3201  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Bitamp Bitcoin Web Wallet - Send & Receive Bitcoin Instantly! on: February 21, 2021, 02:12:16 AM
Very good points. ToS are seldom customer friendly and almost every centralized service has legal points in their TOS that make it virtually possible for them to seize anything on any arbitrary season. Watch out for "we reserve the rights to" and "at our own discretion".
Companies that create centralized services would prioritize to protect their security and income first. They can try to build up mutual relationships between them and customers. Unfortunately, if in a scenario in which hey have to choose their benefits or customer protection, they will choose theirs first.

Accept this fact and use their services no matter what you read ToS, FAQ or skip it.

A non custodial wallet and can be used offline. Bitamp is a good wallet to use and be my own bank.
3202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance Smart chain ( BSC) VS Ethereum (ERC-20) on: February 21, 2021, 12:16:43 AM
1. BSC chain is centralized (controlled by binance)

2. $ETH is decentralized. (Truely decentralized)
They are not decentralized. ETH is controlled by Vitalik and his core team. BSC is controlled by ChangPeng Zao and Binance team.

Quote
I'm just saying, its matter of time, sooner or later we'll see real $ETH potential..
They have different potential to grow more and to get profit you don't have to invest in better projects. Your profit will come from your entry price, the time you make that entry and how coin will rise or fall after your entry.

Binance Smart Chain brings diversification and one more good option for developers, communities so it is good generally. In contrast, as they are owned by Binance, it gives more power on Binance and any thing happens with Binance will cause more bad news for crypto market.
3203  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading without experience and knowledge on: February 21, 2021, 12:10:38 AM
But as the cryptocurrency ecosystem develops, there are lots of trading signals that eventually make many cryptocurrency enthusiasts who have no experience or knowledge of trading try to trade in order to find daily profits.

In your opinion, can someone trading without experience or knowledge?
Trading signals are bad but lazy people feel it good because they have something to rely on without any time, effort they have to pay to think, consider, investigate. They have to buy membership of trading signal groups but they can not blame on group operators about right or wrong of their trades.

Signals will be given with a range for entry and take profit or cut loss but receivers will be greedy and accept higher price than the given price.

It is true for trading and others activities. You can not succeed for too long if you are only depended on luck and the others' opinion. Without knowledge and experience, too much dependence will end with loss.
3204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How Ethereum changed blockchain world on: February 20, 2021, 11:58:34 AM
ERC-20 tokens, smart contracts, Daaps are available tools from Ethereum to help many projects began in crypto and build up their blockchain based projects. Ethereum changed the world because it causes ICO-mania, IEO-mania, Cryptokitties-mania and DeFi-mania.

The blockchain world would say a thank you to Vitalik as it helps to raise general awareness about blockchain world wide. The noise from Ethereum helps to bring more capital to crypto market.

The bad contributions are many scam projects are created and dead. Many people lost their savings by invest in ERC-20 scam tokens.
3205  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is Trading Plane ? on: February 20, 2021, 09:26:51 AM
Trading plans

- How much capital do you want to spend for your trading?
It will cause you to choose the good trading strategies for small or big capital.

- How many percent it accounts for your total capital?
Trading capital would be 10% to 30% of your total capital

- How long will you plan to use that trading capital in your life?
You should afford to lose the trading capital in bad trade. You must prepare to have other capital resources to use in your life in emergency. Trading is for short time but in bad situation, you can hold your coin in this bull market and wait for recovery. In bear market, you would take loss as fast as possible to avoid more losses.

- How about the loss amount you afford to lose at one entry price and how about the profit amount you aim at the entry price?
It would be 3:1 for profit: loss.
3206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tokens transaction fee. on: February 19, 2021, 02:52:08 PM
Every single asset on ethereum need eth if you want to send them. It is for paying gas fees, even you want to send usdt you still need ethereum to send it for gas, and eyhereum gas fees is so high compare to BNB and other blockchain.
USDT has been integrated to a few blockchains: OMNI layer on bitcoin blockchain, ERC-20 on ETH blockchain, TRC-20 on TRX blockchain, EOS, etc.

With the high transaction fees on Bitcoin and Ethereum network, people are keen on using TRC-20 chain to move their Tether USD if possible. If they are moving USDT from exchange A to exchange B, two exchanges must support TRC-20 for Tether USD. Send USDT cross-chain without supports from exchanges will cause loss of USDT you send away.

If you do that mistake, you must contact support and need luck to get your USDT back. You also need to pay fee from exchange if they accept to retrieve your USDT for you.
3207  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Bitamp Bitcoin Web Wallet - Send & Receive Bitcoin Instantly! on: February 19, 2021, 01:35:33 AM
They can seize your funds without giving any reason or warning.
They warn you in their ToS or FAQ. Cheaters ignore rules and try to cheat. They know what they break and which restrictions or suspensions on their accounts because of fraudulent attempts.

Quote
You will find many people who lost their coin and got pause their account for KYC reason or using multiple accounts, even they failed to recover their account by contacting with the support, cause most of the exchanges are providing worst support service.
You can not try to cheat companies and ask for support and generosity from them when they caught you.

Create multiple accounts to cheat gambling sites and when their account is frozen, terminated, they create scam accusations and try to make deal to withdraw cheated money. It is unacceptable.
3208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk Profited $2.2B Pumping DogeCoin: The blockchain analysis on: February 19, 2021, 01:24:35 AM
We all know that the Elongated Muskrat pumps DogeCoin on Twitter. That's not news. We know his tweets rock the market - that's not news, either. We also know that a single wallet holds ~28% of all DogeCoin (about $2.6 billion at current prices, though the coin is so volatile that you'll need to recalculate the account's value every five minutes). I loaded the entire DogeCoin blockchain into a SQL database and found that the Whale Wallet transferred money to an obscure charity just as Musk tweeted about donating to that charity.
I don't doubt any theory that Elon Musk gets profits from his tweets but you did not provide the details of your blockchain analysis. I don't know which wallets in the Dogecoin richlist belong to Elon Musk. Even if I can identify them, I don't know which price Elon Musk sold it to take profit. I don't know his entry price with Dogecoin.

Do you think Elon Mush breaks any rule with his tweet? I don't see it. I don't know he got how much profit from Dogecoin but he has his rights to use any money he has to charity activities, donations.

3209  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it really a benefit that nobody controls the price? on: February 19, 2021, 01:19:45 AM
I like crypto but, as a merchant and business owner, price volatility keeps me from accepting it. The price is heavily influenced by hype and FUD and I can't afford to lose half my wealth from a random crash. And what would it do to the global economy if everyone blindly jumped in without some sort of protection from a massive loss of wealth?

Solution- price limits!
Price limits, margin of price, circuit breaks. Do you want their existences in crypto market? Do you really want them?

They will create limits for your loss and your profits. I know most of participants on the market often take profit much lower than peak or all time high prices. They hesitate to cut loss and their cut loss price is exactly or around the bottom price.

If circuit breaks or margin of price change is used in crypto market, the most beautiful attraction of this market will be destroyed.

However, I think in the future, governments will force exchanges to do more limits and they might include some of your suggestion. It is for the future.
3210  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Bitamp Bitcoin Web Wallet - Send & Receive Bitcoin Instantly! on: February 18, 2021, 04:20:09 AM
Exactly! They never get you actual private keys, they never transfer the bitcoins to a wallet you own, they never do anything really useful to the cryptocurrency. If you want to buy Bitcoin, you need to buy real Bitcoin on an exchange.
Even if you buy your Bitcoins with Paypal, there's no transfer from Paypal that will mean you have Bitcoins that can only be used on the platform itself.
When you buy bitcoin on exchanges, marketplaces, merchants, you can get real bitcoin or only a credited figure that represents the amount of bitcoin you bought.

Unfortunately, "Not your keys, not your coins". Even if you open an account, and have a real bitcoin address to receive your bought bitcoin, if you don't control private key of that wallet, it is not your bitcoin. You can not withdraw it from that account if your withdrawal request is rejected. You can lose it if that exchange is shut down, hacked, scam exits.
3211  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Margin Trading versus Investing on: February 18, 2021, 04:14:33 AM
With a hyperthetical USD 50,000 would you invest in bitcoin or use the money to fund a margin trading account (the trades will all be made by trading bot handled by signals group with 100% return)
Leverages from margin tradings can multiply your initial capital $50,000. It is more risky to use margin tradings rather than investment with your capital only.

Honestly, with $50,000 as your capital, it is a big capital enough to invest or to trade and get rewards. I would not go with margin trading if I have $50,000 or about 1 Bitcoin for investment or trading.

If you think margin trading as a fast way to get rich or if you gamble with your margin orders, let's forget it and do investment instead. If you can not manage your greediness, your emotions, margin trading will liquidate your capital and you will lose them fastly.
3212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best masternodes out there? - Passive Income on: February 18, 2021, 04:08:30 AM
I only see value in DASH. You can invest in DASH, trade with DASH or run your masternode with DASH. In the long term of investment, you will have profit as the result of active developers, big communities and big adoption for DASH. It used to be the second biggest altcoin in 2018. Ethereum is the biggest, DASH is the second biggest in their price. Did you see what happen with Ethereum (A new all time high)? I believe similar growth is coming with DASH.

For other masternode coins, I would like to ignore them and it is applied for 2 other coins you wrote in OP.
3213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin conversion to earn the difference on: February 17, 2021, 02:12:32 PM
You can play arbitraging around if the coin you use has fast transaction speed and cheap transaction fee. The shorter waiting period you have with the coin you choose, the better opportunity for you to take profit from your arbitrages.

If you choose a bad coin or a bad period with network congestion or high transaction fee, you might end with loss as price can change a lot with time and among exchanges. Conversion directly on each exchange is bad as the spread is high and fee for conversion is not cheap.
3214  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin goes mainstream as institutions hold 3% of BTC’s circulating supply on: February 17, 2021, 02:06:18 PM
3% of BTC's circulating supply is the small figure but it was used to magnify the importance and power of institutional investments. I don't blindly ignore that figure and say institutes did not bring any positive effects to bitcoin and crypto market. They have a lot of contributions but the magnification and exaggeration on their importance are what I don't like much.

Exaggeration is similar to lie and when the lie is uncovered, side effects will come consequently. I don't think institutes will never sell out their bitcoin. They might hold their bitcoin for longer than retail investors but some days they will take profit. It is what I, we don't know now.
3215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: A Big Secret of BNB coin! You Must Read This Or You Would Regret Later on: February 17, 2021, 01:39:53 PM
It is a good point and OP used the P/E for this reminder. It is good but people can not bring traditional TA to crypto market or can not apply it without any other consideration.

Crypto market is defining the over sold and over bought price. Bitcoin is the leader to redefine those terms. You can think the price is over valued now but in crypto market, it will rise higher to top up before any corrections or bear market later. Oppositely, price might fall much deeper than what you thought in the lowest price for over sold. Fortunately, it will rally back to the oversold price you define with traditional TA.

Don't take profit too soon or don't fear too much and shake your hands. Price might often rise higher or rally later
3216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have some 16000 usd but need to know investment portion on: February 16, 2021, 10:27:00 AM
i have done many jobs and hard earned 16000usd. If i invest on INJ , ETH, DOt or any other potential coin. What is the investment amount or ration that would you all recommended ?

1000$ or 3000$ or 100$ or any other amount
With $16000, I recommend you to spend $10000 to invest in Bitcoin. The rest portion $6000 would be used to invest in altcoins. If you spend $500 for each potential altcoins, you can invest in 12 altcoins. It is a good diversification for your portfolio.

$500 is the amount that you can easily enter and exit the market without any appearance of buy or sell walls from your trading orders.

I would like to give you a reminder that potential altcoins are true in bull market but in bear market, altcoins are all killed by the bear and the Bitcoin. In bear market, you only have 1 choice, Bitcoin.
3217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: PEAKDEFI is a low market cap competitor to HEX that is blowing up on: February 16, 2021, 10:22:23 AM
HEX is bad project and their developers sent an advertisement invitation at 10 BTC to Antonopoulos and got the rejection from him. I ignore new DeFi projects and if the project you are discussing has something to compare to HEX, I have more reasons to skip it.

3218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: See why I think etheruem will be bullish on: February 16, 2021, 08:47:49 AM
Agree, if ethereum transaction costs can be reduced it will be a greater attraction for investors to use ethereum. Right now, the fee of transaction is very high even we using economy (Gas setting).
It depends on how you set gas price and gas limit for your transactions. It also depends on the default figures are given by the wallet you are using. Most of people don't know steps to customize price and limit and they automatically accept default figures that obviously always expensive.

If you set gas price and gas limit at low, please read the guide How to cancel or replace an ETH transaction (Metamask, MEW, MyCrypto)

3220  Economy / Speculation / Re: Manipulation of price will decrease soon? on: February 15, 2021, 04:02:24 AM
Recently, we have seen lots of institutional fund to come in the market. Tesla have invested and possibly soon we will see rich people are using BTC as store of value. As the days go, we see the mcap is increasing. When it will increase more, what do you think, will the price manipulation be decreased? Or even effected? If we look at the Tesla announcement, it didn’t create huge changes.
News from Tesla investment and their future plans to adopt bitcoin as payment method to buy Tesla products help bitcoin rising a lot. Why did you say "it did not create huge changes"?

Institutes have more strategies and good experts to manipulate the market. I believe they have better connections to news, media platforms and they can more easily to spread big fuds than personal whales.

Quote
So, as we see the increase in mcap, will we see power of manipulation is decreasing?
The marketcap of bitcoin is still smaller than some Big Techs and the total marketcap of crypto market is smaller than stock market. I think it is still easily for whales, institutes to manipulate market.

Their manipulations will only be controlled if governments make law regulation and force exchanges to do Circuit breaks and margin of changes within a day of trade.
