Dali mi možeš objasniti što sve ide u tih 1055kn mjesečnih troškova? Jesu ti to uopće rekli ili su samo naveli cifru?
Pitam jer koliko sam ja zadnji puta gledao, minimalno toliko (ustvari čak i više) se moralo plaćati samo za zdravstveno i mirovinsko ako si prijavljen na minimalac (a u međuvremenu se minimalac za direktora povećao). No možda je promjenjeno još neko pravilo za koje neznam koje je efektivno smanjilo mjesečni fiksni trošak.
Rekla mi je svi troškovi skupa, nije posebno nabrajala Znam samo da je virtualni ured 100 kuna  I navela je da mora biti jedan zaposleni, a to mogu biti ja i vratiti novac natrag u tvrtku nakon isplate plaće Što vjerovatno znači da mirovinsko i što već nije uračunala u te troškove (na tu moju plaću jel).. Osim ako je direktor netko već zaposlen Dobio sam odgovor Vlasnik poduzeća može biti bilo tko...
Poduzeće treba imati direktora a direktor treba imati plaćene doprinose na punih 8 sati tjedno.
Postoji mogućnost da vas direktor je zaposlenik druge firme.. i tamo mu se plaćaju doprinosi.
Npr. ako vam roditelj radi negdje (u punom radnom vremenu) on može biti direktor u vašoj firmi... bez da išta dodatno tu plaća.
Njemu se niti plaća ne isplaćuje niti išta u vašoj firmi. On je samo direktor na papiru.
Kad bi se takva firma i otvorila.. Tada je najbolje da ista ta firma sklopi ugovor sa vašim studentskim servisom i da preko studentskog servisa isplaćuje vama novac. To je nejjeftinije.
Preko stud. servisa na neto iznos plaća se 17,50%
a kada bi izvukli novac iz firme to bi bilo 12% porez na dobit + 12% porez na dohodak+ prirez.
I u tom slućaju novac se izvlači tek na kraju godine, tj. nakon utvrđivanja dobiti.

Just because I say that cause and effect is a scientific law, doesn't mean that it is. In India (especially in North India), a majority of the people are vegetarian. And as far as I know, they don't face any serious nutritional deficiency. The Indians consume a lot of paneer (cottage cheese) and dal (pigeon pea). Perhaps that is the reason. I'd go vegan if I could I was always afraid I couldn't get sufficient nutrients in order to regain my strength after an excersize or a hard work somewhere I find it very noble that some people refuse to eat other animals since they're also living beings That's what I found most astonishing about buddishm, a religion that finally doesn't put humans above everything else But I am too weak to try it out Cheers to those who are vegan! |

When they go to rehab or groups or something, they learn how to stop, what it causes to people, but if they get a taste of it again, they will go back.
