Note there are 6x32 and 1x768.  As best I can understand they cannot be parted out from the 32 or 768...

Teka's offer was .1 BTC for 960 credits

.2 BTC  for 960 credits

I posted before you added the BFL single

oops, have created another user profile reflecting the new name of my current GB.  Was going to introduce him soon anyways as he is out of Newbie jail

Offering 3rd Jupiter GB:

Effective July 21, 2013 Shares are 2.4 BTC each, will adjust as USD/BTC exchange rate changes as Jupiters are priced in USD. I am not making a profit buying the Jupiter's
- 30 shares at 2.4 BTC are available
- Each share entitles the owner to 1/30th* of the BTC proceeds from the  KNC Jupiter's mining 24/7 till no longer profitable or sold (less expenses and management fees)
- management fees are 2% of BTC mined after expenses are deducted.(expenses include but are not limited to, hosting, repairs, shipping, taxes)
- payment will be made to the address of the shareholder  bi-weekly
- miners will be hosted at KNC facility in Stockholm, Sweden
- each Jupiter purchased in 3rd GB will be added to original 15 Jupiter GB as they are received
- *shares in this 3rdd GB will receive prorated dividend payments from entire pool once Jupiter's are delivered and mining in original 15 Jupiter  pool

To purchase shares:

- Send 2.4 BTC per share to address: 1GW2ReZrFWuMn71xy4efB3sxViPC3iF8ES [This address will be for this GB alone]
- PM me/and post the transaction ID (txid) in this thread.
- ONLY use sending addresses you fully control. I will use the sending address for BTC payouts for your share ownership and if you request change of payout address I will require that you can sign your share purchase address to make this happen OR I WILL NOT CHANGE THE RECEIVING ADDRESS. This is for your own protection.
-This Group Buy will be sold in lots of 30 shares to qualify for another KNC Jupiter
-anyone not included in another 30 share lot once GB is closed will be refunded

IN CASE OF NON DELIVERY:
 - I (soniq)take no responsibility for the possibility that KNC Miner does not deliver the Jupiter miner. I(soniq) have done what I consider a thorough due diligence but as we all know, you can never 100% guarantee anything when it comes to pre-orders.
- Refunds will be given in case of non-delivery less 1% for management of GB
- this group buy will be refunded after Jan 1, 2014 if KNC Jupiter is not delivered, and KNC refunds payments
- shareholders can elect to wait further, or shareholders not willing to wait can sell their shares to existing KNCminer Group Buy shareholders

Miscellaneous:

- once Jupiters are delivered and mining shareholders can sell their shares to shareholders outside of original KNCminer Jupiter Group Buy
- shareholders can sell their shares before KNC Jupiters are delivered to buyers outside of original Group Buy but will be charged a one time .1 BTC charge for name transfer
- at my discretion I can suggest to sell KNC Jupiter at any time and majority vote by shareholders can decide to sell or not. Sale proceeds will distributed on a prorated share basis
- I (soniq) will not be responsible if KNC Jupiters do not hash at advertised rate of 400 GH/s
- Jupiter's in this GB are not guaranteed first order delivery in September, conversation with KNC estimates October delivery

Why should I trust you?

- 100% positive feedback at eBay since 2002 http://myworld.ebay.ca/buglebarn/
- have done some transactions on this forum ( do a profile search, or I can PM )
- do not risk more than you can afford to lose, BTC and BTC mining preorders are high risk
- identity verified by John K https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=226319.msg2404012#msg2404012
- organized a successful GB https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=226319.0
- and here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=242878.msg2577450#msg2577450
- Someone asked earlier how many GH/s does each share buy?  At todays rate each 2.25 BTC share buys 11GH/s

If I have forgotten anything or you require more info etc. Please feel free to ask/post in this thread.

324  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This bitcoin transaction was received in 1972... what? on: July 20, 2013, 05:23:28 PM
How does this happen?

http://blockchain.info/tx/ebfbf928e861abd8c29e8123174f1f65e8a0ccf792b4a2c4bc5cba43b2a74160

I kind of understand that bitcoin miner's stamp the transactions with their own time... but accuracy doesn't matter at all, why do we even bother? Can someone explain this to me?

Look for a listing on Bitfunder soon

Thank you to everyone contributing :-)

This 2nd GB will be closing with  purchase of Jupiter 21

The 2nd GB will be listed on Bitfunder as a separate listing from the original GB, but will be merged with original GB once the 2nd group of Jupiters  are delivered and mining

Am expecting delivery of 2nd group to be close to the original group of first day delivery.

327  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Group Buy]12 KNCminer Jupiter's 15 Sold [Closed] Jupiter Pool on: July 19, 2013, 06:27:29 AM
Larry, I wholeheartedly appreciate the work, commitment and time you have put into this venture. Coinsortium/KNC Jupiter GB/Soniq's GB has already shown itself to be successful-no small feat-but I can't shake the feeling that the exchange listed reluctance has little to do with a trivial ~$20 listing fee.

Nor the 2% management fee (for the group buy), or even the ~$350 (monthly?) fee for KNC hosting.

What this community funded mining collective needs most, at this moment, is an open, amicable discourse right here, about the entity's future path. I was extremely pleased to see the overwhelming response to emails sent out, surprised honestly, but I presume we can all agree that with our hectic day to day lives, it contributes too much clutter towards the inbox.

Why not try to keep the updates in emails  while the discussion/motions/opinions/inputs can remain here, allowing us all to build and discuss where we want this KNC pool to shift? Or, if decided, stay stagnate. But please remember, its sink or swim and we can only tread water for so long.

I know I'm not the only member out there with questions or concerns. So fellow investors, please step up and let your voice heard.

Just my 2BTC.

Coinsortium as it is called now how grown to much larger and complex than I could have ever imagined, when I started this GB just over a month ago.  With the growth has come growing pains.

Communicating effectively has been one. I have opened up several channels for communication, but like you mentioned we all lead busy lives  and its hard to commit the time and energy to respond to any and or all.

I am going to create a new forum thread for dealing with events and updates at Consortium. This GB thread has served it purpose, I  will still monitor it to check for questions and concerns.

Coinsortium will be needing a mission statement going forward.

"Providing investors with opportunities to invest in BTC related start-ups that promote and nurture a decentralized banking system and currency." (this is not a final draft)

Coinsortium also believes that the income generated  by its investments can be used for much more than creating better security and standard of living for its investors. It opens doors to more opportunities.

These new p2p/decentralized opportunities will be investigated and presented to shareholders to present more income, diversity  and growth for the group.

I have more plans for Coinsortium going forward, but concentrating on getting our current order of Jupiters mining and paying dividends at the earliest possible time is my main focus right now.

Listing the Coinsortium group shares on Bitfunder will proceed going forward, but without a majority vote it is not a priority.

Coinsortium.org will be presented soon and a new Bitcointalk user Coinsortium will have all soniq's GB merged under Coinsortium username.

Am I the best person to be leading Coinsortium forward? I will be the first to admit that I am not fully qualified in some areas, but with desire,  an ability to learn and support from my mastermind group at Coinsortium we will maximize shareholder value now and into the future.

Cheers

P.S.  I am open to all constructive and positive discussion in this thread, or any other thread related to Coinsortium going forward

There have been about 100 names proposed in the emails and I don't know that more than 1 person has voted for the same thing. Can we get a list posted here and a final vote?

I think consolidating some of the info thats been going around through emails/skype/bitmsg(i never set one up)/etc into this thread or even starting a new one would be beneficial!

Well currently we dont have over 50% majority vote so a name will not be an issue
