Neco Williams move is a big move for the newly promoted club. Nottingham Forest needed a defender and they got one, not only that but a Liverpool star. Neco Williams will do better in Nottingham, the guy is good, it's just that, he's not given the full playtime among other of his teammates. Spurs' ultimate goal next season will be at least to finish in the top three and reach the semifinals of the Champions League. They are making some big changes in the team and I don’t expect that will be very challenging. I think the coach is obviously going to appreciate the amount of money that he was given to make these changes. I'm afraid neither of that will be possible in my opinion, Spurs can't make it to the CL Semi Final, i know they got to the Final couple of seasons ago, but they definitely can't get lucky twice, as for finishing in the top three in the EPL, that as well is very unlikely. Spurs will be contenders for fourth position yet again, and they will be competing with the likes of Arsenal and United again i am sure, remember Arsenal have strengthened their team too, United have a new manager and they will buy new players soon; so Spurs aren't going to have it easy, they could miss out of a top four spot altogether next season, that is very possible.
