Oh for FUCKS sake. Just let it go already. Product is shipping. The Jaly's have already moved into 2013 (finally!) and the others aren't terribly far behind, (exception: Minirigs)

Singles: July 4, 2012 pay date

Singles are on day 11 of 425. They're almost done with the backlog!!!
3242  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: {BFL} Why The Monarch Might Just Work on: August 22, 2013, 06:09:16 PM
The reason people keep misunderstanding each other on this point is that some are aiming for more USD, others are aiming for more BTC.

More BTC = More USD
Less BTC = Less USD

You cannot get more USD out of less BTC!
3243  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Anyone demonstrated a 28nm ASIC mining bitcoin yet? on: August 22, 2013, 06:01:32 PM
Bitfury has the smallest demonstrated chip at 55 nm.

I can't find any demonstrated hashing output and power consumption examples for Bitfury, only claims  Undecided

Highest is 68deg in a 76deg room. Not too bad for making it much easier to sit next to.

Huh? How are you cooling below ambient with just a fan?

5. I googled "hot fedex girl" and I'm sorry to say, they must not exist.

That's ok. I'm fine with UPS.

She can handle my package anytime!

My package would be too big for her.

Aren't you glad that "products are shipped according to placement in the order queue"? Just think how mad you would be if people who ordered months after you got their products before you.
3248  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL 600GH "Monarch" already postponed to February! on: August 22, 2013, 04:07:04 AM

If you order now, I would not expect you to take delivery of your unit until sometime in February.

https://forums.butterflylabs.com/monarch-discussion/4420-what-monarch-group-order.html#post53319

Since Josh has never estimated delivery dates accurately, February is another BFL pipe dream. Anyone who buys these is an idiot.
3249  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Butterfly Labs New 600GH "Mining Card" - RED FLAGS?!?! on: August 21, 2013, 07:35:42 PM
What if they worked in secret, recreating the entire block chain from Genesis and then blew every BTC transaction to date out of the water when they force-fed it to the network using 3x the power currently available on the network?  Boom, they have all the BTC you have none.  All they need is a longer chain.

God I love fantasies Cheesy

Reality. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=194078.0

Besides the first free ones they gave away, I hardly would say that anyone that preordered the first day won anything...

Some Singles (60gh/s) was shipped around 24-25 june 2013.
Diff was 19.34 MM
1 month after the diff was 31.26 MM

In 1 month a Single owner make some 5200 dollars...(and can make more extra putting this on Ebay...)

Ohh no...they won anything...nononono...

They spent 200 bitcoins, now worth over 22000 dollars. They should have kept their bitcoins. They lost. Big!
3251  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] US/North American Bitfury sales now open ***full prototype pics*** on: August 21, 2013, 05:30:09 PM
So you are betting that difficulty is at a point where it will plateau soon?  Looking at all the hashpower that appears poised to start mining, I would expect it will be a while before we see that plateau.  I would be glad to be wrong about that though.

It'll definitely plateau. Not in 3 months for sure. Maybe in 6 months. Definitely before 12 months.
3252  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: YES, you can get a REFUND from BFL on: August 21, 2013, 03:53:15 PM
BFL is just taking CC processors out of the equation at their business. I see no evidence their account has been suspended. (As of yet)

Paypal isn't going to stand by and leave BFL's account in good standing while they take hit after hit of chargebacks. A run of Paypal chargebacks and then BFL stops accepting Paypal. I think there's a connection.

9. Start shipping  :                               20-30 October

Do You still support initial claim about shipping dates or shipping date is just a wish we all want to come true?

Of course the October ship date is a pipe dream. If they really believed they could really ship in October, they'd offer refunds at that time, not 2 months later like they are doing.
3254  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: YES, you can get a REFUND from BFL on: August 21, 2013, 03:14:33 PM
Paypal has terminated BFL's account, so it's just going to get harder and harder to obtain a refund.
Source?

I wasn't aware of this. When did this happen?

It's obvious because they no longer accept Paypal.

Are people getting what they paid for? Yes.

Can you point to any customer that has received a USB-power Jalapeno?

Shipping products that don't meet paid-for specs: Scammer.
Lying about shipping dates: Scammer.
Refusing refunds: Scammer.
Failing to pay lost bets: Scammer.

Ooo look, the little trolls are are riled up.  Awesome Smiley

The waaambulance is busy today!

Congrats on achieving an F. Few companies are able to achieve such a great rating. Well done!

3258  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Possible to get refund from BFL? (paid via Bitcoin) on: August 21, 2013, 02:00:32 AM
I told them in my first email that I was going to file complaints and I actually did it to BBB and Attorney General (see my above posts) but I don't think it worked so fast (I filed them on Sunday I think).
At the BBB site http://www.bbb.org/kansas-city/Business-Reviews/electronic-equipment-and-supplies-wholesale-and-manufacturers/bf-labs-inc-in-overland-park-ks-1000002011/complaints, there were already 7 complaints before me.

Good to see BFL with the BBB rating they deserve.

I'm enjoying CampBX. I can withdraw $1000/day and see the money clear my bank in about 2-3 days (through Dwolla for only $.25).
3260  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Possible to get refund from BFL? (paid via Bitcoin) on: August 20, 2013, 10:20:17 PM
Received the coins. It took 8 days since my first email to them. Expected this to be much harder.

Was there any correspondence from BFL you could share with us?  It is weird that they seemingly so easily gave you a BTC refund after they have been publicly stating for a few months now no refunds will be honoured.  I am curious why you are the only non PP customer I have seen recently get a refund.

It might have to do with his AG and BBB filed complaints.
