How a way of organize and make an indicator about dead coins, I suggest put links  here.
After when list are large maybe a moderator could move its coins to another place.
I see that crypto world need a few basics rules to work better.Unfortunately this can be
done step by step.

Rules Proposal to be accepted by community:

1.- Holds devs to make at least one posting a week.Otherwise community can kill the coin without advice him.
  New:
1.- Holds devs to make at least one posting a month.Otherwise community after a longer period, an enquiring “Hey dev, is this coin dead?” post receives a response within a week, if it dont happens coins will be marked RIP on red color letters for any member of community........
On case of scam coins its can be killed by community using an interval of time  of a week instead off a month.
/*** community must to write: RIP at the end of thread on reds capitals letters.***/
so when someone see 5 RIP´s on red letter will be dead coin.....Use this with responsability.
2.-Locked threads of coins automatically will be listed on here.
3.-If the network hashrate is 0 for a week then coins is dead.
4.-Coins obviously dead will be marked automatically.
5.-Working on more basic rules

6.-What we need to do?  Leave the open door to create 21 millions of alts, one for each BTC, There isn´t way, So coins with only 1 BTC on marketcap are considered dead.
7.-After September 01, 2015. New coins dont could use a name used previously, Do it can result in list it on dead coins automatically.
8.-The concept applies and extends to a more comprehensive approach which is not only necessary to have a low number of connections to that a coin be alive, This criterion covers market, Exchanges, Community, Permanence of  developer team or alone developer and overall marked improvement on code or use in everyday life at least. This arises due to the need of have  a more dynamic system for declaring a dead coin considering the high number of launches and according to most statistics are indicating that most of the new releases aren´t durable and legitimate. So a part of the community realizes that many coins are listed on several exchanges yet and its keep being traded with very low volume sometimes without knowing that are dead coins.
9.-As already it is seen a great number of coins/tokens/projects/etc has been only scam/virus/dont legitims/try of enrole users/hacking/try get personal information, Etc.... And considering the fact that the best way to camouflage is through altruistic purpose, To create a coin for this purpose is no more justified except in certain circumstances they can be very powerful or justified by most of members of the community. On reality if someone really have a altruistic purpose can use the coins previously created, The same could apply to give or receive donations, Religious purposes, Etc.....
10.-To give time for certain preparations, Dates like to New Year's Eve and Christmas Eve, will not be allowed to launch more coins this dates.*Holding the idea that more days can be added here as days of observance  suggested by the community. The violation of this rule merited be not approved or at least it will be marked on Secondary thread in yellow color.Days of observance  suggested by the community:  Dec 24-25,Dec 31,Jan-1. Note: Only will be considered the Local Time of this Forum.
11.-Coins announced for a no-dev or a member that saw it on another place will be declared dead due to the risk it represent.

...
(community must put: RIP at the end of thread, only are neccessary 5 members to do these,
so when someone see 5 RIP´s on red letter will be died coins.....Use this with responsability.
...

I'm afraid it doesn't work like that. If this system gets even a little popular, you'll see pages of "RIP" on every coin's thread. Anyway, there's one easy way to know if a coin is dead: If the network hashrate is 0, the coin is dead. Otherwise, the coin is alive.
