I wrote we shouldn't expect SpaceX to send the unmanned rocket to Mars on 2018, pointing to 2019, but they just announce they are now pointing to 2020.

Also, the first sending of astronauts to the international space station won't happen this year, but on 2018. But Boeing delayed his sending of astronauts too:

I do not share your enthusiasm for Russian launch vehicles. The recent Russian experience difficulties with the launch. The European missiles are much more reliable. After Ukraine ceased to cooperate with Russia in the space industry serious progress in Russian in the field there.

Failures happen every now and then, and not just with the Russian rockets. The incidence of failure with the European and Space X rockets are even higher. Right now the Russian rockets are the most reliable.
