Do we have any news about this coin, it has been a while since I last checked on this but as I am looking at the news here and the sentiments of the others that there is no good news right now and there is no good developments on this coin. I am afraid my investments are on the losing side.

The blockchain is the blockchain. All the BTC holders at the snapshot date have half a BTX per BTC. It's done, it's over, it's dispersed. Whether those coins ever get swept is entirely up to the people holding their private keys.

I know what a blockchain is, I did not know if it was sent yet or able to claim. Ok that is all I wanted to know, on the website it had said the time to claim ur BTX from BTC had expired. Reading this BS line costed me over 100k euro so far.  :Claiming of the first snapshot (bitcoin block #463604) has ended October 30th. We made a new snapshot of the Bitcoin Chain on the November 2nd 2017. These 5 million addresses are able to claim BTX / Bitcore for free!:  How the fuck can it end and a new one start? For the sake of this coin and real investors, this "new snapshot" should end also like the last one.  why that's the whole gimmick of this coin!! it's for bitcoiners'~ i'm not feeling the bitcoin love here whatsoever :\ grrrr<< |

Yes, devs SHOULD care about price going down tooooo much. Esp for concerned investors who have put everything in this and believe in the cause. What do you want? The Devs aren't responsible for the price, the market alone is. What do you want them to do? You never gave money to the Devs or anything like that. Just keep calm and don't press the panic button. The devs/first investors/ whales who all talk to each other in the first month, could dump the price down to $1 if they wanted. Good coins do not want the price to fall from $50 to $17 in one week. If someone who has a lot want to sell some of their shares, they should do it responsibly. Hey minestro, Are these all the BTC addresses that got free 0.5BTX on the Nov 2 snapshot? It's the top 346 addresses, the next 350 can be found here https://chainz.cryptoid.info/btx/tx.dws?148419.htmThe rest is easy to find around the blocks following block 77066. You can easily spot the right ones or go some pages back to the posts of 03/11 and you will find the transaction # posted by the devs. Interesting stuff minestro! thanks. If I get that right, within these 2 pages (697 addresses in total), only 12 redeemed their free BTX. That's less than 2%. That's just making my argument on one of my previous post even stronger that most of these 8M coins from the virtual fork will stay dead in the blockchain and will never circulate. And so far the ones that circulated were dumped for immediate profit! Since there are only 12 addresses, I checked all of them and 100% of them took all their BTX out of their wallet. SIA price is suffering again as it seems. Of course this is related to the continous soaring of Bitcoin but it still hurts to watch. I dont think it can become even more cheap than it is now. At least I hope so... What will be the bottom of this? Soon we are under 50 sats.
Another question: what makes SIA superior to Storj?
