3201  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: New and emerging Cryptocurrencies? on: February 20, 2022, 08:31:26 AM
So, you are looking for new coins that you would invest in? If you are looking for new coins then you would have to rely on your exchange for you to know when they are listing new coins.

I haven't been a fan of listening to exchange and considering them investment advisor because they are always after themselves than considering their customer safety. Don't invest in a project just because they get listed on an exchange and usually buying coins that just get listed on this top exchange you mentioned can be very risky as they usually pump before the listing and dumps after.

If you're recommending researching on the project then that's perfect, but just blinding buying into a project because it get listed on an exchange isn't welcoming. Exchanges today follow hype, they can basically list a project just because it's been hyped and have community backing it and not because of them doing their research and finding what the project to be working on worth investing in.
3202  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Comparison of Bitcoin price fluctuations with other coins. on: February 20, 2022, 08:06:49 AM
It's always been unclear of what causes that correlation in price with Bitcoin and altcoins but the biggest pointer has been the fact that altcoins are traded in Altcoin/BTC pair so it makes it super easy for them to be directly affected by everything that's happening with Bitcoin since BTC is their secondary pair. While doesn't happen all the time, it does for majority of the time.

That's true but there are coins that don't yet have Bitcoin pairs but still get affected by the movement of Bitcoin and this is because the whole cryptocurency industry is built around Bitcoin. If bitcoin fails tomorrow, I don't think the industry will survive or it will take a very long time before the industry recovers as trust will be lost. Traders look at the movement of Bitcoin before decision are taking in the altcoins market weather to sell or buy.

With this mentally, the market is automatically program to react to Bitcoin and couple with the fact that majority of the altcoins has the highest trading volume with Bitcoin. Untill recently the stablecoin pairs were not having much trading volume but that is picking up quick rapidly. With time, Bitcoin would be having less effect on the general market as the stablecoin pairs becomes a prefer choice of trading instead of Bitcoin.

There is a difference between being ontop and being comfortably ontop. Manchester City is still ontop but they are not comfortably ontop. People can say they are 6points ahead of Liverpool, but if you look at it very well, they are just 3 points ahead of Liverpool because Liverpool has one catch up match. I know too very well that Liverpool will not lose that match for any reason.

Manchester city players know they're not yet title winners and they haven't been behaving like one, Liverpool has outstanding match and also has Manchester city to play before the league can be declared that of Manchester city. As for the match today against Tottenham, although Tottenham had the advantage from a very early beginning of the match, they weren't the ones dominating the game. Manchester city had more shots and possession of the ball throughout the game.

Tottenham were just direct and utilized their chances properly. Out of just 6 shots, five of them were on target and they put 3 at the back of the net. It wasn't just Manchester city day ad even after scoring a penalty at the extra time thinking they have rescued a point from the game, they still lost it all due to Harry Kane's late winner.
3204  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Africa Football Discussion Thread || Current discussion: World Cup qualifiers.. on: February 19, 2022, 09:46:39 PM
Naturally anyone who does not like cheating will want Egypt to take a revenge on Senegal for denying them the trophy. All that is sentiment though. If Egypt does not get fully prepared for the world cup qualifiers to confront the superior Senegal, Senegal will still shame them again both home and away.

I don't understand, are you trying to say Senegal stole the trophy from Egypt, did you even watch the tournament or watch the finals. All through Senegal were the better team. Egypt were even luck they had the technical team researching on the Cameroonian players and gave the goal keeper the potential corners the players were to play the penalty. They used that technique to win the Cameroonian in the shoot out, without that they shouldn't even be in the finals.

In the finals as well, Senegal outplayed the Egyptian. Egypt just have a good history of goal keepers that's their luck for staying in the competition. When the world cup qualifiers will be played, senagal is likely going to out play the Egyptian as well. On and off paper, they have better team structure than the Egyptians.

Maybe it's not just a Lukaku problem and the whole Chelsea team is underperforming. Just maybe.

No it's not the whole Chelsea team, I'll say it's the attackers problem. We have solved our goal keeper's problem and defenders problem now we have to solve our attackers problem if went to compete with the likes of Liverpool and Manchester city for the premier league titles. We also need players that are creative in the attacks, the current players we have now lack that.

Lukaku is good but the style of play of the Chelsea teams doesn't suit him  I'm sorry he needs to go as we don't have the players to change the game to suit him or we buy players that he can work with to give us goals and increase our chances of winning the trophy next season. I believe this season has already been won by Manchester CIty.
3207  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: New and emerging Cryptocurrencies? on: February 18, 2022, 10:52:19 PM
Among all that has been listed like CMC and the rest, if you get a project that you want to monitor you don't do that on the face level alone by seeing it on the website and you keep rechecking there, that won't be a proper analysis for you to judge the project. What you need is to join the telegram of the group and there you can see what others are doing and saying too on the project.

Tracking site usually have information relating to a project that you can use, it isn't a must to join their telegram group before you get convince if a project is worth investing in or not. platforms like CMC and coin gecko has information on supply of tokens, platforms they're listed on and other social accounts of the project. Social presence of a project can be deceiving so you shouldn't just rely on that. A project can be running a campaign to create activities on their social platforms like bounties or giveway.

OP you should realized that most times the biggest profit aren't in just launched coins instead those that have lost value due to been oversold. So you don't have to go looking for new crypto I everytime instead research on existing coins and you migyhet yourself some gem to increase your profit when the bull market starts.
3208  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bear vs Bull : The Beauty Of Cryptocurrency on: February 18, 2022, 10:12:04 PM
In a bull market, your bitcoin or any other coin affords you more usd and in a bear market, your usd affords you more bitcoin or any other coin of choice, and remember that in crypto, patience is a great key to unlocking wealth, patience equals HODL.

It's already a proven facts that in this industry the bulls and bears brings about a win-win situation. If you're smart you'll realized that the bears only present an opportunity to get Bitcoin at a discounted price. If you know the true value of Bitcoin you won't be bothered by the corrections instead you'll be glad and accumulate as many Bitcoin as possible.

Been patience shoudn't be applied to every cryptocurency out there, that's if you're an investor of altcoins. Hodl should only be associated with Bitcoin as that's only when you win truely. The rest wins are only in USD but when you in check the satoshi value, you would had been better off just holding your Bitcoin instead if using it to buy altcoins.

Altcoins preach holding with only the selected few that have done so well when holding but if you dig dipper you'll see thousands of cryptocurency that have done poorly when you held. Majority are only profitable when you trade them be smart.
3209  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Africa Football Discussion Thread || Current discussion: World Cup qualifiers.. on: February 18, 2022, 09:06:30 PM
Egypt has a very big advantage, and they have Salah

although for me the best team in Africa has always been Nigeria, because just remembering that they had Samuel Etó,

Egypt don't have any advantage over senagal, go back to the AFCON matches and see how senagal got the finals and how Egypt got there as well. Collectively the senagal team are better than that of the Egyptian. All or majority of the players in the senagal teams has European experience as they play in top clubs but that can't be said about the Egyptian teams. Yes Egypt has No Salah but he's just like Messi when it come to international competition, Mo Salah has never won the AFCON although Egypt as a nation has won it 7 times.

Samuel Eto isn't a Nigerian although the name sounds Nigerian, he's from Cameroon and a great player. Nigeria is just like Belgium/England in Europe, they're favorite to win all competition because of the squad the possess but always fails to win. They did play a beautiful football in the group stages of the AFCON and I hope they defeat Ghana to qualify for the world cup tournament.
3210  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: February 18, 2022, 08:54:42 PM
We also have Chelsea versus Crystal Palace and with Tuchel in charge Chelsea is rarely ever slacking off, so they should play this like any other game and the game is easy enough for them to destroy Palace.

Chelsea haven't been playing convincingly of recent. The club has been finding it difficult to score goals. Lukaku isn't leaving up to the standard he was bought for. Ever since our wingback haven't been available, our system of play has changed and making it impossible to score. We get everything right but when it gets to the last three, there's no chemistry to finish the ball at the back of the net.

Lukaku got two goals at the FIFA world cup that we just won but our wins weren't convincing. We're the champions of Europe but didn't play as one. Tuchel has to play a back four defence instead of sticking to back three when we don't have James and chewill to execute that formation and nobody has been able to fill their shoes.
3211  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: February 18, 2022, 08:35:30 PM
The new round of the Champions League has started very well. On day two, Liverpool defeated Inter by 2-0 in a very competitive game. And Bayern Munich surprised me by barely drawing with Salzburg by 1-1.

Inter had their substitution wrong, they were doing just fine until the subs came in and it changed the game. At the first half it seems inter would get something from the game, I was expecting a draw but then after the substitutions were made I know Liverpool will be taking all three points. Bayern did deserve something from that game so I wasn't surprised seeing them equalized at the last minute.

Bayern were obviously dominating the game but the goals weren't just coming in. They had all the stats to put them in front but Salzburg were just holding on tight. I doubt Salzburg will be able to defeat Bayern in the return leg, they should get ready to pick the ball at the back of the net multiple times in the return leg as they won't be having same luck they did in the first leg, conceding just one goal.
3212  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Africa Football Discussion Thread || Current discussion: World Cup qualifiers.. on: February 18, 2022, 08:20:04 PM
Unfortunately, present day Football is about Goal numbers and popularity and doesn't look into the other contributions the player makes in the team. It why we barely see any deep sitting midfielder or defender winning any accolades like Balon D'or or AFCON player of the year.

Otherwise, Sadio Mane is a very excellent and valuable player who deserves some recognition.

Luka Modrić won the balon D'or and other major awards without been the highest goals scorer and Messi wins this awards as well without been the highest goal scorer. If you put effort into you play, you can be rewarded. It feels like everybody plays for Mo Salah in Liverpool. Everytime they try to get the ball to him just as he's been fed the ball in the Egypt national team. Mane needs to go fund some other clubs he won't be overshadow by Mo Salah if he wants to b considered the best player from African.

Competition are good for the sports but when it comes to Mo Salah and Mane because they're both in the same team, it's hard to compare or Mo Salah directly get the advantage because the statistics flavors him but assumings Mane was in other team, he could have had the advantage.

With the way things are going,it is becoming clear that PSG and Mancity and Bayern are champions league tittle contenders, looking at the way Mancity humiliated sporting last night. It really showed that they are targeting the tittle, and Pep Guardiola won't want to be embarrassed  at the final again,so even if Mancity wouldn't have won if they get to the final, giving the tittle to Guardiola will be the motivating factor.

Manchester city are always favorite in all the season they partake in the champions league for the last 5years or so but never wins. Manchester city are always faced with lower opponent building up to the finals. While others are playing the top clubs and if they win they get more motivation to go further, Manchester city are getting teams like sporting. They should play teams like Bayern Munich and see if they can score as much goals as they're banging with sporting.

If I was Pep Guardiola, the squad need to be scoring less against smaller clubs so they bigger clubs don't over prepare against them thinking they can be easily defeated then they turn up and demolished them. Pep should learn from Thomas Tuchel title winning season.
3216  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Africa Football Discussion Thread || Current discussion: World Cup qualifiers.. on: February 16, 2022, 06:52:59 AM
Furthermore as I had said before and I’ll repeat again that Salah will have to rise up and make sure Egypt win, because if he doesn’t perform well then it’ll be very difficult for Egypt to win against Senegal.

That means Egypt aren't winning because I don't think he can turn up against Senegal unless he has some personal agenda to avenge their defeat in the AFCON finals. Looking at how Mo Salah played on all the AFCON matches, I think think he can do well in the world cup qualifiers. The keeper of Egypt in the AFCON until the finals was the goal keeper, the rest players including mo Salah were just flat and didn't play as we expected.

Senagal are always the favorite for me in this game, they have more strength and well experienced players than the Egyptian teams. An indepth look at the Senegal team and you'll see players from top clubs in Europe but the Egyptian are full of local talents. Although senagal are favorite, the matches won't be a one sided game as both nation will be playing in their best to get the first advantage as that'll help them in the second leg.

3220  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Keep calm and buy the dip! Told yah. on: February 14, 2022, 04:39:37 AM
Bitcoin is still quite expensive for me. Buying the deep around $40k will not be possible. I would consider buying the deep to altcoins that are a bit affordable. Investing in bitcoin requires a big amount of money for you to be able to see a reasonable amount of income. which I think, I don't have presently.

Well many of us made this same mistakes years back when Bitcoin was trading below $10k, we thought Bitcoin was too costly and ended up regretting not buying. Bitcoin can never be too costly as you can always afford any amount you intend buying and that'll be worth more in the future. The tokens you're thinking are better option might not be around tomorrow or become less relevant in the market as better alternative will surely be introduced.

5 years back there wasn't no Solana, polkadot, any of the metaverse or NFT project or any of the trending altcoins excluding Ethereum and maybe Dogecoin (that was considered a joke). This goes to show with altcoins you can't be guaranteed of them be around in 5-10 years but that's a guarantee for Bitcoin and would be worth more than it's today.
