Mods have to be paid, that might be the issue here. You could find volunteers yes, but volunteers might get overzealous if they don't have the right motivations.
How about making new mods rank up instead of paying them ? And if they do a shitty job, you just fire them and move them back to their former rank.

Mise a jour du browser : de plus en plus d'extensions chrome vont etre ajoutees. https://www.cnet.com/news/brave-browser-gets-chrome-extensions-starting-thursday-with-major-new-version/?utm_source=reddit.comThat cadence means Brave Core will arrive in beta form in late September and in major release form most of the way through October, Bondy said. But be careful before with it, since that'll still technically be version 0.55. "Shortly after this, we'll get to our 1.0 release," Bondy said. "With Brave Core you'll go from feeling like you should use Brave, but you still want to use Chrome, to wanting to use Brave no matter what."

We have a Bart forming boys? Looks like if it forms we would jump back to $6900 area.
Probably What bothers me is that SHORTS amount is again almost on ATH It means that those whales who took them, didn't close them and the price could be dropped even deeper (~6200) On another hand, so many people now in shorts and marketmakers can suddenly close their shorts and push the price up. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FC4CZB2e.png&t=663&c=RKViwy-d9wLhFQ)

avec des fils déplacés de façon arbitraire.
Ah ?

I have noticed that for a few months the interest in the local sub forums has died down (at least for the Romanian local board which I'm aware of) and I wonder why?
This goes for the whole forum. -Summer : people post less -ICOs failing, scam bounty campaigns... people stop joining sig campaigns and in result don't see a point in posting as much -Too much spam : people know that if they ask a question, they'll get one good answer for 20 shitty ones. Don't know if that's the case in your board though. -Not enough merits being distributed, and probably not fairly enough : people have given up on ranking up. Now I'm not familiar with the Romanian Board but maybe I can make a comparison with the French one. Until two months ago, we had no mod and no merit source. We do now. Fortunately we had a few motivated members who did their best to fight spam, scam, fake translations... they (we ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) ) still do. You need people like that, not just moderation. We even got our former mod fired ! He had been awol for a year at least. Of course a merit source would help but that probably won't solve all your problems. Do you have a mod in the Romanian Board ? If you do, maybe he should apply as a merit source. P.S : our mod is also our merit source...and he is only a "member'' so I don't think a high rank is needed to apply.

''We'' brings back to ''I''. A better community is better for yourself. Less scam, less spam means more visible information. You have to think long term about all this. Too many people are only here to make their quota of posts for their sig campaigns and in the end don't bring much (or could bring more) to the place. There are many ways you can help the forum get better and I'm not only talking about fighting scam and spam, you just have to contribute in a good way. By doing so, you'll influence others to do the same and it will benefit everyone... including yourself. Unselfishness is contagious.
