2221  Economy / Gambling / Re: Are provably fair gambling sites really provable? on: May 21, 2017, 04:53:03 PM
Yes, gambling sites provide us with server seeds that can be verified.
Provided they're generated on the client side.Stuff can always be manipulated if it involves server side processing.

But how do we really know that these seeds are used in actual gambling process?
You need to read this this article  : https://dicesites.com/provably-fair

Isnt it possible they are just displaying server seeds and hashes that we can verify but in reality the server seeds they are using in the back-end functions of the game are actually different/rigged?
If you know little bit about web development, you can press the button to see if any network calls are made to generate those seeds.Client side function doesn't invoke any network calls.
2222  Economy / Lending / Re: I need a loan of 0.2BTC on: May 21, 2017, 04:40:58 PM
Hi everyone in this forum should be reported to police Smiley including you
Wait. You are begging for money here ? And you want to report everybody to the police ? For what ? I don't understand your logic.

What makes you think it's a child ?
But thanks I corrected
It's 0.25 as you can read and you also can read if my collateral not working for you it's fine you can find another borrower
Digital Accounts are not a valid collateral. You should read the stickies before opening a loan request.

It's all I can offer and from my experience there is people's can't make neteller account or can't get verified or whatever if it's nothing for you there is people worth something for them
From my experiences on the forum,no one takes such accounts as a collateral.
2223  Economy / Gambling / Re: ♛ BitCasino.io - YOUR BTC CASINO! 1,000+ games, Bonuses, Lotteries, Live Games ♛ on: May 21, 2017, 04:03:36 PM
I just received email on your 5 btc raffles. But I want to ask about getting the tickets. It said that no matter how much your wagered, you will always get the tickets, is this for real? Because mostly casinos will depends on its wagered to get more tickets. Does it mean that we just keep on rolling? The longer you roll, you will get more tickets? Need some clarification here

I tried to find it on site but I could not find about 5btc raffle. There is only 2btc monthly lottery, if the 5btc raffle using the same terms with the 2btc monthly raffle then yes you only need to play once per day so you will get max 31 tickets in a month (depends on the days of the month).
Once I participated on this kind of raffle some time ago, and yes I got 1ticket/day. At that time I only made few bets per day.
Are you guys like autistic ? The website is a plain scam. Why are you feeding them more bitcoins ? @Panjul,you are a old player in the scene,I'm sure you know what is what. Why are you still playing here mate ?
You do know right, they are a team with sportsbet.io and others with rigid casinos and fake promos ? You need to start telling people to stop playing here.
2224  Economy / Services / Re: Who can do escrow service atm? on: May 21, 2017, 03:54:56 PM
I am looking for person who can be free escrow for accounts.
->Which accounts ?
->Most of the digital accounts can be reversed using the associated email addresses.Escrow fails in this case.
->What is the amount involved in the trade anyway ?
2225  Other / Meta / Re: Cool, now default trust user supports scam on: May 19, 2017, 04:58:38 AM
Actually this "monkey" as you say, has tagged both of you. Your activity looks scammy with the double spend accusations against you. So im awaiting directbet to show a wallet trail linked to your addresses. If they do so your tag will stay. If they cannot do so, i'll remove your tag and leave theirs.
Isn't it suppose to be a "common sense" the user is indeed trying to double spend ? Moreover,we're talking about the all time best rated sportsbook by the community.Don't think they would scam users for a negligible amounts when they have a history of paying much more than  that to solve similar situations just so they can keep upto the expectations of the community.IMHO,giving them a negative over such insignificant amounts is a hasty decision.Having said that,I totally understand you're open to revise the feedback however, you shouldn't be wasting time doing it for the sake of trolls opening threads with irrelevant proofs.

I find it pretty stupid that anyone can create a scam accusation without any repurcussions if the accusation is wrong. You cannot just try and tarnish a reputation of a site if you're scamming yourself.
Exactly and that's why you could have waited until the other side of the story is exposed.

Alex, do you have limitations about the countries your users are comming from ?
It should be mentioned in their terms and conditions isn't it ? I tried opening the page https://www.bitdice.me/tos.pdf but unable to load/download the PDF.Mind checking if it's working for you ?

Currently, the software only runs on Testnet servers. No actual Bitcoin or USD is traded. Changing this happens in only 3 lines of code though Smiley.

2228  Economy / Services / Re: Escrow service for free! on: May 17, 2017, 10:06:36 AM
Hello,
I am new to the escrow thing
Escrow thing ? Well, that explains everything.

so I would like to make some experience.I will be honest I have done only 3 escrow services and everything went smooth.
Pm if you need me!
You need to be experienced to offer escrow services. Infact, people would only use your escrow service if they are sure you've done escrows with notable amounts and can be trusted.
Now,why would I use you as an escrow ?
[Your answers go here]
Why I wouldn't use you as an escrow ?
 -> Not trusted enough.
-> No history of trades involving notable amounts.
-> No information about ownership of the account/PGP staked keys.
-> I've better alternatives around.Even though they charge a small fee,I can assure my money is in the safe hands.
2229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DGB (Digibyte) is finally shinning on: May 17, 2017, 09:49:16 AM
I knew this coin had the potential to explode in price the moment BTC would have problems scaling. It has all the recipes of success, now with segwit it becomes the best scaling coin. Unlike LTC devs, DGB devs update the Core software fast. I wonder how long till 1000+ sats.
The way you folks base your conclusions makes me want to jump off a cliff. XRP went high a few days ago and everybody said it's the new future of cryptos when bitcoin is having scaling issues. After a couple of days, the prices fall down and suddenly everybody is getting mad at the core devs. Same with your DBG,it's pump and dump bro,it doesn't make anything better than anything.Wait for a week, you'd probably be speculating next bitcoin high.

It shows with patience and an active team, price goes up sooner or later. A good reminder to buy some POSW.
Flawed Logic,on so many levels. For your information,it has nothing to do with the team or the dev or the coin.
2230  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Unconfirmed Transaction.Need Some Tech Info on: May 17, 2017, 09:43:04 AM
My first post in this thread.Like other usual threads, today I'm stuck at a transaction too!
 Txid : https://blockchain.info/tx/b191e996b02819c69dae9beff09c1afb81568d2141dd9561e991962593795953

According to the fees calculator,I did pay low fees which was a mistake from my end as I was in a rush.

Now,I can either use an accelerator or other paid transaction confirmation service but I don't want to do that.
I'm also aware I can double spend unspent inputs to generate new transactions with higher fees. Can I ?
Possibly with either bitcoin core or Electrum I can re-broadcast the the transaction.
My questions ->
1.Is there a third party service which allows you to rebroadcast transaction with higher fees with just the raw  unsigned transaction ? Or is it impossible ?
2.If I approach a miner personally, can he accept my transaction in the chain of blocks ?

Thank you in advance!
2231  Other / Meta / Re: [SMAS] Signature Managers against Spam (light version) on: May 17, 2017, 08:47:57 AM
If so, I am a programmer and I could potentially help you automate some of the process. I.E add a website where signature managers can search easily and get information about users.
Like what information ?

The list of users posted here are already analysed and judged thoroughly on the basis of their post quality by the SMAS campaign managers so other managers won't have to re-do it.They can simply use this list as a reference while recruiting new members to their campaign.

If you have too much time on your hands, you can automate stuff anyway.Wait, automate what ?  Lips sealed
2232  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Whats the highest "Fee per Byte" transaction you can find? on: May 17, 2017, 08:39:20 AM
With that Trezor bug causing insane fees, I think this is the highest Fee per byte i've seen in my life.

https://blockchain.info/tx/ac11d5f2eb71e1f01d59329765a61324950711de6c96fcc9247e4f65834b2d03
Trezor bug ? Do you have link to a related article ?Never knew their software was buggy.

I think Western Union is much cheaper.
It's a logical fallacy. You cannot compare them on the grounds that don't matter, like a software bug.Has anything to do with Bitcoins ? I don't think so.

Then there is this gem of a transaction with 10,000 Sats/b.

https://blockchain.info/tx/5a58960572d1d0351be2806903127e696887bdde6a864395b224d716f68c3689

Basically sent $109 but paid $35 in fees alone.
Who's mistake it really is ? People are dumb.I'm afraid technology has any cure for that.

Looks like the old scum morocco.man is back https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1324050.0.You literally just had to google for that email : yassinedabbou@hotmail.com  and you would be presented with number of scam accusations against them.Anyway,it's your irresponsibility you trusted a stranger,a known scammer on the forum.
Be careful next time.Always do research wit the data you have about the other user before blindly trusting them with your money.
2234  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain.info - Bitcoin Block explorer & Currency Statistics on: May 17, 2017, 07:34:35 AM
They tweeted about this issue a few hours ago : "The issue affecting the wallet login process has been resolved. Thank you for your patience."
Can confirm.Just used the wallet for a transaction and everything seems to be normal now.Additionally, they might have modified the algorithm which calculates the transaction fees because in my current transaction, they managed to add extra  fee unusual from their regular process. However, this is just a rough guess.

PS. game-protect we would be very happy to have a skype call with you to run through all the issues you have with us and answer all your questions. Further we hope then, that would open the door for a transparent mediation process, should any bitcasino players come to you with legitimate issues.
Great idea and suggestion to offer a mediation service for your customers. Have definetely interest, as everyone would benefit...
lol really want people to believe that ? How would you make sure that the communication happening between you and  bitcasino is transparent enough for the general crowd to believe ? They have been known to bribe people similar way.I'm sorry game-protect,such communications should always be public, having it held privately makes it more shady. You know their agency is scam, bitcasino, vegascasino, sportsbet what would you even want to discuss about ? They're a scam,it's a known fact proved by You and everybody else.
2236  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is all over the mainstream media lately on: May 16, 2017, 05:29:13 PM
Yes,it is all over media now.All the rich idiots are probably giving talks about "how bitcoins are the investment of the future " when they have no idea what blockchain is or what consensus algorithm does.
To add on to it,our hacker bros are really getting all the attention with their ransomwares.
2237  Economy / Lending / Re: I Need a loan 0.25 btc for my college fees (urgent) on: May 16, 2017, 05:25:18 PM
It's degrading knowing that there are people like you who generalize us people from the said country in your posts. I am from Philippines and your post is discriminating everyone of us. I thought that this forum does not support things like this.  Undecided
Anyway, to OP you are better of getting that amount as a loan in your country. May be a student loan or something. I used to request loans like this before when I was trying to continue my education but to no luck, it's really hard to get a loan of that amount specially with the current btc price, back then the price was around $300 and a loan of 0.25 btc can easily be given by any lender as long as you can provide a good collateral.

In general the scamrate from those countries is very high. Thats just a fact.
If you feel personal attacked by that you should blame the scammers from your country.

On Btcpop we send letters with a code to users form most countries, that helps a lot in keeping scammers out.
And most even doesn't try as the user has to pay for the letter.
The scam rate of those countries will normalize as it already does for users from India.
If its easy for them to scam then they will scam and probably its only a few people who do it again and again.
And to be honest I saw lot users also playing the discriminate card and close to 100% of them also defaulted...
Well,if you look at it that way, your system is being abused because it is vulnerable. Why have a vulnerable system if you fear it will easily abused ? They're scamming easily because they can.I'm not saying they should but you can always design a system without any loopholes.
2238  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Let's Create a Virtual Country on: May 16, 2017, 05:08:01 PM
Am considering starting an experimental Project called BitLand — it's simply a cyber Country of thousands to millions of Citizens.
Isn't that already exists ? What we call Internet.

Bitland will be a full fledged cryptocurrency based Country on the Internet with Virtual Government, Virtual Schools (online/real schools),  Insurance, Factories, Business, Security Network, Intelligence unit, Tax system, Welfare scheme, emergency toll-free numbers, Health units, etc
I literally spend most of the time on the internet so I can escape from the world I did not create.I don't want to face another Tax System when one has already devastated the Universe stealing happiness from everybody's lives.

Bitland will be ran on Blockchain to encourage Transparency. Imagine Citizens are able to view all incoming & outgoing taxes in the Country(Bitland), Participate in transparent elections
Nope.I don't like the idea.

Edit : It's working now.Not a ddos!
2240  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Paypal Charge Back From BTC Sale to Coinman1 (working for a refund) on: May 16, 2017, 04:23:46 PM
Okay enough of coinman1 threads.Multiple open scam accusations just boils down to one thing :- User isn't reliable for trades. Please avoid trading with them or trade at your own risk.
Left a negative feedback because I consider this behavior untrustworthy. They need a scam accusation open for them to resolve the issue.
Please don't message me for removing the feedback,I'll do when I feel you can handle trades professionally.
