Cool. Now could you link to a design which has suffient proofs that is yours and you've created it before it was posted in the above mentioned thread ? P.S.: I've messaged the campaign creator to disqualify that entry.Let's wait for his reply.

There actually was no modification of the part of the BBcode art. To give an example of one, this was copied-and-pasted directly to a new signature: It took me about an hour to make this, it's a shame if this can just be used in another signature for no effort at all. Could you be more specific and link me to the thread or the guy who developed this signature ? Yes,blatantly ripping off the design like that is not appreciated.Post the details here so I can appropritaley message the designer involved. On your behalf,do link them to this thread. In case people use them even after mentioning otherwise then you could open a scam accusation.
Not a scam accusation but a thread in reputation .No one is getting scammed here.

In the beginning, this wasn't such a problem, since people didn't do this kind of stuff.
Nowadays, I occasionally see signatures with BBCode art that are stolen from other signatures. Let's not call any names here.
Is this allowed? Do we have to put copyright licenses under each signature in order for this not to happen?
There is nothing you could do about it.If you are taking part in a signature design competition, you might have posted a design before anyone else did,in that case, whoever has replicated the design or even taken the source and modified it should be disqualified from the contest..As easy as that, you just need to bring the issue in front of the campaign organizer. You cannot copyright something you don't own.

Agree, but instead of the usual activity points earning for posts,a better system should be introduced to rank up higher. Here's what I can recommend. -The user gets ranked up if he has successfully reported 500 posts with 90%+ of accuracy. -Have successfully busted scams and or connected more than 10 alt accounts on the forum. -Posted more than 20 constructive comments in bitcoin technical support section. These are just a few examples! Something similar could be implemented and the ranking up process to the newly introduced level should be done manually after admis/mods are satisfied with a "xyz"user.

If government always did what's best for the people, the World would be a better place to live in.I agree its most of the accounts from Philippines responsible for trash on the forum but that doesn't mean banning the entire country is the best possible solution especially due to the behavior of a cunt they call "Mister President".

Well..that's what happens if you blindly trust people WITHOUT using an ESCROW on the internet when BITCOINS are involved.A 2 second search on google with their name would give you the relevant results about their profile.
Post his address if someone wants to investigate.I couldn't establish a connection from the tx link provided above.Do you have a single address where coins were sent ?

I don't need the Forum. I read an article that linked here, and remembered I had an account [which its password had changed], then saw someone was posting on my behalf.. Because it sucks to see a scammer linked to the nickname you use all over the Internet.
You could see the trusted feedback left by the DT members (if you know what that is) which speaks for itself.Don't worry about anyone initiating trades with them.As long as your alias for the internet is concerned, you can always ask them to check the feedbacks. I already provided pictures and that's the best I can do, if it's not enough then I'm sorry..
Not going to argue with you on that. You did what you were suppose to.Thanks!

Actually, those addresses are from secondstrade.com (or they appear to be.)
Agreed! --snipe--
So basically, https://blockchain.info/address/1DECQ2F2pL5aa2TpRoNM8AwfkRPdK4bEZ6 is the main address with Secondstrade label. However, the lack of proof lies in the fact that we don't know whether OP won or lost.
Is there a way to find out yet ? Even if he had won/lost,I doubt he holds any proofs about the result of the bets. However member secondstrade.com is frequently online on the forum and OP messaging him about the issues should give us a resolution.

I do not. I got out of Bitcoin a while ago.. Sorry.
Just Curious : - If you got out bitcoin scene a while ago,why you still need to use this forum ? More like your forum account ? Don't worry about people trading with him, since he is covered in all red,no one would bother him for anything. While I take a stance against the account hackers,I personally believe the only way to prove ownership is through signing messages from an address, everything else is gullible.

If you're serious about it,please make an attempt to explain the matter in detail along with sufficient proofs.Anyone can post a bunch of transactions asking for a refund from particular service. Not giving a shit about those is what the services would choose unless you have a strong accusation. In your case, please show us a proof how is it not paying and what is it not paying for ? Where did you get those addresses from ? Any proof it came off secondstrade.com ?

OP's idea is a good choice IMO.
Pardon me if I haven't understood OP's idea clearly but wouldn't it be unfair for the people who waited this long to become a hero member, only to realize that it is going to take much more longer to achieve something which was achieved by the others in a short span of time compared to them.

And one more question I have. Does the fact that I'm enrolled in signature campaign maybe rises the value of my account or this is not important when asking a loan?
-> That is considered while asking a loan if -Your account level is Full Member + (and enrolled in high paying signature campaigns).Unfortunately,no high paying sig campaigns for your rank. -You're currently enrolled in one of the lowest paying sig campaign, makes your account worthless. -As jacee said, the account value information generated by achow's website is not considered while trading accounts here.

actually i'm a bit bored with the current price because no big movement since august and in my opinion the price will stay at $600 because no big event to make bitcoin price increase so in my predictions bitcoin still at $600
Haven't we come this far from $5 its stable at $600 now ? You're expecting too much, aren't you ? The prices won't change just because there isn't a "big movement".The only rule applies is,When Demand > Supply, the prices would sky rocket. If you read my previous comment, eventually it would happen and by judging it from the last year,Christmas eve always push the prices on account of the occasion.I couldn't establish a logical connection, let me know if anyone does.

Depends on the GIF actually.Honestly I have never bothered figuring out how it works but here is a working one.Usually we embed the gif ending with a ".gif" extension inside the image tag, works fine for me.Although there are a few gifs which didn't fit well (maybe against the forum's rules) but most of the time the one's ending with .gif should work. [Example below]

Currently price is trying to break $600 but still lots of selling force is trying to push the price down under $600. What you guys think can this October bring another good pump pushing price well above $700 ?
I'm quite happy for the fact the price is stable at $600.Let me clear your misconceptions : 1.The selling force is certainly "not pushing the price down",they're selling because still a number of hodler's exists! 2.The savers won't push the coins until they reach marginal profits, which is price = price ++! 3.If the rate is stable for a long time, eventually it would give rise to a situation where the number of holders would beat the sellers, increasing the prices in turn! 4.Yes,I do have hopes this month!

Have just pm'd my password to admin.
Waiting on the reply
lol! Only if you had an idea who the admins are. -> They wouldn't be interested in checking an inbox of a newbie account over something that petty. You're not the first person to fake that crap. -> User @suchmoon is quite trusted and he's on the DT,if you really wish to defend yourself, send him your password,he would solve the accusation within seconds.

On September 22nd, 2016 i was not able to log into my account hmblm1245. I attempted to reset my password and which likely locked the account.
Did you try to reset the password using the secret question ? If yes, you're locked out of your account! It's a known bug. I have since sent of another corrected signed message last week to cyrus, but have not heard anything.
Relax.Since recovering accounts is one of the least priorities, you might have to wait a little longer.Little as in Days,Weeks,Months...no one knows. (depends on your luck, actually) Is there anyway of knowing if my account is locked/banned or other? I am not sure if i need to do anything else.
Refer the posts above!

I think it should be renamed to "Web" Wallets instead. It's a no-brainer for most people who are used to bitcoins but the new users might get confused by the word "Online". Even bitcoin core can be considered online wallet.
1.Topic too lame to put up a discussion (personal preference). 2.In layman's terms,Web == Online & Installation == Offline.(Unless you're a grammer Nazi, you wouldn't bother logically proving it). 3.The word "Online" significantly conveys that their coins or wallets are stored on the web and hence are prone to all sort of vulnerabilities. 4.Again,since you don't have to fire up your browser to access bitcoin-core,calling it a "online wallet" is wrong.

Apps for this forum are currently hard to do. I wrote a basic one for the forum: https://github.com/achow101/BitcointalkForum but I have since stopped working on it. If anyone wants to continue work on that, then feel free. After scrapping bunch of pages from my sublime text while trying to figure out the most appropriate way to make a RESTful API,I finally gave up.Not that it's not possible but one doesn't need an app because pretty much your brower does everything you intend to do with an app. Here's a tip if someone still wants to make one for themselves : Use Cordova framework along with Achow's code to make it mobile first. The issue with writing apps for the forum is the lack of an API. Right now everything must be done by scraping HTML and then figuring out the correct HTTP requests in order to post. This takes a lot of time and it isn't optimal. When the new forum comes out, it should be mobile friendly and have an API so apps will be easier to write.
Only if we had a clue when is that happening. Can any of the pro app people explain how an app for this website would be of ANY value to anyone...please?
Real time notifications if someone replies to your post or the posts you're watching ? Could be customized according to your needs maybe.
