Sampey,

A suggestion for your planned "arbitrage" feature:

Allow markets to "ping / pong" across multiple markets so it doesn't matter which account the trades are actually happening.

Just as long as you are trading a you currently would "ping pong" within 1 market.

Example?  Wink
3202  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bots? on: September 05, 2014, 08:13:42 PM
Well my bot have a "universal code structure" + "single dedicated API interface".

Every time i write a new Api, all the "Core Code" doesn't know anything about the specific Api that is currently running.

Actually i have interfaced C.A.T. with

Cryptsy
BTCe
Poloniex
Bittrex
Mintpal (not released yet)
Bter

Now i'm working on HitBtc

whether the use of bots in the safe trade?
I was afraid someone could take my balance

There are no API (on the site i wrote Api code) to withdraw/transfer coin.

Hi Sampey

There are 3 kind of bots
1/ Ping/pong with minimal gains, especially in sideways.
2/ Arbitrage (with other pairs or other exchanges)
3/ Strategy bots (RSI, EMEA...)

Have you planned the third type ? CAT would be the most complete bot. Other bots don't offer such a large variety of coins and exchanges.

Hi, problems on point 3 is very very simple : API Site doesn't give me historical data, so i have no way to get data (last XX Days) and create this kind of indicators.

Bot who allow this kind of data probably have a service that works on a server and continues "Ping" the Site asking for trades.

And the Bot talks with Exchange+PrivateUserServer

This is VERY VERY risky : the BOT will be able to send ANY Data to a third part server.

This won't happens on C.A.T.  Undecided

Do you have plans to add Mintpal?

Mintpal API is already coded (and tested) inside C.A.T.
Problem is that Mintpal has not released API V2. So i must wait  Undecided Undecided

Actually yes, I forgot about C.A.T.  Smiley

I can vouch for Sampey and his great product. We are actually planning to integrate Cryptonit with it in future as well.

Regards
Edward

Thank you Edward, i really appreciate your support  Wink

Bitcoin is unpredictable, the next month the value could be 200$ or 800$, too difficult to throw a prediction.

200$ NO
800$ Maybe

Hi C.A.T. users.
There are some problems with Poloniex Api.

Some API Calls return "hybrid" values (sometimes is a String value "0.12356" sometimes is a Double Value 0.123456)
I PM Poloniex Admin.

I Will work for a Fix ASAP, because Fix wil be in 2.1 and 2.1 is under test for Multi-Login system...........

Sto controllando, ho fixato (pare).

Stasera ci do un'occhiata.
Hai qualche errore nel Log di C.A.T.? (Market Error Log oppure General Error Log)
