3281  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The google search results for "1XBit Review" are quite shocking... on: July 18, 2022, 07:43:16 PM
It's not just Google. Even the other search engines bring up the fake reviews on top. Perhaps 1xbit invested a lot of resource to make sure their scam stays a float.

with a good SEO campaign, it is possible to bypass the veracity of the article from any reviews. this is very clearly seen in the example of Chipmixer, where scammers and impersonators on better positions than the official website.
I wouldn't be surprised if 1xbit financially pushed these reviews.
3282  Economy / Reputation / Re: Green trusted user vouching for shady site on: July 18, 2022, 06:45:16 PM
When this site scams someone, which I think is quite likely to happen, will Gianluca95 take the fall for them and get tagged?

The campaign manager doesn't have to endorse the business he is advertising.
While indeed there are quite a number of red flags with that business, Gianluca's main job is to ensure the advertisers/users in the campaign will get paid correctly.
Now, if the company indeed scams, if the campaign still continues, then there's a problem for Gianluca and the people wearing the signature.

in the past we have had signature campaigns launched by proven fraudsters. they regularly paid all campaign participants, no one is tagged for that. we are now condemning before the scam happened.
somewhere in the essence, I myself advocate that it is better to prevent than to be sorry. but that's just my feeling, also as LoyceV thinks the scam is expected from Shaker finance.
Again, I don't see Ginaluca's mistake even if he continued the campaign, given that he kept the funds for the campaign.

btw. what will we do next with the other campaigns? most of those involved in these discussions are from the Bitcoin paid campaign but in the bounty section we have many campaigns, and we all know that the majority of them are scams. we follow them to a much lesser extent, so we are not committed
some are led by the best and most recognized managers, but after a few weeks of the campaign, no one is interested in the fate of the business behind them.
3283  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2022/2023 on: July 18, 2022, 01:12:49 PM
I still think Manchester City will win the Premier League again this season but Liverpool will suffer massively without Mane. What would be the odds on Liverpool not making the top 4 and finishing in a Europa League spot?

I would say that maybe they are bigger than it seems at first glance. Klopp has already had a serious slump after a successful season in Liverpool and Dortmund also. now without a key player with a somewhat saturated team, it is quite possible that they lose their intensity.
With all that, they always play the same even after so many years. slightly better managers will find a way to play against them. also the "worse half" of the big six Arsenal, Totham, and Man United are seriously improving and there will be no guaranteed points like before.
3284  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 18, 2022, 11:21:16 AM
Did you guys see recent memes on Ronaldo? My favotite one is his picture like from video call and text something like, "if you get a call from unknown number, don't answer, it is Ronaldo looking for new club". Can't find it now, to link it.

I believe you think about this: https://twitter.com/TrollFootball/status/1548721092101275648?s=20&t=O1BRgKCuC6orAESJpTQrJA

Still, my favourite is "Football clubs when they see Cristiano Ronaldo in the transfer market" https://twitter.com/TrollFootball/status/1548699762693931008?s=20&t=O1BRgKCuC6orAESJpTQrJA

Kidding aside, he wants a top club in CL and those clubs don't want him. Really couriers how this ine will resolve.

besides everything, with his popularity, he has to look for a club that is bigger than him, or at least they are close. He can go to Leverkusen and play in CL, but that would be a complete waste of his name and brand (from the financial side).
his biggest problem is that he is now a solution for one or two years. So, anyone who will sign them, next year will again go in search of his replacement. Top clubs have no such policy and they don't want to rely on a player who is there for one more season.

He will stay in Man. United. it will calm his ego a bit and that is the first sign that retirement is near.
I remember Ibrahimovic constantly boasted that he doesn't play on Thursdays, he is a CL player. in the end, he ended up in the Europa League and even won it.
3285  Economy / Lending / Re: loan required $650 use collateral (2 week) on: July 18, 2022, 10:36:39 AM
the reason i don't sell PNT tokens for daily needs is because i really believe PNT tokens in the future will to the moon. so i still hold it from 2017.
i can make sure that in less than 2 weeks i can pay off my loan
to see my PNT assets, i will send my wallet address via PM

I guess you know in case someone accepts this loan and PNT tokens as collateral, you will have to send those tokens to the lender. any evidence that you own like showing wallet address is not enough.
Also, I hope you know due to the decrease in value, there is a possibility that it will be below the loan amount the lender will terminate the collateral.

3287  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Need help and advice about some investment, only personal experiences! on: July 17, 2022, 08:40:34 PM
He's trying to indirectly advertise the website, which I think is a scam. People gave him opinions in different threads, but it looks like he is looking for praises about his website.

He has spammed different boards “asking for opinions” about his site. I am going to flag the profile.

Post history archive: https://ninjastic.space/user/id/3485188?topics

I thought he had given up, but he was still persistent. I give them a red tag also and support your flag.
this section (Project development) should really allow to show the user's trust rating. it would be much easier to ignore such spammers.
3288  Economy / Reputation / Re: Green trusted user vouching for shady site on: July 17, 2022, 08:27:26 PM
Hi guys.

Firstly I’d like to thank Poker player that has notified me about this thread, LoyceV, you should have do it instead of him, but anyway, no matter about it.

I’ve reached an agreement for a management of signature campaign with shaker finance and I’ve funds for other 3 weeks of campaign.

As now, situation is changed, I see that shaker finance has a big red flag related to “potential scam” project that could be since his way of manage users, I’d like to let you everyone know that I’ll close campaign within this evening and will refund funds to the owner.

I don’t want to hurt everyone, and if someone risks to be scammed because of signature, I consider that closin it would be the best option in way to protect everyone.

I’m goin to take this decision now because I see that today many things has happened and I prefer to not work with this kind of business that risks to hurt my reputation built in 10 years.

if you keep the funds for three/four weeks of the campaign, then it is safe there and there is no possibility that the participants will be cheated and not paid, right?
also, the red tag which Shaker_finance received is still not based on the fraud that happened. even though he has a sordidness language, this should not mark him as a scammer.
I would say that the decision to close the campaign is probably not completely founded.

My opinion weighs, like any other forum participant, no doubts, yours doesn't, because it's not correct. I don't care who are those members, in real life they're for sure just bunch of losers and I drive car worth around 150k$ lol

Actually negative comments swap is solution why not, at least it will have effect on their profile

I didn't start that, they did

most of your problems arose because you performed in a horrible manner. halfway through the thread, you accepted the criticism, started showing signs that you would improve things, and hired a PR manager... now when the manager has cancelled your campaign, you are going back to the old regime, and you call other forum members losers
and all sorts of other nonsense.
building trust is no longer a "matter of time"?
3289  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can I earn from cryptocurrency as a starter? on: July 15, 2022, 10:32:12 AM
The market is always unstable and that's how everyone is making or losing from it. As a beginner, you need to go through a lot of experience before learning where you're good and what strategy is going to work for you.

what many consider unstable, it's a good opportunity for someone. Movements jump up and down, they are necessary to realize the potential profit by trading. Just imagine how everything would look like if they had a stable fixed exchange rate.
you just need to recognize the right moment to buy or sell. Unfortunately, it all sounds more than simple when we just talk about it, it's something completely different when real money is at stake, your own.

3293  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Fake ChipMixer review? on: July 12, 2022, 11:34:21 PM
@dkbit98 did a small test on the term chipmixer on other search engines as well https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1935098.msg60403691#msg60403691

Most of the blogs right now with chipmixer have fake chipmixer like this blog post below
Code:

it is probably the best way to promote the site, why wouldn't impersonators do the same.
3294  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Some Reasons why there's an Increasing Crypto Scam Rate on: July 12, 2022, 11:23:34 PM
~
Surely all these 8 reasons are also the same application outside crypto.
It is not just all happening to crypto and from what I even watched, those "fake email" scams are way more often than crypto.
Cryptocurrency is just their another means of how can they scam people

I noticed that some unscrupulous fraudsters in the area have started accepting crypto. they don't care what is at stake if they can make a profit. Some of the well-known influencers launches paid courses on making money with cryptocurrencies. at the same time, they have no problem presenting proven Ponzi seeds as investment potential. This is enough for uninformed people, and they trust their favourite Instagram influencer. it doesn't matter that he read the first thing about crypto-currencies only a month ago, he is an expert.
That is the beginning of a new-age scam. crypto is just a tool to deceive the naive.
3295  Economy / Services / Re: Paying $20/daily to run an ad campaign for us. on: July 12, 2022, 09:40:46 PM
To start, as mentioned in the thread, these aren't really blackhat ads. We are using blackhat techniques to run multiple ads but the campaigns themselves are selling merchandise for a popular crypto platform. (All designs are done in house and no trademark/copyright is being infringed on)

Double serving on Google will not land you in legal trouble... Even if we were running ads infringing on trademark/copyright, Google would ban the account and that would be that.

banning from Google AdWords services is a sufficient reason to distance yourself from this offer. It's not worth $20.
maybe you could give a closer example here, which type of ad it is (I doubt that someone will steal such a risky idea from you) and it would remove doubts that there is no legal problem besides everything.

I have said my piece.
If I was running a business on google ads, then I would reach out to my friends and family & would rather pay them 20 USD daily for their account.
They would be happy to help expand my business and in return earn some passive income too.
Or I would set up an LLC in a different state under my name & ownership. There are many ways to do this.

But when a new account comes offering 20 USD via cryptocurrency to use their google account for running an ad, it sure as hell doesn't look good given how many scams run on google ads.

OP, himself wrote that there is a great risk to be sanctioned by Google because the whole business is against their TOS. I'd say he was just extenuating, I would say it is 100% certain that the ban will happen.
3296  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Idena is the first Proof-of-Person Blockchain on: July 12, 2022, 08:17:25 PM
what is the problem with Idena on Hotbit exchange?
somehow everything seems very strange and twisted to me on the desktop app. I see only two sell orders. I know that exchange is not the best or the fastest, but for Idena it is the best solution for now.
Is this just me or does it happen to everyone?

3297  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Preev.com - DNS hosting service has expired. on: July 12, 2022, 02:06:06 PM
It's only the host that expired not the domain if the domain is the one that expired there is no notification coming from his host, I used to have a domain when my host subscription expired it has a notification that my subscription has expired if the domain expired you will see a blank page because you cannot connect it anymore to your host as it is disabled

DaveF pointed to something unusual. While is possible to pay hosting for a month, three, six or a year, the domain is always paid on an annual basis, not at all half-yearly. while it is obvious that the preev domain was registered in June '11, now it expires in January, so it's strange that 6 months disappeared.
3298  Other / Meta / Re: Hey, is there a way to delete my account? on: July 12, 2022, 12:13:18 PM
Leave the account for few months. The IP and other data will be removed automatically since there is a certain period of time and after that all data will be wiped out from the database.

if this is authoritative https://bitcointalk.org/myips.php I would say that the IP address is remembered only for 30 days. at least that's how I see it for my account.

I'm very curious, about what kind of trouble connecting an IP address with an account on the forum can cause?
3299  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 12, 2022, 11:58:18 AM
It doesn't look like this will happen, De Jong's purchase will be difficult at a price of 85 million, this is a fairly high price for a player who doesn't have a big name yet, not because Manchester United can't afford it and don't have the money to buy it, but rather the value of a player who has not been proven individually.
This speculation could change, if Barcelona really want to release De Jong, because as far as I know, Barcelona still wants to keep the player next season, the sale clause is only offered if Barcelona is profitable, there is a barter of other players as a substitute and the club's financial benefits

Yesterday i read a statement of De Jong that he definitely wants to stay at FC Barcelona, so if this statement is true then i think that there is almost zero chance that he will go to Manchester United this summer. I also have to say it is pretty weird to see that Manchester United has such a hard time to get the players that they want. I mean ten years ago or so ManU was definitely one of the top 3 clubs world wide while they were still under Alex Ferguson and now it seems they are hardly in the top 10 anymore, which is very weird to me. I think it needs a lot of hard work and also a little bit of luck and also time to get ManU back where they once were.

Obviously you read all this in some virtual place or from the discussion of the most unrealistic Barca fans.
the facts are not on Barcelona's side at all, there is very little chance that De Jong will stay. Barcelona is on the verge of bankruptcy and they don't have money to pay expensive players. They already have a huge debt towards the player FdJ and all this delay is just an attempt to include that debt in the transfer.

Bayern doesn't want to sell the player to them on deferred payment, because they don't believe that Barcelona on this way can survive for another two years...

in some normal times, Barcelona wouldn't think about selling currently their best player. now they are selling him because he is the only one in which someone is interested and who can bring them a slightly more serious amount of money.
