321  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can bitcoin hit 3500$ in 2018?  ??? on: June 28, 2017, 02:31:13 PM
Can bitcoin hit 3500$ in 2018?
I just wondering if bitcoin hits 3500$ in 2018 what would you do?
Me i will just keep holding in my bitcoin cause i believe that bitcoin can quadriple its value a couple of years from now.
Its quite possible for bitcoin to reach $3500.After Segwit 2x activation in August 1,we could expect a price rise.I would just continue to hold my bitcoins as i hope bitcoin deserves much more price than this.Mass adoption would help bitcoin to reach such high prices.Japan legalizing bitcoin and India deciding to legalize bitcoin would encourage mass adoption.
The fact is that I will already be waiting for my aunt at all to double the price of Bitcoin, and not just raise to $ 3000. But nevertheless, all this talk about August 1, a little alarming, because you do not know what to expect in reality.

Well, we don't know what will happen on Segwit August 1, but many people predict that the price of bitcoin will increase on that time. Do you know the halving ? People also said the bitcoins price will increase when the halving come and its true. I'm sure it will happen to on segwit august 1.
322  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: In Gambling, Money is not everything on: June 28, 2017, 06:56:13 AM
Depends. If the person is gambling only for fun, he can use the faucet and enjoy it so he don't need to deposit some money on it. But it's really rare to find people that gamble only from faucets and for fun. Usually gambling is always about money though, money is everything for some gamblers.
323  Economy / Economics / Re: The Real Reason to Hold Gold And Bitcoin on: June 28, 2017, 05:57:42 AM
Gold was already ancient, while bitcoin is not. But I will still go for the bitcoin rather than Gold, because of the volatility,  and unique advantage
of bitcoin such as the features of it like security, decentralization, assets/investment and many more.
It does not matter if gold is an old system to try to keep inflation at check, the most important thing is that it works, however we know government have cheated that system for a very long time, this is not possible with bitcoin, since everyone will know if someone attempted to change the code to eliminate the 21 million bitcoins cap, and no one will allow it.
Bitcoin is known as crypto currency which is increasing day by day.like take an example of Gold too it is also decreasing and increasing day by day.so people are holding bitcoins and Gold for future consumption. But I will not go for to hold gold because the fluctuations in gold is very lower than the fluctuations in bitcoin. Bitcoin give me a higher profit if I do trade in bitcoin.

Both bitcoin and gold are good, the different is gold already known by all people around the world but bitcoin is not much popular like gold. But holding both bitcoin and gold are same good imo. Holding bitcoin nowdays will bring much profit, because the price of bitcoin is on top right now. In the other hand, holding gold is good for long term investment.
324  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be used by ordinary citizens? on: June 28, 2017, 03:11:28 AM
Bitcoin is usually used by people interested in technology. I mean, persons with a certain technical knowledge are interested in bitcoin.

My observations are that way. I think Bitcoin needs to reach larger quantities. Can use bitcoin in people who are not interested in technology?
Can people use the bitcoin in the profession group like tradesmen, teachers, housewives, firemen, butchers? Are we going to see the days that these people use bitcoin?

Why not ? I mean, there is no rules that only people that interested in technology that only can use bitcoin. All people's backgrounds can use bitcoin, the different is people that not interested on bitcoin and crypto things will be more harder to understand.
325  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen if we use a one currency only? on: June 28, 2017, 12:42:02 AM
[Edited to make it more understandable question]
What if all nation use only a one currency or one global currency?, What will happen to our world?, What is the effect of every nation's or every country economy?, It can make people's unite each other?Any opinion. Cheesy

Actually it's impossible to happen, but if we only use one currency for all people around the world, it must be something big happened and we must have 1 person or 1 organization that can control and rules that currency. I'm sure it will affect the economy of all countries too.
326  Economy / Speculation / Re: I have been waiting for Bitcoin to reach $3000 on: June 27, 2017, 02:10:07 PM
I have been waiting for Bitcoin to reach $3000 so that I can sell my Bitcoins, but seems as if it doesn't want to reach that value anytime soon. SHould I sell with the current amount? Undecided

I think it will reach $3000 or even more when Segwit come on 1 August. Actually the price of bitcoin is decreasing right now and it's not a good time to sell your bitcoins now. It's better to wait more until the price of bitcoin reach $2800-@2900 per coin.

328  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tell me how this strategy losses? on: June 27, 2017, 11:05:26 AM
You walk into a casino, and you play roulette.

You bet
$10 on black,
lose
$30 on black
lose
$90 on black
lose
eventually
black comes out and you win.

I think the only thing stopping you would be the table limits?

Well, the table limits is not good for gambler that using martingale strategy. It's really unlucky though, bet black 3 times lose but when you are not bet, the result is black. It's not your day maybe, just go back tomorrow to winning back your loss.
329  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin had a stable price, would it still be as popular? on: June 26, 2017, 02:50:59 PM
A stable price will reduce the popularity of bitcoin, because most users use it only for earnings. With a stable exchange rate, it will simply be an electronic currency which is complete.

Nah dude, i'm not sure about that. There's also have a good affect if bitcoin had a stable price, i'm sure bitcoin will still popular even the price of bitcoin become stable. A stable price is good for long investment though.
330  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Worst mistake in gambling on: June 26, 2017, 01:09:38 PM

that's right mate, those pro gambler really knows how to control their emotion, they didn't follow what greediness wants them they just enjoyed and earn little by little, that's the advantage that they have they know how to avoid mistakes and knows to limit everything beforehand.

Pro gamblers are different than us but they are no different then us when it comes to luck. Luck is the only thing that you need when you play and Im the guy with a very bad luck, that is why I only choose to play for fun. I have lose alot of money when I try to play for profit so that I now only play for fun

Its true and I would like to point out that pro gamblers have a hard time dealing with luck and that is why they play more of the EV+ games - poker and other PvP games with mostly inexperienced players. They try to bait them and then loot them (plain and simple). In this way you can earn a lot but I dont recommend it to others at all - according to me its a very cheap method of scamming (in other words).

Nah, there are also many pro gamblers that gamble on sportsbook and dice sites. The different on pro gamblers and us is pro gamblers already experience it about gambling and they won't lose again in the same thing. Some gamblers mistake is also common though like me too.
331  Economy / Gambling / Re: DirectBet – LIVE Sportsbook & Racebook. Now Accepting Ether ! on: June 26, 2017, 08:40:08 AM
Why did you close your website when you could have auctioned it for a very high price???
You could have easily made out 100-200btc by selling this website as it had a very good player base.

So many people wondering why they close the site while it was so profitable and they said they do not want to sell it. If I was the owner and I wanted to close it down then I would prefer to auction it first, as you said that the site may worth hundreds btcs which is great amount to start a new project if they want it.

I'm sure there is a private reason why directbet close their site. Well, they also mentioning that directbet is profitable though. We can't do anything, i just hope that directbet will open it again soon until they resolve the problem(?).
332  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Berapa jam perhari anda habiskan waktu untuk bitcoin/altcoin? on: June 26, 2017, 06:50:25 AM

333  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: June 26, 2017, 03:17:47 AM
I think coming season will be a great season for football fans, Ac Milan have gathered a couple of good players. Juventus are waiting for some negotiating matter, Roma and Napoli are also trying to collect some players..so next year's league will be competitive in a high rate...

Yes that's what we are hoping for so that the serie A will regain its lost glory. Juventus are already a complete team, same as Napoli but we need international , Roma and AC Milan to add up to complement the competitiveness of the league.

The next season will be more balanced than in the past.
Ac Milan is building a great team, Inter has taken an excellent coach, Napoli is ready to win the Serie A.
In addition, the top four will qualify directly for champion's League (groups).

At the moment the odds for the winner of the Serie A are:

Juventus @1.55
Napoli     @5.50
Roma      @7.50
Inter       @9.00
Ac Milan @10.00
Juventus always be favorite to be the winner in last some years, it's will continue until roma can compete with them but i think as roma isn't seriously to build their team because they has sell some player that have potetial. so maybe juventus will get serie A thropy for seven times in a row.

Well, i'm not surprised Juventus got that small odds for be the winner of the Serie A next season. Serie A is like bundeliga thought, only bayern munchen that havve a high chance to be the winner. In Serie A, juventus it is. That's why some people said serie a and bundesliga is boring because the winner only that 2 teams.
334  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would Bitcoin ending up like Yahoo in the future? on: June 26, 2017, 01:05:06 AM
I don't think that Bitcoin will just end up like Yahoo because we have continuous development and that makes bitcoin stronger and it will make bitcoin more valuable in the future. If we will continue doing what are doing in bitcoin (Continuing the development, supporting and many positive things) then we will not expect bad things anymore.
We don't know when but maybe Ethereum may surpassed bitcoin in 5 years or 10 just like google who succeed and now it is the number 1 search engine that most people use now. but we don't know the outcome yet so we can't say it for now but maybe in future it will.

Well, all the price of altcoins always depends on the bitcoin price. If bitcoin go down someday, i'm sure it will affect the most of altcoin too. I'm also agree that Ethereum can going up when bitcoin going down but it will takes a long time to wait.

336  Economy / Economics / Re: why is it so hard to buy bitcoin on: June 25, 2017, 03:46:53 AM
I can easily buy Bitcoins through exchangers. I never had any problems with it. You probably just bad service chosen. Find another
I think you are right, buy bitcoin from exchanger is easier. However , buy bitcoin with paypal is difficult to find exchanger, you'd better buy bitcoin with perfect money or cc. Now you can buy bitcoin easily with payza account. Payza account integrate with bitcoin wallet. You buy balance for payza than exchange to bitcoin. you can send bitcoin via payza account.

You can buy bitcoin with paypal on localbitcoin or in the marketplace of bitcointalk forum. There are several trusted member there that exchanging paypal to btc or vice versa with some fee. Just always use escrow in any transaction for safety reason.

It's better to not use paypal for bitcoin transaction, because there are many several problems when you use paypal things, like the paypal user can use PayPal Buyer Protection to cancel the transaction, CMIIW. Actually it's already easy to buy bitcoin nowdays.
337  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: tanya: hadiah dari bounty on: June 25, 2017, 01:20:31 AM
Kiss Kiss Kiss Kiss Kiss

Kalo bounty altcoin emang gitu gan.

339  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: [Ask] Gampang nyari Bitcoin atau Dollar ? on: June 24, 2017, 12:01:13 PM
Kalo menurut ane gampangan nyari bitcoin, soalnya banyak cara buat cari bitcoin gratisan kayak signcamp, social campaign, bounty2 altcoin dan gratisannya itu yg lumayan dapetnya. Sedangkan dollar juga ada yg gratisan, tapi gratisannya yg nominal kecil kaya PTC, klik iklan, kerjain job2 kecil, ngerjain captcha tapi rate dari semua kerjaan itu kecil dibandingkan bitcoin. Di dollar juga gak ada signcamp.
340  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: June 24, 2017, 09:39:03 AM
~snip~
But you can increase your FREE BTC rewards with the reward points. My reply wasn't about how to get lottery tickets.
Oh, silly me, i thought i can get +1500 satoshi every hour as a reward for wagering and/or buying tickets without using reward points.
I should wear glasses.  Embarrassed
But what is this 79 satoshi bonus and 28.83% achieved?

~blah~
Please read how provably fair system works  Roll Eyes

About 2 to 3 years ago 1000+ Satoshi per hour was the average pay out for this faucet. Even then people complained about the pay out being too

little.

Examples of some of my withdrawals :
2014-11-06 12:49:29 ------->  0.00300000 BTC

2015-06-14 04:52:09 ------->  0.00427200 BTC

2015-07-19 02:56:08 ------->  0.00061509 BTC

These was paid out on a weekly basis and has some value now. So the 100 some odd Satoshi you earn per free roll now, might have some value

in the future too.  Grin

I absolutely agree with this, when Bitcoin hits $10k, which is quite possible in the nearest future, those 80 sats which we get as the minimum reward there will not look as small as it is now.

And yes, I remember the times when BTC was under $200 and they were paying 1000+ Satoshis per hour. I also was withdrawing more than 100k sats per week back then.

That is my point.... People will go back to these faucets in search of those lost Satoshi's they had in these faucets. I am a big believer in people

forfeiting their Satoshi's when they have not claimed them within a year from the faucet. {Yes, the owner have control over these "lost" Satoshi,

but people should be a bit more responsible with their small change} The big secret to the success of faucets are not the odd 80 Satoshi's you

get from the FREE BTC, but rather from the Satoshi they get from the referral network.  Grin

I was always wondering how do people make this work? I've never managed to make a single referral link work, no one ever wanted to use my referrals and at the same time I see that some people create thousands of working referrals. Is there anyone here who earns a lot on referrals? Can you share your experience?

For example in the STATS section on freebitco.in we can see a person has 84,786 referrals and earned 24 BTC in commissions from that. How's that possible?

I'm sure that's a record since freebitco.in opening. I mean, he has many referrals because maybe he is one of the people that register on freebico.in when this site not big like now. That's sick though a person have that many referrals. I'm sure he can earn a living by only from that referrals. Imagine if all his referrals is active everyday.
