A Pm message should be a private message between you and whoever the message is directing to, because it's confidential message which is important to the sender and might be of no value to the recipient base on the content of the message, and assuming it's not confidential it would have made open for everyone to see and also engage in the conversation that supposed to be made secret, so I'm astonished when you said that a pm is not a private. So i want to know at least two cogent reasons while a private message is not [ private]

So in this aspect of point, i will say that if anyone disclose a private message betweens both of you through a link or quote and make it public, their is atoms or an elements that is behind it, indecencies that they is collision between both parties or an argument that requires evidence to be proven that such conversation actually happened or took place, but that doesn't mean that it not a private message because at the period the chat took place it wasn't reviewed and made obvious to the public instantly.

In the forum we have two categories of ban.
(A) Temporary ban
(B) permanent ban

Temporary: So for the temporary, it's a ban that can take place within a specific period of time in order for it to be lift because  the user can't  participate fully in forum activities such as signatures depends the natures of the ban, i think some ban take period of seven (7) days and months be it can be lift as i stated initially from the beginning of this sentence.

Permanent: the word permanent should Cross check in your dictionary, it obviously means infinity, it has been stamped and it cant be changed, so in nutshell permanent it's not reversible after the period of appeal and it happened not to be release or free that particular moment, even though it stay some century I don't think it will free. The period of appeal will determine it continuity in the forum, from my own Perspective.

How do you think what you said can be actualize, i think only person that overseas all the private interactions of users can be theymos only, or they will be a bot launched or database  to be create by any user that can carry out a data of every private conversations here, and that can be enable to detect those scammers that duped people in the community here, but in the aspect of moderators, i don't think they have such database generally. No of the social media platforms is even credible per say as a preferable one, Reddit too, their is a lot of spams there also, i can say Twitter as you mentioned will be cool than Reddit.

Actually people give merit to a post according to the gravity of the post on educational standard or inspiration of what your comment is narrating. Post's deserve more than five (5) merit's but it depends on how constructive in meaning and how constructive is the English arrangements the post is all about. buddy you are not meant to skip people that have negative trust, the only communication you have with someone that have two hundred (200) positive  trust and someone that has one thousand (1000) negative trust is the same thing here, the only difference between them is that you won't trust negative trust person in terms of business transaction, but only bond merge both of you is interaction to the community.
