3241  Economy / Economics / Re: Are Institutional investors changing the Bitcoin price behaviour? on: January 27, 2022, 11:23:56 AM
They've actually helped the market to grow and it's no doubt that they've played an important part during the start of the pandemic. About them owning more bitcoins, I don't fear that. There's nothing we can do as we're already in here and saw these institutions play and even a few years ago when it's just the community and a few large corporations that were interested in bitcoin, there's already the call and accusation of manipulation. So, it's not that really new if they do the same with those companies that we've said that have also been manipulating the market.
3242  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: January 27, 2022, 09:52:59 AM
There are talks that the Inoue vs Donaire 2 will be stage this April so i think this fight will go first before the Casimero vs Inoue if ever pushes through because the Casimero vs Butler fight is already scheduled this April 23 in Liverpool but just can't post here the link (i have to find if first).
I've been hearing that I think since last year but there's no one from the camp of both fighters that have said any information about that. It's good to leave it there as a rumor until they're the ones to announce it that the rematch would happen soon if time permits.
For Inoue to fight Casimero, he should be impressive enough on his win against Butler to gain the attention of the boxing community.
A win is already impressive and that would be enough for Inoue and his camp to accept if ever Casimero offers a fight just what we've been tuning last year.
3243  Economy / Gambling / Re: What are the best ways to choose a casino on: January 27, 2022, 08:39:34 AM
Many members here talk about reputation, review, feedback or its reliability in general.
How if you put all those things aside and imagine you are in the beginning stage of the whole gambling industry where all casinos are new with no reputation/feedback from players.
At this stage, you want to gamble so what aspects you see in order to choose which casino to play?
Please do not answer with "wait until there are some reviews".  Grin
This is a good point and if there's a reset and everything is new, it's always best to get to be the first one to try it out. Well, our instincts are going to be our companions as we do that as we find out these new casinos. We're all going to find out if the casino is good and legitimate as we first try it. Maybe for a week or two of trying it out, we'd definitely going to find out if it's not a scam. That's just the main concern upon being the first, to know if the casino you're playing with is serious to their business.
3244  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casino behavior that turn you off on: January 26, 2022, 01:31:25 PM
Do not care about accusation against them and unwilling to solve it
This turns me off for real. When there's someone that has posted their problem and accused them, if they won't reply to it, they're too slow in answering it.
They needed to be called out before they give their response to that certain complaint that has been posted against them. Well, the worst is that they're not really willing to cooperate with that accusation and just let it pass.
3245  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling In Crypto on: January 26, 2022, 12:09:21 PM
Some sites will lock you out and prevent you from wagering while still holding an active account.
And that's because you've violated their rules. If you have done nothing then for sure that you're still going to be able to do just like any other normal active players that they have. As they only stop and ban players that go against their terms so, if you've experienced that, it's likely that you did a wrong thing. But if you think that you didn't do anything bad, you can contest that to the admins of that casino and show proof that you're just doing fine and they should haven't done that.
3246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: An advanced technology could kill crypto? on: January 26, 2022, 10:24:05 AM
The world of technology is evolving every year what if in future a new tech is been born that can kill crypto or works better than crypto won't this kill cryptocurrencies?

Also I heard that super computers can get through all crypto wallet keys easily in a matter of days, true or false?
Then it will be able what it has to do. There has been a lot of talks about this topic in the past but until now, there's none of them in existence, or if there is already one in existence it doesn't have to kill crypto. They're talking about the quantum computers that shall crack the consensus algorithms like PoW. That's what they are telling but technically, I lack knowledge about these technologies that could eliminate crypto. But, the real question is why they have to do so? It could be true but don't believe too quickly with the information that you have just seen on the web. I think we're still far from it happening.
3247  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the most important features of an online crypto casino? on: January 25, 2022, 11:56:22 PM
I agree. In the near future, almost most crypto-related platforms, including crypto-gambling sites, will have KYC as a mandatory requirement.

Before, we are enjoying the no-KYC policy of a crypto exchange until the regulations hit them hard. No choice but to ask their users a KYC. In gambling, the same might happen. Be prepared for that scenario as the more crypto is being recognized, more strict regulations will follow.
This is very likely, I've seen this turnover with the exchanges that before most of them are non-kyc exchanges and with the intervention of the government for all of them, they've started to ask kyc's and they're enforcing it roughly because it is involving their business. And the same thing could really happen for the crypto casinos, especially the known ones since they've been bagging sums of profits, they can't escape the eyes of the regulators that would see them as another way of taxing and adding regulations for asking their customers to be verified for some reasons that they won't even disclose. But even if they don't want to, it's always about the way they handle it which is the same for the exchanges.
3248  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: January 25, 2022, 10:55:20 PM
That's what I'm saying for the delay of this match. He has to go through with Butler first before going with anyone that he wants to box. But we don't know until when they're going to wait for it and when all things are set.

I don't know what's the timeline for WBO about Casimero but this mandatory fight should happen by March or April. If Inoue will return in June, as shared above, the possibility of Casimero vs Inoue will be at the last quarter of this year.

Don't rush people, there are lots of big fights this 2022.

We also have other Filipinos on lineup this year.
That's good to know for Inoue, the schedule for Casimero - Butler could happen within the next few months. I think the preparation of Casimero is on timing and it's just the issue that he has dealing with his health didn't go well.
Last year he fought and then, the rumor about going with Inoue proceed as Casimero told with a date. The schedule of his training and preparation for that "possible" fight was too short IMO and with all of the things that's happening right now to him. He should be well prepared on it when there's already a date for his match against Butler.
3249  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is for everyone but not everyone will be for Bitcoin on: January 25, 2022, 09:54:47 PM
Its a personal choice whether we do dig deeper into crypto space or wouldnt really make out any actions at all.Someones success will really vary on how hardly you do put up some effort.

Not everyone would really be having that kind of mindset because there are some who do work and some who do ignore and of course it would really be obvious on whose the one would
able to get that kind of opportunity to make profits out of their investment.

So it will depend on someones engagement and effort that do made.
Yes, that's depending on someone's effort. If they're sure with what they do, they'll going to push what they know and what they have. As they invest and go deeper on it, that only shows that they're interested and responsible for it.
The success that they'll have in the future speaks for the actions that they do for now. If they invest and believes that there will be the future and better price of bitcoin then they should make a decision today if the price is cheap.
3250  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: January 24, 2022, 11:29:18 PM
WBO actually stepped in for Casimero and this match was just delayed. They really are about to fight and Butler is just waiting for it. That is the reason why we're wanting this match to be finished so that Casimero can move forward and go against with the possible match against Inoue.
It is what we all like to see and we don't know if WBO will step on this or they'll just allow Casimero to go for it. We have no idea if some postponement might happen again and Casimero would be led to another challenger.
The decisions are still not out so we are waiting for the next match of Casimero either to fight Butler or to have another boxer in waiting, WBO should make an announcement now so viewers wont expect that much.
AFAIK, it's with Butler and this has to be finished before going with another challenger or any fighter that he wants to fight. This is an order from WBO.
While he's still in recovery, there's no given date for their fight to proceed after it's been postponed.
Beside, Casimero can’t fight Inoue not until he finish this the order of WBO, maybe Casimero is taking his best time to recover for now.
That's what I'm saying for the delay of this match. He has to go through with Butler first before going with anyone that he wants to box. But we don't know until when they're going to wait for it and when all things are set.
3251  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is for everyone but not everyone will be for Bitcoin on: January 24, 2022, 10:27:32 PM
It's no longer our problem if those people that knows bitcoin and cryptocurrencies can't avail to invest. We cannot also push them hardly if they barely survive just to put food in their tables. I know it's quite of a situation but we've been there. We can make things work if we're too focused and inspired by the problem that we're experiencing. All of us have 24 hours, and it's all on them how they're going to spend those hours they've got wisely and monetize it and as they earn, that's what they can use to invest in bitcoin.
3252  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: January 24, 2022, 09:16:43 PM
We know that it's going to be a big fight for his career but there's the WBO that has stepped in and there's no way that he can go against them. It's an order like a military that he cannot disobey.

No progress between both camps. They are just exchanging words.

WBO needs to step in so that Casimero will be active and the best thing is to assign him to the number 1 challenger, Paul Butler. It's good before challenging Inoue as Butler is the only one remaining to challenge Casimero's title. If Casimero wins, no challenger has now closed him on the WBO list, and the next, Naoya Inoue or Nonito Donaire.
WBO actually stepped in for Casimero and this match was just delayed. They really are about to fight and Butler is just waiting for it. That is the reason why we're wanting this match to be finished so that Casimero can move forward and go against with the possible match against Inoue.

3253  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2022: Bullish or bearish for crypto? on: January 24, 2022, 08:13:40 PM
It is certain that one day the trend will reverse. Unfortunately, we do not know when it will happen. The last bear market lasted almost two years. I don't think this scenario will repeat this time again, but I'm afraid cryptocurrency prices may go down for at least a few more weeks.
It's actually reversing now. Many NFTs have dropped in their prices and their charts doesn't look good because it seems that they've pulled out already.
But for those legitimate ones, they're also affected due to bitcoin's drop and this makes them go through a rough days since all of them are dependent to the move of bitcoin.
This is why if you're going to invest into these NFTs, make sure that you've invested first in bitcoin. As the price going down, don't be afraid because it's inevitable.
3254  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What will be the next big industry move? on: January 23, 2022, 11:47:14 PM
Most of the trend today is relayed on the world of NFT so there's an instance or chance might be they will adopt this kind of a trend right now afaik there's a thread too related to the Gambling and metaverse and also the virtual reality due to pandemic many people now are would like to entertain with this trends its the new meta of the gambling industry well looking forward on it lets see.
Virtual reality has been there already and it can be applied to anything which gambling is not an exception of it. It would be more interesting that aside from the cryptocurrencies that the casinos have been supporting for their platforms.
There would probably be an outlet for them too to allow a couple of NFTs that they like to see their players betting for. They could start with some of the NFTs like Apes or they could be open to any type of it as long as there's a valuation.
3255  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: January 23, 2022, 10:48:13 PM
Inoue's name will always be dragged everytime we have Casimero as a topic, which means that the fans would really want to see them fight. In terms of benefits? I think Inoue will benefit a lot because if he wins he will become a unified champion and he will also gain a good paycheck since it's going to be a big fight, for sure the sharing would be 60/40 or 70/30 in favor of him.
Yep.
That's why fans wants to see it happen and we're all interested to see Inoue vs. Casimero and this match should happen soon while the interest of the fans are still there.
Because if it's gone already, they'll eventually heat it up again and make the match to happen. But right now, still unknown if it's going to happen or we're not going to see it happen.

This fight was scheduled before but later canceled due to the pandemic, so we cannot say that Inoue's camp is not interested in fighting Casimero. Why all of the sudden they change their decision, now that it's possible to fight in the ring again, they should give Casimero what he deserved, and that is a big fight he is always wanting to have.
Not yet scheduled, it was Casimero that have said a date but there's confirmation from the association that they're going to have a match. And then, this Casimero-Butler has got in and postponed the possible fight of Casimero and Inoue last year.
We know that it's going to be a big fight for his career but there's the WBO that has stepped in and there's no way that he can go against them. It's an order like a military that he cannot disobey.

So, technically, the slot is still open.
Not until there's an announcement and there's none yet, so it's still closed as what the title says.

Not until there's an announcement and there's none yet, so it's still closed as what the title says.

I said that it is technically open. And this means that the manager will definitely open it immediately after updating the spreadsheet. And so it happened. The slot occupied by Polkeins is free. And even more.
Yes, it's now open.

Owl.games has ended and now closed.

Sad News that Owl team want to stop this campaign for now. Hopefully they will come again soon. So this campaign is now officially CLOSED.

I Holded Doge for almost 6 months it doesn’t rise as much was expected,i shift to c98 it’s also on downfall ,cause the father of all the coins BTC is also in dip ,now i am on hold of the c98 and expecting for its Shine,i think luck matters alot in trading not only Good knowledge.
Luck? Maybe if you think so but for me, it isn't all about luck but purely knowledge about the coin that you're buying. You've already said it and you know the cause and it is because bitcoin.
That's why if you know the cause and you know that when bitcoin is dipping then that will result to every altcoins to dip as well. And instead of owning those alts, you should have owned bitcoin first.
3259  Economy / Gambling / Re: What are the best ways to choose a casino on: January 22, 2022, 10:07:50 AM
For me, it's always the reputation. Everything stems from it so you can't really go wrong, they wouldn't have a good rep if they are cheating their customers or if they are being rude to them right?
Well, that's the shortcut but it's a fact. If someone would want to stay safe then check out the reputation of the casino. You'll get to see people telling what's good about them and will definitely support and recommend them.
So I am pretty sure that reputation would be the greatest indicator that something is right with that casino that we are choosing.
And that goes with the reviews of the other gamblers but still, you need to check if those are legitimate reviews then because the fake reviews are also rampant. But in here in crypto gambling, majority of us here knows what are the good and bad ones.
3260  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you buying during this dip? on: January 22, 2022, 08:26:57 AM
almost all forums that I read all choose to buy bitcoin when prices are falling, no one buys eth altcoins or other coins, buying when prices are falling is the right choice, because we have a great opportunity in the future to reap profits I personally currently only buy some eth, although it's not the right choice, but I do all of it because I follow my instincts..
It is because the best thing to do when the market dips like this. But if you haven't seen people telling that they're not buying Ethereum, I think that you're wrong on that part.
There are too many people that have been considering to buy Ethereum during this dip and you've probably missed those people that are saying it.
Well, it doesn't really have to be told by those buyers because for them, it's easier to be said than done.
