins That's the spirit, glad some are understanding there is no single bot that is just going to create profit for its users. If there were, everyone would be using it and how would that be profitable? Right now, we're focusing on making the platform as versatile as possible so people can use multiple tools to create their own trading strategy. If ANYONE has any suggestions on the bots, PLEASE let us know. Put up a post, tell us in Slack, shoot me a PM, send a smoke signal...just put the idea out there! We want to know what YOU, the community wants in the platform. Your voice will be heard.

The following updates to Synergy Cloud have been pushed live to the production site.Buy/Sell Only on Accumulator Bot:The Accumulator bot has been updated with the options to allow you to re-list only buys, sells or both and the % difference you indicate. Timed Orders / Ping Pong UpdateThe Timed Orders and Ping Pong bots have been updated to allow for continuous monitoring of balances in order to execute transactions. What this means is that if you are attempting to sell coin XYZ and the balance of this coin goes below the criteria you set, the bot will continue to check the balance and when the balance is within range of what is programmed for the bot an order will execute. The bot updates above were made in order to improve bot flexibility and allow for different strategies using multiple bots together. With a little thought, you'll likely see why these small updates were made. Bug Fixes:- Code for "Stop if Coin Price Less Than" was corrected, previous functionality was reversed. -nextgen

from a million dollar project i expect a gui-wallet for different operating systems.
- OS X - win - linux - android - bb10 - iOS - winmobil - and last but not least sailfish OS.
LOL. That's actually hilarious. bb10? winmobil? sailfish OS? You've got to be joking. There are BILLION dollar companies out there who don't have that. And, how old is this project? Your expectations are absolutely absurd, but that's what you come to expect around here...

i figured it out. but as i said. it is a dev. preview version. why should i use this? i am not a developer.
Well, you have 2 options. You use the preview GUI or you use the command line wallet. It's obviously a work in progress, what do you expect?

i am not in the mood to do that. if Ethereum shall be the next super duper coin, then they have to offer me a easer wallet. if they don't i won't have a Ethereum wallet..... They do. And I gave you the link above. If you can't figure out that it's on the ethereum official git, that's nobody's fault but your own.

Is your slack private?
I'm not sure what you mean, slack requires registration which is automated via the link above. Anyone can join.

Solo. No reason to mine ETH on a pool if you've got a decent GPU.
